PLEASE DO NOT GET ACRYLIC NAILS HERE. This was a disaster. I showed my technician what I wanted and he said he understood. I kept asking him to fix the shape and he would get attitude with me as if I did not know what I was talking about. He then proceeded to put paint for tips and painted horrendous. I told the front desk how unhappy I was and he said he could get the same guy to fix it. I informed him I wanted someone else. I further went on to look at my nails and realized they were not worth the $50+. I called and asked if I could get them removed and he said no they only fix and gave me the owners number. I texted the owner and she never responded to me. I’m extremely upset and just overall disappointed that they would allow a customer to leave like this.

The prices at this location is over the top ! For these prices you would think they would offer water or a drink, nope not here. Took 2 hours to do my nails and they look and feel huge. Used to be my go to place, not anymore. The nail techs make there own prices !! Won’t be back .

This is usually my go to place to get my nails done since it’s close to me. They usually do a great job and have an average pricing. This last time I believe I went to someone new, my nails didn’t last as long but I will give them the benefit of the doubt that she is new, but she will need more practice.Overall great nail shop and I’ll be back with someone more experienced.

Bianca is the worst nail technician. Shes very slow & for the time it took her to do a full powder set you would think my nails were immaculate! Then she overcharged me & when I said something, she said Oh just take off $5. What?The guy at the counter acted very disinterested & said he charges what the nail techs put on the ticket. If you go here, dont sit at Biancas station

This is my first time coming to this nail salon and being service by anyone in this building. I had 2 different people service my nails, the second person that did my design was a woman, I think she owns the shop, she was rude and very unprofessional about me, picking my colors rushing me instead of having me reschedule or having me wait to get serviced, and then she charged me 80 bucks. On the second day, I grab the door handle and 3 of my nails come off. I wouldnt recommend this to nobody. Waste of my money.

I got waxed here...and about a week after I left i got this weird rash on my neck. Normally, I get it, you need to be gentle with the after wax care, which I was...but this is different. It has been a couple weeks and i still have it. Theyre like pimples/blackheads. Idk. I’ve tried everything & soon will probably need tovsee a doctor. Never going back. Not only that, they didn’t even care to tell me the price on what they were waxing. They asked AFTER plastering the wax on your face.

However, we booked an appointment for 9 a.m. When I called to reschedule the appointment some guy answered the phone, was extremely rude, then HUNG UP IN MY FACE! When I called back to ask for the owner, he said she wasnt there and he was the only one working ( DEFINATELY NOT TRUE). I asked why did he hang up in my face and his response was I shouldnt call back complaining. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I spend over $200 each time I visit and to be hung up on and treated like this is a slap in the face! I will take my money elsewhere that is more professional and better customer service.

Well I tried to get my kids nails done and they didnt even give me a wait time just just flat out said they wasnt gonna do my childrens nails. Where is the southern hospitality? They should have their closed sign on if they werent accepting anymore clients. Ill take my money else where. They have lost plenty valuable customers. Along with me and my kids 6 other people were turned around as well. This is unfortunately bad business and inconvenient on their behalf. They need more staff especially on weekends where you get alot of business.

Ms. Jackie is the best! I had an amazing Detox Pedicure she was so gentle and kind. I thought I’ve had good pedicures but this was the best 🥰.....I took off a star because the pedicure chairs could use an update.UPDATE 🚨 customer service is inconsistent the owner Mary is RUDE! In my previous post I said the pedicure chairs needed updating my most recent pedicure the chair didn’t recline back and it was $73 for a pedicure. That included hot stone 15 min massage shellac polish. I wasn’t offered water or anything to drink this time on Mother’s Day weekend. Also I haven’t seen Ms. Jackie every time I ask about her I get blown off. Vi is ok for nails. I rather drive farther fir better customer service.

Jenny is good but the place itself have flys gnats whatever they are they were in my wine. Then its extremely HOT how do you have a nice business with a fan in it. Decor is nice but AC doesnt work. And its not clean. I gave it a 1 star because of Jenny.

