Love this salon!! Always available for same day appointments seeing as I usually get my nails done on a whim but I was able to book an appointment on Saturday morning for noon. Everyone is friendly they care about the needs of their guests. Very prompt scheduling whether you do it online or on the phone.

This place is so horrible. I did my nails and in less than a week it popped out without me doing any hardworking with them. I went yesterday to try it out fir the first time and I loved it. They have a great variety of color powder colors! He did a great job. I chose color 145.

The guy I got was great and did the perfect French tip! Ive been to so many different places but he nailed it! Highly recommend, only leaving 4 stars because the odor of the salon was horrible- The scent nearly made me want to leave.

This place is absolutely terrible I went in and got acrylic nails and after one day the nail polish started peeling and they started breaking and my toe polish started coming off and everything I called them a couple days later because I have work and I told him what was going on and the lady told me that they will redo it and come in on Thursday so I had to cancel my Thursday appointment because I had to work and I’ve been asking for two weeks to speak to a manager they told me oh they don’t know who her manager is and a manager is somewhere they don’t know where then and one of the male employees argued with me and told me I’m a liar and I did not call do not go to this place the lady named Julie she messed up my nails she does not know what she’s doing she puts way too much glue on it it has it on your skin she messes up your cuticles and all I will never go back here and I want my money back because I spent $101 for serviceThat was terrible

This used to be one of my favorite places to get my nails done but they have recently gotten new management and the service is just not the same...they do a good job on pedicures and there is one guy who does really nice nail art...but my gel manicures have just been disappointing lately. I work at a salon and have been getting gel manicures for years and its like they dont even do the process correctly...if you just want an inexpensive pedicure that is still a good value this is the place, but gel is not there strong suit.

So yall know, Ive made Houston my home! Im getting out and about. Needed to get my footsies done! I was able to get in, but I can see that its a busy place. Ill go back!

They have DEFINITELY created a covid-19 freindly space for their customers. Place is full of transparent plastic 😆.I just wanted my toes painted--not an actual pedi. And i got just that. Im pleased w the provided service.

I will not go anywhere else but here for a manicure! I always ask for Lily or Kim as they are both thorough, friendly, and all-around fantastic. My nails never chip, crack or break, and they last quite a long time. Go out of your way to go to this nail salon. They NEVER disappoint!

Horrible experience! Nails were not shaped well. Had them remove the nails due to the horrible job they did and how thin the guy made them ( almost looked like they would break really easily) paid $45 for a service I was not given. Walked out without any nails. Would not recommend. Go down the street to Trishy’s nails spa!

My first time here and what a wonderful experience! Sherry did a hot pink shellac treatment on my nails sand they came out so clean and fabulous! The atmosphere was peaceful which is a major plus. Everyone was down to earth will definitely be back!

Love my pedicure! However, there needs to be more colors. Everyone has walls of color. Here they have only one small wall with half empty bottles and dried up. Please get more opi, Essie and dnd!

Since Ive moved I drive 30+ minutes out of my way to go back to Pink lounge. They do a stellar job- even a regular manicure lasts a FULL week at minimum-and looks JUST like gel. Their shellac is GORGEOUS and last forever. Well trained and everyone is great-Ive never been disappointed with a different nail tech. Pricing is excellent for what you get. Clean, friendly, on point with current nail trends, patient when I cant decide on a color 🙃 ... Owner is really friendly and is always working. I really hope they expand their locations! Advice: because theyre awesome they are always crazy busy! call ahead and make an appointment!

First timer here l, and I got the classic pedicure. The staff was nice but everything was extremely rushed and not relaxing at all. Through the entire process, 3 people attended to my pedi. First person rushed through the entire cleaning process, the massage was more like a rub down rather than an actual massage, then someone else took over and began the base coat and polish halfway, a third person took over to finish the second coat of polish and top coat. The polish came out good, but I was not satisfied with everything else. It wasn’t like I was a walk in client, I called ahead of time to schedule my pedi, I don’t understand why it was all so rushed...

Love love love.......... TT is wonderful and I am happy with my nails every time I leave. Wont be going anywhere else. I never have to wait for my appointment, they are always very organized which is a must when you are on a tight schedule. Also, the prices are always the same! I cant tell you how many times I have gone to different salons and it seems like I always end up paying a different amount for the exact same service. Great place that I would recommend to anyone.

