I always do my nails here and they have always been impeccable. Never have they been to rough. Its quick yet they do not necessarily rush through it. There is a small wait time specially on weekends but its WORTH IT.

I’ve been coming here for 3 yrs now because it’s close to home, staff is friendly, and it’s clean. A couple things I’ve noticed has changed since I started coming is wait time and prices. Expect to wait 45mins to an hour on any given day. If you don’t like to wait, schedule an appointment. I have noticed a price increase since Covid, not so pleased about it, but it seems to be the norm everywhere you go. I’ve always been pleased with my services here and will continue coming here.

1 nail broke the next day, all the other nails lifted within a couple of days. Horrible job & over priced

I got the Pearl Pedicure and a regular manicure. Pedicure was nice, but she started rushing at the end. And the manicure looks like I did it myself. You can tell where she did the second coat and I didn’t notice it until I left since it’s kind of dim in the salon. The woman that did my mani-pedi was not very nice at all and had an attitude the whole time.

Don’t listen to you after saying you don’t like something, do wtv they want and make up the same excuse for anything you say u don’t likenails hella crooked DO NOT GET FRENCH TIPSAMPLE COLORS ARE CATFISHES

Daughter went in for nude with white tip. This picture was taken after. Cuticles look horrible and tip is too chunky. Called and was told to come in. Manager (Nicole) was very rude and wanted me to pay half to get them fixed. I refused. DO NOT GO HERE!

This was my first-time experience while visiting a friend. We decided to get our nails and pedicures to distract her from the grief due to the loss of her son. Funeral tomorrow so we wanted to do some selfcare. The salon is very nice but the customer service was very unprofessional. No hospitality and my nails are not of quality. For the cost of the service, I waisted $40. I will not go back for sure. If you want friendly professional service, this is not the salon I would not recommend this to anyone.

This was my first time going there it was a 30min plus wait I almost left but Im glad I didnt. This place is beautiful. They called my ph to let me know they were ready for me. Someone showed me to my seat. My nail tech was amazing. I got a complimentary drink. This was the best pedicure I have ever had. And to top it off when she top me to the area to finish drying my toes she me a massage with this wonderful smelling lotion. I have found me a new nail salon. Thanks again for the wonderful experience

It was ok. It was really crowded . The atmosphere was different than what Im used to and my feet look like they belong to different people. Not very pleased with the outcome. Not sure Ill return.

So I came with my sister in law to get a full set and pedicure (myself) and a mano pedi (for SIL), after being told the wait would be 30 minutes and we could wait on the car, the wait ended up being over an hour. When we finally went inside, we were seated at a table with no worker or items, so basically an empty station. We waited and after 10 minutes another lady was seated next to us at a station at the end that a worker was set up at. She was immediately seen to. We decided to leave. After explaining to the lady at the register that after waiting for over an hour we were leaving because customers were being seen before us who walked in after, the receptionist very rudely said, Well she has an appointment, but whatever. I was not rude, so there was no call to be rude.

Walked in at 12 to get a full set,I was told it would be an hour wait. They didn’t call me to over a hour and a half and told me it would be 10 minutes to come now. Walked in 10 minutes past 40 minutes past, still haven’t called me back yet. After 40 more minutes waiting after the hour they told me, she said Oh we take appointments In the middle of walk-in. Very bad communication. And still didn’t get my nails done after 2 hours. Want be back

I never really write negative reviews simply because I believe that people have off days and the service industry is tough.However, the last 3 times I’ve been in I’ve had the same gentlemen for both my manicure and pedicure. And every time he seemed to want to be doing anything else possible. Granted scrubbing someone’s feet would be at the bottom of my fun list too, but when you’re so obviously over something that you are quite literally tossing someone’s hand aside, pushing feet back in water, and swatting, maybe take a break?Even more so, when you are blatantly talking about someone (and their grandmother??) snickering and whispering to co-workers while looking at the person - it is pretty awful experience.My grandmother who is already semi self conscious about her feet, felt horrible after the pedicure and now refuses to go back. Simply because she doesn’t want to feel talked about again. We used to love this place. But after the last few times - especially - the last time. I don’t think we will be going back.They do nails beautifully. The owners are sweet. It is a shame a handful of experiences soured the whole place