I was surprised and happy with how helpful everyone was. i asked a bunch of questions because well i havent gotten my nails done in four years and i felt out of place but desk service was first to help out :) i showed my nail tech Tim a picture and since i wanted my nails shorter he warned me the nails would look different but honestly, he did that! they look just like the picture with just a shorter length. after four years, i just might be getting my nails done regularly now 😅

I got a full set and the nails started lifting from my nail bed. The only nail not lifting are the 2 thumb. Its only been a week now, but they started lifting a few days ago. Dont go here. There is another shop across the beltway that is great. i called to see if they would fix and was told the manager did not want to talk to me. I had called several times to talk and they kept telling me to call back. Eventually telling me im sorry the manager just doesnt want to talk to you.

I went in for a full set, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing. Although the people who attended me were very friendly the work done was very poorly done especially for the high prices. The pedicure as well as the eyebrows were fine but the manicure was done at very low quality. It was a job a learning student would do for free and I was charged 73$ just the full set. My nails are not the same sizes on both sides, the ends are crooked and one even has a dent on it. The person tried real hard to do his best bust couldnt while his coworkers would just look on and laughing saying something in another language. Very disappointed in this I have gone before and it was very good but not anymore. If you want to charge so much do better quality work.

I have visited this location twice to have my brow and lip waxed. They have excellent customer service and the place is very clean. Most importantly they do not double dip in the wax so thete is no contamination or breakouts from the waxing. Rosie did a wonderful job.

Went here to try them out Monday before TS Beta.Not the best, but not awful either. Nice people, nice place.I got dipping powder for $50 (pricey) and a pedicure for $32. The pedi was $27 but I paid an extra $5 for her to put the softening gel on my heels and scrub them.My pedi polish is already cracked. She left it lumpy because she caked on the polish quickly. My nail broke on Tuesday.And my dipping powder nails are uneven and just not too pretty.

First time here beautiful location, nice and clean. Great customer service!!! It was my 1st time doing power dip which is suppose to be long lasting and keep your nails healthy. My nails look great not as natural as Id like but seems that just the why power nails look.I was very disappointed the nail tech used the drill on my nail bed to clean my cuticles vs taking the time, like you would getting a manicure. the nail tech also placed the power on as you would acrylic, there was no dipping into the power at all. Then used the drill to shape my nails.After 24hrs with my nails, I feel the cuts on my cuticles from the drill. Nails feel as if as I got acrylic vs a the power dip.So i think I going try a different place before coming back here. Just because Im not supper happy with the technic done and over all feel of my nails after.

I had a very good experience, staff was very friendly and good costumer service. The salon was also clean and implements were sanitized. Would recommend this Nail salon.

I went to nail Spa for a Manicure. The technician appeared inexperienced. When performing my manicure the tech often dropped lids, brushes, and nails to name a few. While not the end of the world the nails themselves were terrible just look at the pictures!! The worst part is the manager told me to return and they would fix. When I returned they weren’t happy to fix. They said it’s good enough and wanted to charge me more money!!! I will never return!!

I am always treated very nicely. I havent been in a while because of Covid, but I was greeted warmly by Vi. She does a wonderful job and their Covid precautions made me feel safe.

Walked in and sat for about 10-15 mins. I wanted my nails, they did 2-3 weeks ago, soaked off. And actually thought getting a shellac manicure on my natural nails. The manager denied my service because supposedly they didn’t have anyone that deals with powder. At this point I’m confused because like I said, I got my nails done here 2-3 weeks ago and I clearly see a tech dealing with “powder/acrylic” in front of me.

I’ve been coming here since I moved to Houston and I love it. I always leave there happy and relaxed. The staff is incredibly nice and they do a very good job. It’s always very clean and smells great.