I have been coming to nail salon for about 3 years. I normally get a pedicure monthly and they do a great job. I have gotten my nails done there about three times. The first time i did Shellac but for some odd reason Shellac doesnt last with me and i have tried several places and companies. The second time I tried the dip nails. It was nice for about a week then it started to smear on my papers and lifting up. Last week I wanted to try the white powder nails since my friend got them done and it looked beautiful. I told the owner, I believe her name is Lily, and she said the white powder could get discolored and suggested to get regular acrylic overlay with white shellac over. I declined and she came back twice and said that is was cheaper to do the overlay with the shellac than the white powder and the color will look and last longer. Additionally, if something happen to shellac to come back and see her. I have little experience with overlay, shellac nails etc and she is the professional so I decided to try it My nails started to turn yellowish-beige 3 days later, I went back and she was not there but one of the ladies called her. I spoke to her and ended up in a 15 min argument with her. She said that she told me she cannot guarantee the color of the shellac and she asked me several times if i wanted to do it. I said you came to me several time, trying to convince me to the the shellac color and you gave your personal guarantee. She said I am hurting her feeling cause she dont lie to customers. What really took me over the edge is when she said I have been getting my nails done there for a while and should know what shellac does. I told her I have only gotten my nails done here three times, shellac done only once and it wasnt impressive. She then offered that they could fix my shellac for a fee. I bid them adieu. I truly disappointed in the poor customer service and the attempted manipulation.

After being their customer for over 5 years I personally had an embarrassing experience due to a new manicurist that failed to complete a proper pedicure. The manager Lily was so rude and made a scene when I quietly and privately expressed my discontent to the poor pedicure. It was obvious she needed more training. I fell horrible for myself and the manicurist who got upset over the managers over reaction. Recently there has been a lot of turnover and although Ive seen her come across rudely with others I never expected such unprofessionalism towards a loyal customer. Luckily, there are a ton of places to choose from.

Service is great but this place really need VENTILATION! I cant believe the girls have to smell the strong chemicals all day. I left with a headache because the scent is SO STRONG.

I have been coming here for the past 2 years and the service has definitely declined. I came in on Friday after work (appt) with Lilly the manager and waited 30 min to be serviced. I usually see Dana but was told she was out on vacation. I didn’t complain about the wait, instead I finished a phone call and watched tv. Long story short, Lilly seemed irritated that I didn’t make an appt Mon-Wed because those are the slower days and I told her I had a last minute event that came up which is why I came in Friday. She went on and on about how she’s tired and the only one that does everything and it made me feel as if I was adding to her stress by being a customer. Not only did she leave in the middle of doin my nails, she had Rebecca finish the shellac polish. Rebecca did not speak or was friendly (she never is) and my polish was barely neat and nails were so clumpy from Lilly rushing my refill. I had to go somewhere else the next day and waste more money so I could look decent for my event. I’m very disappointed and now I see why the staff changes so much. I will not be returning.

I have been getting my nails done here for a couple of years. They have the annoying habit of blasting music with offensive sexist and racist language. I tolerated it for a while, then, on my last visit, I asked them to change the station. The manager, Lily, did with no problem. On my next visit, the same type of music was playing. I again asked Lily to change the station and she said that no one else complains and I should just wear headphones. I told her I thought that type of music was inappropriate to play in a salon and she told me I should go to a different salon. I’m frankly shocked that she’d be willing to lose a long time customer over such a simple issue. My one star rating reflects their total lack of respect for loyal customers.

WARNING!!!!!! DO NOT GO!!!This place USE to be amazing. They HAD great nail techs that catered to your needs the manager Lili has always been rude but it had nothing to do with her nail techs. NOW they have all quit and they have a whole new staff the products have gotten cheaper and the man doing my nails argued with how my nail should look. I showed her a picture of my nails that were done THERE before (mind you it was a year ago) I loved how they did them so I showed her a picture of the set I wanted (ombré) and the manager Lili said they dont do that there I only can choose from the two options they have and she also said a lot of customers come in here with pictures of what they want but we dont do that here you only choose. I said wow thats crazy this picture of these nails were done here. There were other customers waiting she didnt care and left the one guy (who sucks) to do everyones nails while she sat watching tv. My nails looked so bad I was so upset he cut three of my fingers so I went to another nail shop the very next day and got them fixed and done by professionals. I also set an appointment for 130 she forgot I didnt leave there til 4.

