Mimi did an amazing job as usual on my lashes today. Julie did my sisters and also very beautiful job. Thanks to Mimi and the whole River Oak team for always being so nice and great at what they do. Mimi is an absolute master in lash application. I will never go to another lash tech besides Mimi. Highly recommend. Absolutely amazing. They come out better and better every time.

I originally started going here 6 months ago for the Groupon deal that they had for a full set of lashes plus 2 wk refill. I HIGHLY recommend the deal if its available. I have been getting my lashes done by Mimi ever since. She is very thorough with her work, I love her attention to detail! Refills are $50, but totally worth it because it lasts more than 2 wks if you take care of them well.The salon overall is great as well. They have discounts for healthcare providers, students, and teachers depending on the day of the week. Everyone greets you with a smile when you come in!

I went to get my lashes done a little over two weeks ago and I absolutely loved them. The entire staff was sweet and Van helped me accomplish the look I was going for, simple yet elegant! I will be returning soon!

Ive been getting my eyelashes done with Van and love how kind and accommodating she is. I initially wasnt sure if I would continue getting lash refills, but Ive been happy with the results and have kept up with the refills.

I had an appointment for 5pm. I called the shop and ask if it’s ok that I’m 5 mins behind and they said yes go ahead and come. The lash tech Julie got through with one side and tells me to lay their and wait because she has a more loyal client waiting! She wanted me to lay on the table until she was done with her and then come back to me. This is a place with VERY poor customer. As a professional and business owner I would not recommend this place to anyone! If you agree to take a client after notice of being late the next person should have to wait. This will not be a place I’ll visit again and also not the only platform that I will express my experience. Many more will know as well.

I have been getting my lashes done by Mimi for the last 6 months. I get the individual Mink Lashes! I have gone several different places and I’ve finally found someone that cares about the customer and not out just for the money. My lashes last through my workouts and other daily activities that make me sweat. Mimi does a great, outstanding, magnificent job!! I get compliments on a regular basis! Julie did my eyelashes and they came out gorgeous! She was professional and very friendly and she did impeccable work. My lashes have never looked better and she made my first time getting my lashes done awesome! Will definitely be returning 🙂🙂

The best nail salon in Houston. I have been everywhere for my nails. River Oaks Nails and Spa No.3 does manicures and pedicures that last longer than any others in the Houston area. They also do the most natural microblading eyebrows that I have ever seen. They accept walk ins as well as appointments. Wine and champagne are available per request.

If I could give 0 stars I would. What I experienced was pure unsanitary without any professionalism. I’ll try to make this review short and informative! I first chose this salon because it was open early at 8:30 am. When I walked in I noticed it was a little shabby but that isn’t always a bad thing. I wanted shellac manicure and pedicure. I have natural nails and I work in the dental field so my hands are always dry. The pedicure was mediocre but the manicure was beyond sub par. It started good but when the tech noticed more people coming in she began to rush leaving me with botched cuticles! She used or attempted to use instruments that had not been sterilized yet was in a sealed sterilization bag although indicators had presented no steam! I had to leave the salon and go elsewhere for my manicure! I will never be back to that place again! It’s unsanitary and no skills for the art!

I have been getting my nails done here for years. I adore Van and Jenny and the rest of the staff. Everyone knows your name and asks about your family, work, travels etc. They do everything they can to make you feel like you are special. They will always fix your nail if you accidentally chip one. I always feel happy when I am at river oaks nails.

I go there all the time. Sometimes for a deluxe mani pedi and sometimes for just a trim. They always greet me promptly and take such good care of me. Everyone is great. Highly recommended.

I went in a month or so ago for an eyebrow wax, I usually only go for a simple mani because it’s near my work. This time however I figured I get my brows done because they were a full grown mess! I went to the back, laid down, she put wax on (without combing them or touching them AT ALL!!!!), she took the wax off and handed me a mirror. I was in complete confusion...are you for real! That’s the brow wax! I don’t like to be a pain so I even paid for the service after politely voicing my dissatisfaction. There did seem to be a lady who noticed and I felt like she wanted to help but she was in the middle of giving a manicure. If going here I’d highly recommended sticking with one technician, based off the reviews I think the lady’s name was Van, younger with long hair and very pretty :)

Jenny is fantastic! I love that she is not only quick, but does quality work.

CHARLENE and I have been faithful clientele since 2007 at least. We are treated like family.