Great nails techs. My kenzie( age 6) and I got our nails done and I got the WORKS pedicure with a massage. Im like a dinosaur pregnant and I feel soooo relaxed. I was even able to zelle the nail company because my high dollar phone decided to start tripping. Thank you for it all! I feel great

Sonny did my nails and he did an amazing Job, my pedicure was handle by one of the ladies and she was super gentle and sweet. The front desk girl is friendly and super nice. My mom also did her pedi and the girl was gentle with her too. Love this place ❤

I was really excited when I first walked in. The decor is very inviting. Izzy at the front desk was super sweet and greeting me with the warmest smile ! However, the man... That I was initially placed with to provide my services was so rude amd impatient. He actually told me that I needed to hurry and make my selection, rolled his eyes.... BEYOND GHETTO! He yelled at me when I asked him if he was okay... He rudely than said, I dont have to do your nails... I was so confused and initially thought he was joking, but he was not. Thank goodness for Izzy and Michelle for making this experience right. This mans energy absolutely does not fit the brand and personality of the other consultants. I felt very threatened by his behavior. Unfortunately because of him, this was my first amd last experience at this nail shop.... so sad because Michelle is amazing!

Update:: My favorite nail tech is no longer at this location. She is now located at apple nail ask for alexI dont really do reviews but I have to just because I love my nail tech, Lexi. She does an awesome work.. request her.! The place is clean, nice, and very relaxing.! They offer mimosas while you get your nails or pedi done..(Not sure if theres an extra charge) if you go Friday or Saturday make an appointment through the phone it gets super busy.. they offer a variety of full sets and colors.. from regular acrylic to powder to gel nail polish and matte.. heres just a couple of sets I forget to take pictures..

I went to this place a week ago from yesterday. One of the guys did my pedicure and he didn’t clean well the extra skin neither the nail polish. But the worst was the lady who did my manicure. It was terrible. I complained and another lady named Bianca fixed it. She is very good. But since I got shellac she was not able to color my nails next to the skin and today my nails look like I did it a month ago. So disappointed, because getting your nails done is not cheap and everytime I look at them I hate them. I do not recommend this place.

I’ve been to this nail shop a few times because I though they were pretty good. Over this year their quality of service has declined. On Friday (4/12), I got a deluxe pedi and a full set. Vi did my nails and they look okay. It was my birthday so I was on a time crunch and didn’t have time for her to do better. They lady that did my deluxe pedi did a poor job. My pedi looked fine when I walked out but it’s now Monday (4/15) and it doesn’t look like anyone has touched my feet in months!! I was definitely a waste of time and money coming here and I won’t be returning.

I had a pleasant visit from the front desk assistant Emily to my experience with getting my pedicure and nails done. It was exquisite if your looking for quality professional service this is the #1 nail salon in Houston to go to!

The staff here is really welcoming & friendly and oh so sweet! They always make sure my boyfriend and I are comfortable, & we always have the two techs that we request. We recently stopped coming for about two months and we regretted that decision so badly, considering the fact that we’ve been loyal to them for over a year. Plus the prices are perfect! They constantly make revisions and upgrade due to customer’s feedback. Love love love this place!

My sister and decided to try a new nail salon...We asked if they took walks and of course said yes...I was told someone would be doing a new set of nails while getting a pedicure...Well I got the pedicure but nobody did my nails...I was also told to wait another 10-15 minutes to get my nails done...My sister was service right away and did a great job...I was very disappointed for a first time customer...Will not be going back...

I went to this shop Monday to get a fill in and I asked for white tip. Mary the manager stated she could do it. Ten minutes into my fill she got up and walked away without a word. A few moments passed and I got up to look for her. She was sitting in the chair at the front next to a man talking to him. When she saw me looking she proceeded to bring him over to the table where she was doing my nails so they could continue their conversation. She cut my finger with the nail file because she was distracted by all of the talking. She never apologized. She claimed he was the owner as if I cared. When the man left a lady walked in saying her nail needed to be fixed. She got up once again to put foil on her finger and again to put her number in another womans phone. A few moments later she said she didnt have a brush to do white tip on your nails. At that point she had already filed my nails and they looked awful. However, she was in such a hurry to get to the other lady with the broken nail she said she didnt have time to finish my nails. She charged my card for a fill in even though she did not finish the fill. I called in to get the owners information but Mary lied and said he was out of the country. She then hung up the phone in my face and took the phone off of the hook. This place is a disaster. I have added a photo of my nails they look horrible. The owner is a hopeless business man for letting this happen so Im filing a complaint with the board. I heard Mary is not even licensed.