I asked for a very simple service and the owner came up with every excuse not to provide this service. In the end she stated that her technicians were jot good enough to do a basic pink and white full set with out the nails being thick and bulky. Not sure if this was personal or, in fact true. I appreciate the honesty but I thought it was important to share this information for newcomers.

Second time here! You sign in and make your selections. They take you into another room and begin the treatment. Its really nice that they put you in the system and add your technician for quick reference. This works great for appointments. (I highly recommend making an appointment.) I received a shellac manicure and classic pedicure. Prices are reasonable. Service is great. My technician, Yen, is really observant, patient and makes sure youre happy with the cut and color. They take their time and keep their appointments. I will be returning. The salon is clean and the tools used are prepackaged. Thanks, Nails of America - Summerwood. Also, they address you by name, so its nice to know they pay attention to their customers.

My pedicures here are always great so I increased my review from 1 star to 2. However I’ve gone here twice requesting a natural looking nail be it American manicure style or French tip or ombré. No matter how I ask they can not accommodate this simple request. Definitely going to another shop from here on out because $45 is too much money to spend without leaving with what you asked for.

I have been coming here for a while and i used to love it however the last time my sister and i went and felt like we were being judged and talked about by our pedicurist. There is an obvious language barrier so we didn’t know exactly what her and the other lady were talking about however just from her body language it felt like she was judging/ talking about my sister and i who were nice to them and wanted an enjoyable experience. Don’t know if we will be returning for this reason.

So disappointed I never returned. When it came to removing my hang nail she literally had me climbing up the chair in tears. All the women in the room were staring along with the SEVERAL employees that took turns watching in awe while not offering to assist.

Do NOT go here if you like your nails to be uniform. Most of the techs do sloppy work, especially the older short man! Acrylic is uneven and nails are all different lengths. HORRIBLE

I was given a recommendation by my aunt to try to Nails of America. I had a standing appointment if you will with with a nail tech at Bellagio Nail salon however he no longer was an employee so I went to my appointment anyway not knowing he wasnt there and they did a horrible job. I had gotten a powder overlay and I kept telling the young man its crooked, its too thick, they are not even he said he would fix it and it was horrible. The communication with the lady who did my pedicure was even worse she wanted to do what she wanted to do. So I was told to try Nails of America and book with Miss Tran and I LOVEY NAILS. Tran was efficient and communication in regard to my satisfaction was great and I was in and out!

I absolutely love this place every time I go I am immediately greeted and never have to wait for too long. I go here about once a month to get my nails done. I have gone to other places in between but always hate it, I just can’t find a place this nice. LOVE NOA SO MUCH! They always do such an amazing job I always leave happy!

I’ve spent over $500+ at one time bringing family ect.. always spend $100+ every time. This last time was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Came in happy, excited to finally get my nails done after a long day/week from work. To get a nail tech with a horrible attitude. you would think this is a spa, a place to RELAX? WRONG! on the contrary I receive a horrible service, horrible attitude, didn’t even offer anything to drink, I had to ask. Plus took forever to get my services done. I got a whole different color than the one I chose. The nails were short and fat. Again, nothing what I expected. I cried when I left. I still tip both of them even though they were horrible. I tried calling the manager the next day ( today) and she as well didn’t care. I’m so disappointed with this place and I will definitely let everyone I know about my experience. I was trying not to do this but after speaking to the manager I was left without a choice. I tried being cordial during this whole experience but every time it has gotten worst and worst. I paid for a service I did not receive. Usually I’ll just never go back, but this time was unacceptable and humiliating.