I walked in and explained its my first time here. A guy said ok and said it will be a 10 min wait. I waited that 10 minutes then they told me to have a seat at the nail bar. I waited for another 10-15 minutes for someone to come just to be told they will be with me in a little bit. I turn around and shes helping two other people do a pedicure and manicure. I waited for another 20 minutes and still nothing so I got up and left. No one even cared! It shouldnt take 3-4 people to get one person done. Although it looks like they do good nails I will never go back for the lack of customer service.

I had the worst experience ever. The so called manager was not able to handle a situation in an appropriate way, she was way out of line. She apparently doesnt know that customer is always right. And I am not saying that I did something wrong. All I wanted is to get my nails done. The technician didnt speak English so she didnt understand my direction on how to file and shape my nails although she was nodding her head and I got impression that she understood me. At the end my nails were terribly short and all different shape. When manager came to see what happened sge said that she didnt see my nails before and that I was a picky customer, said that she never had problems with other customers. Maybe I am picky, but its their job to be able to satisfy their customers and to have technicians learn a little bit of English at least enough to understand what customer wants. They made me feel so uncomfortable and unwanted there that I barely made it to the end, could not help myself but started crying and yet the manager still didnt stop walking around and talking to me in a very offensive manner.

This place used to be great but has really gone down. The customer service is horrible and the nail tech basically asked me if she does my nails is it okay if the nails have bottles on it? Huh? She says the materials they use is cheap and causes bubbles and she wants to make sure I was going to be okay with the nail job not being perfect. I said no that’s okay and walked out

TERRIBLE service! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!. Walk-ins are strongly discouraged but they wont tell you anything until youve already began service and then make you sit and wait. The person who accepted to do a manicure stopped in the middle to start working on a pedicure. She said she accepted the appt via phone call even though we had already sat down but became very angry when I asked for white polished tip and started to harass me for not having an appt and asking for white polish on the tip of the nails. Will NEVER step foot in here again. Manager kept arguing semantics and bragging about their place thats really small and not worth their prices. Nail polish looks old like it needs to be replaced. No room to wait. Treated so badly and humiliated in front of other people there bc we werent paying as much as their pedicure/shellac procedures and didnt make an appointment ahead of time. Definitely not the same service and attitude they had couple years ago when I first got my nails done!

It is with GREAT regret that I write this review. I am a customer that has been coming here for over 2 years now. I usually go to the same lady, Emily, who does an AMAZING job on my nails. I dont have to explain to her what I want, I just trust her to do her thing. I NEVER COMPLAIN AT ALL, but my last visit was the absolute worst, & it has made me look for other nail salons. I used to live up the street, but for the last year and a half, I drive almost an hour just to get to this salon. Anyways, approximately 2 weeks ago, I came to the shop because my nails had been chipping & breaking for the last few days. I never go without my nails being done, so I arrived bright & early to get my nails refilled. I was a little upset because I dont wear fake nails anymore, so my real nail had broke in the middle. I had to put nail glue on there that morning until I arrived at the nail salon. Upon arrival, I was told that Emily, my nail tech wasnt there & no one knew exactly when she would be returning. I found this odd, but I would have came back if my nail wasnt split in the middle as I dont trust anyone else to work on my nails here. Against my better judgement, I stayed & was seated in one of the pedicure seats so that my feet could be first. I was so nervous because I wasnt familiar with the pedicure nor the refill techs. The lady working on my nails, I think her name was Kim, was very ugly to me. She began to take the solar refill off my nail, but when I tried asking her a question, she shut me down, & I just kept quiet. Well, after taking the polish off, I was told that I had a bad fungus underneath 2 of my nails. My nails are everything, so I started to cry because I was afraid. Both nails were green. I was told that somehow water got under my nails. The owner was called over & she informed me that this had to developed a few weeks ago & my nail tech didnt make me aware of the situation. She told me that she would file the nails down, & I would need to come back in a week to make sure everything was ok. Everything negative ran through my mind, but then I noticed that Kim wasnt doing my nails right. Not only that, the lady working on my feet had to be new because she didnt know what she was doing AT ALL. I understand being new, but she didnt scrap any dead skin off my feet. She was nice, but I was upset. I dont like to complain, so I just keep quiet. During the same time Kim, the nail tech, was trying to place a fake nail on top of a nail that wasnt all the way filed down. I told her that I didnt like the way my nails looked, & she became upset & started speaking in her language to the other people in the shop. The owner came back to ask what was wrong. I told her that I didnt like my nails & tried explaining what the woman was doing wrong. They completely embarrassed me because I knew they were speaking about me in their language. What they fail to realize is that I understand some of their language, I just cant speak it. They made it as if I was a big problem to where others were looking at me in the shop like I was crazy. I was truly embarrassed & so upset that I wanted to yell, but instead I told them to just forget it. Leave my nails alone, finish my feet, & I will leave. The owner says, Why? We do for you. We want to help. Kim know what to do. She been doing nails floor over 10 years. I told her yeah but I didnt like the way she did my nails. I had asked for the coffin shape & you know they had the audacity to ask me why I decided to get a different shape this time. Well, because I clock in at a 12 hour job & I pay for it...thats why. So, to cut this story down, the lady Kim was pissed to where she would grab my hand & push it back at me like she didnt want to be bothered, so I politely ask for her to not touch me again. The owner came to shape my nails & basically ran through the coffin shape. They then had some young Asian girl put the Polish on my nails who didnt allow then to dry due to her being in a rush, so all the Polish had came off on some & dents in the other by the time I arrived home.