Very sanitary salon. Prices are affordable. Friendly techs and really sociable. The tech working on me was very gentle and would ask me if I had any requests or not. She massaged my hand while exfoliating, removed the old nail polish, filed my nails gently, applied cuticles softener, removed the cuticles with ease and massage my hand again while applying hand cream. After she was finish with everything else, my nails were just absolutely beautiful! A amazing services! Definitely deserve a 5 star rating!

Seriously if I could give 0 stars I would. I called in advance, made an appt asked if I could bring my kids and got told it was okay. I get there and then turned away because one of my twins started crying because her tablet wasnt displaying the apps. Also they thought she was sick and had a runny nose because she had some milk on her face that dried on the way over to the salon. If they would have gave me time to get situated and maybe even sit down, I could have cleaned up the milk on her face. NEVER again.

The first time I went in I had exceptional service, everything was great. The second time I had to wait for almost an hour to be helped. People who came in after me were helped ahead of me. I had to remind the ladies at the front desk 3 times what type of service I was there for. The third & final time I went in to get and acrylic overlay removed from my natural nails. The nail tech I had was attentive in the beginning, but she eventually left in the middle to go help another lady who wanted a pedicure.Full attention was not given to my service. It was very rushed & sloppy, because in my opinion, she was rushing to get back to the 2nd lady she was helping. I’m paying for a service just like everyone else, so i don’t think it’s too much to ask for the tech to at least act like she cares about my service.I guess removing an acrylic overlay wasn’t lucrative enough for her to stay until the job was finished correctly. I ended up leaving with small pieces of acrylic still stuck to my natural nail, with deep ridges in my natural nail and pieces of the acrylic she did remove with her electric file all across the front of my clothing.

I have been to this salon twice and so far I can say anything bad about the establishment. I recently has my nails done by Sherry and she was fabulous. I am new to the area and had been going to my last nail salon for 18 years. They are personable and welcome you by name. This seems to be the same type of place. They seem to know their regulars and I really like that kind of service. Well Done!

I got there at 4:30 left at 6:20. I went in for a full powder set. The nail tech grabbed the wrong powder and I told him the color was too pink color ( I wanted a nude color). He told me it will get light, its a process. He got up without saying anything and another tech came and said, my color is hard to get. He didnt mention to her he used the wrong powder. I ended up getting shellac because I just wanted to hurry up and get out. The owner got upset at me for not wanting to pay full price, $50. I ended up paying $30. I found it rude how she didnt even bother to ask the nail tech what had actually happened, she just wanted her money . And then she offered for me to sit back down to remove my nails. She was concerned with her money NOT customer satisfaction.

The Nail Spot is very kind, Has no long wait time, Me and my mom love it here! Their designs are so creative! They give you free water, soft drinks, and wine for the adults and even candy for the little ones. Also very neat and always clean! Great Job Nail Spot all the credits for u:)

Best place ever I have been coming to here almost 4 years always see Jackie. I have also seen the other girls when she is unavailable but this place meets the expectations beyond the bar. Always friendly and on top of customer service. My daughter who is 19 comes here and loves it. Very unprofessional and dirty the Manager Mary Nguyen is always there but sadly she can never get her business to run properly I sat there for a hour when I called and made an appointment but was told promptly I would be seen in 15 minutes that they’re almost finishing up or that the customer changed her mind and wanted something different so I then was about to walk out and thats when Mary Nguyen seated me for me only to wait a additional 28 minutes I got my nails done but a total of 3 hours later!!! Even has High school girls running as the front receptionist and serving alcohol!

The place was very clean pretty and nice but also very unorganized and SUPER overpriced for the quality I absolutely LOVED the set i got but 2 to 3 days later it looked like i had them for 2 weeks and there was a lot of lifting i paid $70 and the nails didn’t last AT ALL. also she didnt push back my cuticles or anything she just started gluing on the nails...i wont be returning here again...