I came here to get my eyebrows waxed and i will never go back for this service. The woman was an older lady probably in her 50s. She did not keep the original shape and took one one of my arches completely off. Im gonna have to wait months for that to grow back.

I went in was greeted properly by reception no issues. When I went to get my pedicure the woman I had first was having issues when she realized she had to remove the shellac from my previous pedicure. My toes were twitching due to my autoimmune disease, and she quickly left without a word. She grabbed another woman and they both were staring and laughing about my involuntary toe twitching. It caught attention by the other customers in the shop, and I was embarrassed, and frustrated. I said nothing didnt complain about how incredibly rude they were paid in full and still tipped because I myself am in the serving industry. I will not be returning, but be kind to others you never know what theyre dealing with.

They could sanitize better after customers leave. As I watched customers leave, cleaning crew barely wiped the seats after. This is my first time going out since March so I was paying particular attention to how they cleaned. I dont think I will be back unfortunately :(

My daughter and I visited this nail shop for our manicures and pedicures. First, they were not friendly at all. They offered other customers beverages, but did not offer my daughter or myself anything. We had to change our colors twice, because they were out. I paid $160 for our services. My daughters Shellac chipped the next day. The energy in this nail shop was nothing genuine. I felt really frustrated about spending my hard earned money here.

Clean and quite place. Only reason for a 1 star. Their wait area is nothing. You literally have to be on top of one another. Then my daughter’s nail broke off in a week and starting to lift. They don’t tell you that appointments have top priority. So walk in have to wait. Very unprofessional

Me & my 12 year old daughter got serviced here and it was a VERY unpleasant experience. I got a deluxe pedicure and a couple of nail repairs my daughter got a polish change. The tech who polished my daughter’s hands& toes was extremely RUDE it was clear she became frustrated when my 12yo accidentally messed up two of her finger nails while they were drying as she attempted to pick up her ipad from her lap before it fell. Mind you, she’s an autistic preteen which I understand everybody doesnt understand the meaning “Autism” but that’s not what made me upset. It was the dirty looks that were given I watched the tech give weird stares and dirty looks about 3 different times. That was so rude absolutely unprofessional and unethical. Her name was Tien

Ladies there really need to watch what they say and do, even if it’s in a different language body language says it all . my daughter was made fun of her feet by the tech she has a condition illness... she told her to stop moving my daughter explained she can’t control it.... We won’t be going back there..

The people that work there are very rude and disrespectful for as much money as youre paying to get your nails done you should be treated with a little respect and not make fun of you while youre sitting there. I work hard for our money just as they do for theirs and to waste it with that kind of service is not very satisfying. Will never go back and never ever will I recommend anybody going there

My nail tech had no idea how to do a manicure or a pedicure. I just wanted to get it over with; its as if he was unsure of how to use the tools. There were no safety precautions. The seats were not wiped down as people left, the tools didnt seem new, which is very abnormal for them. I was very disappointed. Its as if they have relaxed their practices since they have re-opened for the pandemic.

Ana did very well on my toes. It was a clean relaxing atmosphere. I will be back.

If you come when they first open and depending on nail technician you might get decent nails or pedicure. I have came to this nail salon for over 3 years. It’s extremely busy, over priced and at times they rush to finish to get to other customers. Why did I continue to come here? Well it was as close to good when compared to other nail salons I had visited around the area. I always get black nails or polish and twice the nail technician have put their own color and when I tell them that I did not want that color (with the first finger) they would try to convince me that I should try other colors. Other times, to beat the crowds, I am the first customer and I have had two technicians working on me and rushing me out. One positive thing is that my nails never break so whatever powder they use it’s the best. Will I ever come here again? I’m sure I will because at times you need to have a back up from your first choice Incase of an emergency.

