8/27/2021: Parking - Looking for a parking spot in this area is a little hectic. Be aware that you do have to pay for parking.Visit experience: As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by a young Hispanic lady. She was very nice and helpful. The establishment itself was very appealing and clean. I was asked to choose a color for my full set and pedicure. As I was walking up to the nail polish, a technician stopped me and asked if I wanted shellac because it was better. I told her no and continued to look for a color. Once I choose a color, the technician the led me to the chair where I was going to get my pedicure work done. Rachel was very quiet and didn’t say anything to me which is great. While Rachel worked on my pedicure another technician came and began to set up her station to work on my nails at the same time. I did not like this because I wanted to read and get some work done while I got my pedicure. The lady asked I not touch my belongings while she did my nails. This frustrated me because she made me feel as if she wanted to get done with me quickly. The technician then went on to say not for my to do acrylic nails and told me that she was going to do overlay because it was easier since I was getting my nails short. At this point I’m already upset and told her “whatever”. As she was doing my nails I noticed that all my nails were not the same length. I asked her to make them the same and she said no because my nails aren’t long enough. This is why I asked for acrylic nails! My nails are horribly painted on, they are all different lengths, and I didn’t get to just relax. This was my first time coming here and it will be my last. In the picture I added to this review are my thumbs. I would show the rest of the nails but I’m too embarrassed to show them. In what world is this the same shape and length. Never coming here again.

Kim was awesome! Havent done my nails in over a year. She was kind, professional and did an impressive Job! Prices are steeper than Im use to coming from Atlanta but still will return!

Cute ambiance and loved the mimosas. Went here instead of my usual nail tech because I was in town for a wedding. The nail tech, Jay rushed on my dip nails. He was filing so fast that he kept hurting my cuticles. Then tried to apply the dip powder with the acrylic liquid, which I am allergic to I stopped him. Then proceeds to do the dip powder only using two layers of dip, I had to ask for a third layer but it still wasn’t enough. All of my nails have cracked, lifted from the cuticle or fallen off within 7 days of getting them done. SO unacceptable for the price I paid. I do not recommend Jay.

Friendly nail salon that’s located in city centre. I like getting my nails done here. They do a great job with dip nails. Staff is friendly and it’s easy to make appointments or you can do walk in.

Very friendly, made me and my daughter feel very comfortable while getting out nails done. I received a pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails and my daughter got a gel manicure. They did our nails quickly and they turned out great. One of the beat nail salons I’ve been to in a while. Would definitely recommend.

I keep coming back for one reason and one reason alone: Yume! She is AMAZING. I couldnt be pickier about the way techs do my pedicures/manicures. I will never leave Anthony Vince so long as shes here.

This is the only place Ill go. I never have to ask for a specific technician because theyre all great. Ive gone other places and end up back here for them to fix whatever the other place did. Highly recommend.

Absolutely horrible experience with tech Vick. I honestly think that person does not have license because he did not know what he was doing.It was a walk in appointment.1. The water in the ball was very cold, so I asked him to change it.2. He did not apply any cuticula softener/oil before placing my fingers in the ball with water.3. My fingers stayed in the ball with the water for less than 1 minute before he started cutting the cuticula, which was still stuck to my nails bed. He even did not push it down, he just cut above it.4. He tried to stop bleeding with a cotton that he dipped in the water. I had to ask him at least two times to use antiseptic on the wound. He had to walk in the back of the salon to get it.Im very disappointed because I thought I found a nail salon I like since I had great experience there the first time with a different tech.

I have now been four times. Each time I bring along a friend who hadn’t been before. So far, none of us have been disappointed.To say this place exceeds expectations is an understatement. Their service is top notch, their facility is clean and bright, their chairs are all in excellent condition and the massage functionality is just right.I had abandoned all hope of ever having a good, long lasting “dip” finish on my nails but each time I’ve gone, my nails have lasted at least 4 weeks (they grow slowly and are very porous). Other salon products are peeling off and cracking within a few short weeks, sometimes less than 8 days. But the products they use here are new and durable.I’ve never had to wait for a chair (I have made appointments but also did at least one walk in) and once I’m seated, I’m offered a choice of complimentary beverage (wine, beer, champagne, water, soft drinks).All the techs in this salon have solid communication skills and great customer service. They are engaging and interested in learning about their clients.Highly recommend this place. Pricing is similar to other nice salons.

The technician Anne hurt my hand very much I told her that she is hurting me with the drill and the force of her own hand pressing against my hand and she still continued to do what she wanted I told her that my nails were crooked and she got extremely upset Im showing some pictures so everybody can see when I told the manager what happened she laughed at my face and said that were not charging you so you can go ahead and leave now I had to leave that place and drive all the way back to Sugarland where I live and go to another salon to have them continue the service The technician got very upset when I told her that I liked my nails to be straight My pinky is flipping upwards which it never does and my 2 thumbs are very cricket as you can see in the picture Very high priced and I dont recommend this one whatsoever

I had great experiences the first three times, however, the last visit wasn’t up to my expectations. I made an appointment, which was overbooked. Adjustments should have been made for this. The most important issue I’m concerned about is the inconsistency in pricing.