I hate posting reviews at all, I’m pretty patient and try to be very very understanding. But I just sat in a pedicure seat for an hour waiting for someone- anyone- to acknowledge me. They did let the warm water run until half full, but nothing else. No soap- no jets no asking me what service I wanted. Nothing. Worse, They didn’t notify me of any wait time, (otherwise I would have gone elsewhere). I hate to say this was my worst nail salon experience ever but it was. I put my shoes back on and walked out. Of course when I was leaving they said I would be next and to stay. But they didn’t even know who got there first or who should be next. Crummy.

I’ve been coming here for years and they never disappoint me. The shop looks so classy and elegant now that it is recently being remodeled. Highly recommended!

I’m actually pretty furious. Got my nails done here and they were really pretty, not the color I wanted done but the color was still gorgeous. ONE day passed. I didn’t do anything that day and the color was chipping. So I went back in and they sat me down, we were in the middle of redoing it when the manager or owner walked up and accused me of chipping off the color myself. I’m so frustrated. I will never come back here again.

They are okay for pedicures. They dont even listen to you or acknowledge when they cut you and make you bleed. Only what number you want on the menu.

I set up an appointment for nails, massage, facial with 2 weeks in advance for a wednesday and when I was in route to my appointment I called and they had no idea of what I was talking about! The girl whom picked up the phone saw my appointment but told me that whoever set up the appointment did not realize the esthetician did not work on wednesday. I was very displeased of how irresponsible they were that they dont even look at the appointment list, nur call their clients. I was a birthday gift I wanted to give to myself I had to rush and find a last minute place since it was the only day I had available. They didnt even offer me discount or solution for the inconvenience!

Went for the first time today and got a deluxe pedicure. The nail tech skipped a few steps I asked about it, she kept going. She cut me three times with the callus remover. I keep saying ouch! She never apologized or addressed it. I didnt notice it was actually cut until I tried walking. I told the lady at the front desk and she shrugged it off and asked for my credit card. Not even an apology. I wouldnt go here if you want to leave in one piece. I left three pieces of me and some blood behind.

I like my pedicure tech to really go in and deep clean because I stand on my feet and the corners of my nails can start to cut into my skin - gross, I know. It’s just something I’ll ask a little more attention to next time. & With the waxing, I’d prefer if they gave like aloe or something afterwards but they didn’t. Not sure if it was just a missed thing or something they just don’t do at all. But my brows were so nicely shaped I really didn’t mind the after gel.

I only came here because my daughter referred me here and brought me but did warn me about the attitude of the owner Mary . I loved the receptionist Danielle & the nail tech Amy . However when I met the owner she lied to me and said she was the manager when she is really the owner . She was very cold and uninviting . She was in too big of a hurry to put cuticle oil on my nails when they finished. Despite the attitude and lack of customer satisfaction service my nails turned out great.

Came and got a pedicure today it was great. Also got my 2yr old daughters toes painted and although she was a little antsy her nail tech was very nice and patient with her they even had cute little chairs for kids to sit in. This place is great!!!

Tim did an excellent job on my nails but my pedicure was subpar. I got the deluxe pedi and it felt great but when I got home, I noticed there was still areas that was missed. The prices are quite expensive for the service provided. Think Ill just let Tim do my nails and go elsewhere for my pedicures. The pedi just seemed rushed and half done.

I took both of my daughters for a girls day and the service was great. The staff was friendly and we were seated and attended in an orderly fashion. The only thing that disappointed me was that everbody else that was seated was offered a drink, but neither my daughters, nor I were offered anything. And to be honest I felt a little bit upset at that, because I spared no expense so that my daughters would have a great day with me, due to the fact that I am always working. Well, other than that everything else was good.

They are super gentle, and not harsh with your nails like other nail shops. They are super friendly to talk to and offer advice on what would look better! I Iove my nails and Im definitely going back!

Ive been going here for some years. But as of late, the services have been horrible and less than standard quality. The owner/manager is rude and lacks the ability to answer simple questions without sarcasm.The designs are less than stellar and honestly overpriced.I paid $90 for a $25 pedicure and $55 for plain shellac nails and $10 for one flower on my toe nails and trust me it was basic.Im really disappointed.Btw, the salon near it by HEB is just as bad if not worse..hence, the lack of customers there.Sadly, this place is the better of the 2 if you must choose.