I called them today at 8:47 to book an appointment for 9:30 AM, which she confirmed she had the availability.I arrive 10 mins early for my appointment, a walk-in party of 6 caucasian women come in behind and me and I was completely ignored at that point.They catered too and seated and I was told I had to wait over an hour after that party!1) What was the purpose of booking an appointment if u didnt have the availability.2) They are unprofessional and borderline being racist. My money spends just like white people!3) The lady proceeded to argue with me about not having enough staff, they were here for first, and blah blah!All this could have been avoided had she simply honored my appointment OR STATED IN THE INITIAL CALL I DONT HAVE THE AVAILABILITY.

Clean, fair prices and fast service

I have to give this place an absolute 5 stars. Customer service is impeccable and I got the luxury pedicure and it was life! I will be back and will be telling other people about this place for sure. It is worth the amount I paid for it which was $50 because you also get a shoulder massage while your toes are drying.

I have been a loyal customer to this salon for 2years. I went in on for a pedicure and manicure on 7/5/19. I signed in as usual and was called to the foot spa in less than 10 minutes. After finishing my pedicure the young lady came to advise me if I wanted a manicure it would be an hour wait. any other time my nails would be worked on as my pedicure is being done but no one ever came in to do my manicure. Ive never had this incident happen. After telling me it would be an hour for a manicure a customer walked in and was immediately seated for a manicure. I went to the front to tell the owner I was very dissatisfied with the fact that I had already been waiting an hour and customers walking in are being taken care of why should I have to wait an hour. Before I could finish expressing my concerns with the service he cut me off and over talked me. I was shown no type of empathy or customer service. I was treated as if I did not matter and was given a total for the service rendered. I never stated to him that I would not be finishing my services but was given a total. There was no courtesy or respect shown to me on behalf of not one single member of the staff. I will never return to this salon again and I would suggest you dont either If I could give zero stars I would but unfortunately I guess their given a star automatically.

Went to get my daughters nails done. Was advised it was a 30 minute wait. Waited 50 minutes and had my daughter go check and they couldnt find her name. I immediately walked out. Ive been there before and didnt experience this. They probably lost the name because they were so busy trying to make sure their regular people got service quick. They were just walking in and being seated. I will never return here again. They dont deserve my money.

The service was good and the building is very pretty and well organized. Ive never gotten my nails done there, but when I got my eyebrows waxed the day after breakouts sprouted up all over where they waxed me. Which I thought might just be me, but when I go to my usual place that doesnt happen. Be sure to check if what they use is compatible with your skin.

Ive gone here twice and both times I had a wonderful experience. I finally found someone to do my nails exactly the way I want. The service was quick but done amazingly. I also had a pedicure and enjoyed it very much. I read a review on here stating that races were segrated from one another but I didnt see that at all. This place is very diverse. I would recommend this place with high regards.

I hate Im having to give this place a bad review. I recently went to this nail salon for the first time and received a pedicure and manicure. The place appeared to be very nice and clean. Also the staff was very friendly. Honestly I was initially pleased with the service until a day later. Well the next day my feet began to itch and burn. I assumed I had an allergic reaction to a product they used on my feet even though I never experience this before and had many pedicures at different locations. Well now its been three days since the pedicure and my feet only got worse. I have a horrible burning, itchy, bumpy rash all over my feet and feel like I bit by fire ants. I never in my life had foot fungus or this type of foot rash. I hope no one else experience this and Im will not be returning.

If I could give them 1 stars, I would. Terrible. I walked in to NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT except “SIGN IN”. I got a mani and pedi for $40. He did not clean the excess polish, cut too much nail after I asked him not to, and did a sloppy paint job. I feel like they do a rush job just to get to the next person. RUN! Run far, far away from here. I would rather go back to my ladies across town than drive 3 minutes to this place.

Will never go back here again. The staff was CLEARLY talking about me and my boyfriend. Laughing. The lady doing my nails was not interested in doing them, she cut me 6 times, 3 times because she was on the phone. She actually rolled her eyes at me once. Someone I was paying to provide a service to me ROLLED HER EYES AT ME!Well they do NOT have to worry about getting my hard earned money ever again!!!