Been coming to this place for the past 2 years.... there hasn’t been a time when it wasn’t sparkling clean. All the employees are very sweet and the customer service is outstanding. Everyone is very nice. All this on top of the nail techs being fantastic and doing exactly what you ask for. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Receptionist is very RUDE. Young with long hair. Owner should take notice. She overbooks appointments, specially on weekends. I went with a group of 4 friends. We were there waiting for hours and when I asked her how much longer, she just told me that I could leave if the time didn’t work for me. You lost 4 customers over a non-accommodating and unexperienced and rude hostess.

Warning - Ask for prices upfront. Prices on brochure do not apply. Manager is a total scammer.

This is the holy grail of nail salons! I went to 13 different places before I tried this place on their grand opening...I was at work, they were close, I got a discount so I figured why not. I thank the stars above I walked through their doors. Once I finally picked my dip powder color from their ever growing selection I was seated in a comfortable chair, given a glass of champagne, and met an angel named Christy. Her attention to detail, her skills,and her lovely personality makes me feel like Im blessed every time Im there. I have control be loyal to her for almost a year and will wait to see her if shes busy. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is always immaculate. Call them you wont regret it!

Terrible got a dipping and it was messy not happy with service. The shape of my nails are terrible the more I explained how I want the shape she never got it right. Don’t go to this place they just want your money but they don’t care about your nails.

Great service! Prices are a little high but youre willing to pay it for the ambiance alone. Also there isnt much of a difference (besides price) from the lowest pedicure to the 2nd tiered pedicure.

I love the ambiance of this salon. The salon is clean and beautiful. The service was superb and the technicians are very professional. They also have a bar with complimentary drinks. I would recommend to anyone living in the area. Parking could be hard to find during certain times. Since they are located 2 doors down from Sephora, I recommend parking in the garage behind Brio and Sephora. 3rd floor and above is free to the public.

Real men get Mani and pedicures. This place looks high dollar but is a deal. Plus they offer 2 free drinks. Yes and booze. My lovely lady says their nails last longer than any she has had in the past. I try to schedule so I can hit happy hour at Bar Louie afterwards! They will turn tv to sports btw.

Im new to the area (here from Las Vegas) and I was in dire need of a nail tech. I was introduced to the friendly faces/staff at this salon and quickly fell in love after my first full set & pedicure. I know have a regular nail specialist (Ricki) who takes great care of me! The shop is beautiful, the staff and ambience is amazing, prices are reasonable, and their work is outstanding (I am always receiving compliments)! Not to mention, they are located in the City Centre....with an array of shoppers, eateries, lounges and a movie theater to unwind in. It feels as if I never left Summerlin, NV (Las Vegas)..... Thank you Ricki!

I went to Antony Vince Spa in Citycentre for a gel mani and spa pedi. The two ladies I got (Nicki and Kim) were very nice and friendly and we were having nice conversation. I asked the mani tech to enquire about their availability for a lash lift. She went to the counter and asked the attendant in her native tongue but I was able to understand the last words in the sentence as “lash lift”. She returned and continued with my mani and then the attendant came over and said “Yes, we have space for a lash lift” so I said thanks, I’ll do it once finished. The manager or who I assumed was the manager cam and asked me if I wanted Classic or Volume. I stated, “Classic lift” since the last place I did it at had the option to add lashes and I didn’t want that.About 20 min later, my mani was completed and I went to the back in one of the spa rooms where the tech was waiting. I laid on the table and she started. Now, lash lifts usually take 30 min so after what I thought was 30 min, I asked how long again, and she said 40 min. Now I thought it weird that it would take that long but I rationalised that it was a different method.Another 20 min passed, and I started feeling a burning sensation in my right eye which I indicated to her, she used a bladder to blow air into my eye, and stated that I had 10 min left at that point. Finally, another 30 min later and she wiped everything off and then gave me the mirror and to my shock and horror I had unnaturally long and thick lashes which I NEVER ASKED for. I immediately requested that she take them off, as I hated it and as someone who works in a highly corporate setting will never rock that style. She indicated, that is what she was told, and I acknowledged that it wasn’t her fault and she was very apologetic. She asked me to lie back and covered my eyes to start the process of removing them.While she was working on the removal, the same person who I assumed was the manager opened the door and in an unfriendly and far from apologetic tone said to me “I asked you and you said that you wanted Classic lash extensions with volume”. That made me mad as I am lying there, eyes burning. 1.5 hrs. of my Sunday evening lost and that is how you choose to manage a customer who got a service she didn’t request all because you chose not to listen? I vehemently stated that I did not ask for that as I have NEVER done this in my life and never intended to. She closed the door and never returned.The tech fervently tried and tried and then I asked her if she was getting difficulty as I suspected the glue hardened. She said yes and I indicated to her to cut the rest to the length of my natural lashes and I will manage from there since I had lots to do.I went to the washroom before checking out and my right eye was irritated and hurt when I blinked. I took my bag and went to the counter. The girl gave me the bill for the nails, no apology for putting you through this ordeal, no apology for wasting your time. I spotted the lady who I assumed was the manager, doing someone’s fingers. She never came over, she never looked in my direction. That interaction told me all I needed to know about this establishment. I paid for my nails and left without making a scene.