TT is horrible don’t go to her she messes up my girls nails and acted like she was the best. I will never let my girl go here again 0 stars if I could.

If youre looking for nail art, look elsewhere. I found out the hard way that the nail art from their photos are just stickers that they had in stock in 2015. I got charged for nail art for 2 ombre nails that, really, ended up more like color blocking.If youre just going for a regular, one-color mani-pedi, the service is pretty good. Its not the most inviting environment, though.

I have been a loyal customer of Pink Nail Lounge for 4-5 years. Last couple of months the customer service [management] has been going down, but still acceptable, until yesreday. I had a 4:30 appt for Shellac Mani & Reg Pedi. I was seen on time - no issues there. One of the techs starts with my pedi, the other starts removing my shellac. Another customer walks in & sits down -- no idea if she had an appt. Halfway thru the removal of my shellac, Lily has the tech who is removing my shellac, stop working on me & start the other customers pedi. I was surprised by this, as to me this was extremely rude and poor customer service -- even the tech apologized to me twice. Too many nail salons in the same area to be treated this way!BTW -- my mani & pedi were both great, no issues there.

This is absolutely the best service I have ever received and the prices are totally reasonable. My french tip pedicure and shellac manicure cost me less than $60! T.T. and Nam are masters of their craft, the salon is spotless and chic, and my nails are gorgeous.One huge plus, is there is no language barrier here. T.T. took my reservation over the phone seamlessly, and they were actually ready for me when I arrived. I have experienced a lot of scheduling conflicts in the past at different nail salons. I love how clean the place is, and that everything they use is labeled and sterile/new.T.T., who is also the owner, helped me pick out the perfect true shade of red for my shellac manicure. Her brother, Nam, was assigned to do my french tip pedicure. I have never received a more caring shellac mani. T.T. noticed that the last person to remove my shellac polish had used a drill. She informed me that this is uncommon and improper practice. Furthermore, she was able to remedy the awkward dip in my nails by applying more polish in the right places. My nails are so lovely that they look fake! Nam did such a perfect job on my feet that I am tempted to wear only open toed shoes from now on. He really took great care to make sure my toes would dry in time for me to slip on my heels and make a speedy exit. Besides the great nails, I also enjoyed the great conversation. Nothing felt forced, we all understood each other, and I was genuinely entertained the whole time.Its very obvious that T.T. is the boss-lady. She was getting pulled in all different directions by her colleagues. Without missing a beat, she answered questions, greeted guests, directed her staff, and stayed calm and collected the whole time. Mad respect to the staff at Pink Nail Lounge for the hustle, the fantastic nail job, and the wonderful experience. Ill have to tell my nails to hurry up and grow so I can visit Pink Nail Lounge again soon!
