I’ve been going to Yvonne for a few months and I love my experience! She knows how to get my nail shape to the perfect almond shape. I can show her pictures of what color I like and she will match it perfectly! Booking an appointment is easy and she is always professional. I love that she takes her time to do my nails and is never in a rush. The quality is amazing and my nails will last at least 3 weeks!

Very personal and relaxing experience. Had a wonderful mother daughter nail day. The nails look awesome. Very knowledgeable about different techniques, colors etc. Will be back soon.

Yvonne and Sophia are as good as it gets! Its like having your own personal manicurist. Yes, the salon is small but I love the personalized attention I get. I would not trade it for the biggest salon in the city where no one knows your name. Yvonne has the best products in the city! She has me hooked on aqua nails, its much better than your standard gel manicure. I am dreading leaving this review because its hard enough to enjoy the place all to myself already.

Sophia is very good at pedicure. She is very details and take time in massage. Yvonne is good in nails and design. You can give her the internet pictures or opinions, she will help you to make them on your nails.Private room, peace and calm in soft music.Safe with the electronic door, in and out check by camera. Great customer service and its clean. I even feel asleep 😴 as soon as we started. Prices are comfortable to the area. They is also use lime to exfoliate. You must try them out.

Great experience. Based on pictures, I was shocked to see the private suite with only two foot spas and two manicure stations! Im grateful they were able to fit me in. In between their appointments. The cost was worth it and Ive already made my follow up appointment. There is a membership club that takes $7 off all services, which for $20 is not bad. Havent joined yet, but plan to on my next visit. Clean, calming, and quality work!

Very poor quality materials are used here! After seeing so many high reviews we went here with high hopes on the quality of experience. Instead we found they had changed a locations to one that barely accommodated 4 customers and left with splotchy ombré that was not faded between colors, crooked filing, and several cuts on our cuticles. When we left that evening they knew we were both very unhappy with the work that was done, but we were running late for our flight and couldnt spend more than the 2 1/2 hours that was already spent there to get dips done. Then several of our nails broke that evening after a light tap on a counter. When we called to get a refund on the $70 dips once the holiday was over and they were reopened, we were met with avoidance and rude customer service. Even after photos were sent of the work that was done. When we insisted on not continuing this runaround they offered a $20 discount on a future service (as though we would ever be back). We live out of town so a redo was simply not an option. The skill level is below par at best and they use stickers to compensate for their non existent nail abilities.After seeing the owners response, this is definitely a case of skewed views on a clients experience, poor customer service throughout the entire experience, and miss information on how events occurred.

I strongly recommend SNS Organic Nails. Ive been getting SNS nails donr for almost year and my nails have never look better.  Yvonne and staff are very knowledgeable and my nails have reap the benefits by growing stronger and quicker then they have ever done before. The pedicures are awesome as well. Clean place, polite staff and the price for services are not bad.

I really enjoyed my experience at Organic Nails. I got a regular mani/pedi and they did a great job. I have sensitive feet and they were very gentle. I was impressed and intrigued with the supplies they use for the service. They do not use acetone or regular cuticle remover. There are no strong chemical odors. They used limes on my nails and some type of natural oil. The salon was quiet and had soothing meditation music playing. The massage chair was seriously wonderful.

Yvonne is the best nail technician I’ve ever known. She is polite, always does the best job, and really cares about customers’ nails health. Price is reasonable and service is awesome!

Absolutely horrible! Service and skills are subpar at best. My sister and I were both extremely dissatisfied with our nails and the service we got from this place. Multiple nails broke within 2 hours of leaving. Overpriced for nothing to show for it. I live in San Francisco (arguably the most expensive city is the country where I only pay $55 for great quality nails including hand drawn designs) so I could not return to have them fix it. Requested a refund instead to which the owner gave us the runaround for over a week and then finally refused. After multiple attempts to try and resolve this with the owner, I ended up having to dispute the transactions on my credit card. $70 for poor quality nail dipping is outrageous. Don’t waste your time nor money. This is also very falsely advertised. Pictures are NOT of the actual store. The store is extremely small with only 2 pedicure stations crammed in a corner and 2 manicure stations.

All the ladies do so well at SNS Organic Nails. CLEAN!!! The owner does an amazing job on my nails. I leave happy early time with the nails and service.

This is the best place to have your nails done! I found it by coincidence and haven’t gone to any other place since then. Yvonne and Sofia are both amazing, very dedicated and pay attention to details.

By far the best nails I have ever seen... I got my toes polished and my sister got her sns redone. I wish I had not just got my nails done so she could do them... we are not from the area and I am disappointed that I wont be able to come back!!! Highly highly recommend her. She was very sweet as well!

Went here to get shellac nails and the technician saw that I had weak nails- she recommended the SNS and holy moly my nails are great! Super nice and beautifully done. Thanks so much, cant wait to come back!

The worst nail experience I have had. They completely damaged my nails and did not apologize or repair. I will not return.

There are nail places on every corner on Houston. The shopping center by my house has three within the same strip.I dont think Im high maintenance with nails, however I dont want to pay for a hack job one tends to get at the run of the mill salons. I came into this salon because of the Yelp reviews, and I am very inpressed!There is a limited staff so the feeling in the salon is more relaxed, with more individual care tailored to you. Do keep that in mind, you may want to call ahead of time before walking in after 4pm or they may not be able to see you.I get the SNS set and I have yet to break a nail, even with all the hard work I put my hands through daily.I definitely recommend asking for a cup of their warm Ginger tea. It is delicious!I love this place as far as location, pricing and overall experience.

This place is small, quaint, and gives great service. They always take their time on my Mani and Pedi to make sure they are perfect. I have never left this place unhappy. They give everyone a stamp card, so on your 10th visit you get $20 off. They also provide you with lots of choices of different beverages.

Wanted to try this place because of the good reviews. We usually get the acrylic dip nails, these people were rude, made us move to do an appointment in the middle of my daughter getting her nails done. And when I looked at my daughters nails I said lets go, these people are rude and didnt even take her old tips off when the acetone ate them to the point the were so soft and was like paper. Wanted to at least give then 10.00 for removing some of the old nails but they wanted 30.00 because I sat in the massaging chair while waiting for my turn. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They talk behind your back in Vietnamese and rip you off with bad service. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

They advertise falsely. They said walk in welcomed. I drove all the way 20 30 mins away and they turned us away.

It was awful! Id give them a ZERO if I could but one is the lowest here. I made an appointment at 6:30 and waited 40 minutes before someone cared to at least start soaking my hands and then I asked how much longer itd be and she said that she still has to do color for some else before me. I told them that Im leaving and they didnt even care to offer something in return or even another time for an appointment. My friend and I were very disappointed!
