The salon is really nice, great atmosphere. The online booking process was a bit awkward, I wanted to book a fill and pedicure but couldn’t seem to add both. They were gracious when I went in for my appointment and I was able to get my pedicure and fill done at the same time.My pedicure was nice, my tech gave me a good leg massage and moisturizer my legs and feet. I wasn’t impressed with the attention to detail for the shaping or polishing. I prefer a square shape and all of my toenail wasn’t polished on my left foot like it was on my right.My nails were fine, I don’t think they were worth $50 however. I also wasn’t impressed with the shaping as the almond shape wasn’t crisp. My tech kept asking me if I liked it but it should go without saying, either you’re confident and know you did what had to be done with shape or you don’t. It wasn’t a big deal though, I’m able to do shaping and fix it myself. Cuticle oil wasn’t applied to my nails after they were finished; little attention to detail like that matters.If you want a salon that looks really cute and has good service, I’d definitely recommend this place. If you’re looking for a salon that prides themselves on the presentation and skill, I unfortunately wouldn’t be able to recommend it based on this experience.

Visited first time today and I really loved the job they did even though the color I wanted wasn’t the same as in the picture I showed them. they were able to adjust my nail color to the way I wanted. Great service! Thanks Lucy for being patient ❤️

I’m so happy I found this gem! The manicures and pedicures are always high quality and relaxing and never rushed through like many places I’ve been to in Houston. They’ve literally been so accommodating with design requests and I really appreciate that!

Bad service, I asked for an expensive gift and a nice design and they didnt know how to make it apart they charged me $ 230 for hands and feet and nothing to see, excellent feet which I didnt like my hands even hurt a bit, look the arrangement they gave me

Super nice staff that gets things done promptly!! Trish shaped my nails to perfection and got the design I wanted with ease. The studio is clean and pretty. My only complaint is that on three of my fingers, I have cuts from when my acrylics were getting shaped. Other than that, so happy with my nails!!

I’m not usually one to write reviews, especially one like this one. However, my experience here was horrible. From customer service to the nail art artist. It was rushed and the OBVIOUS messy nail art was not fixed. I paid full price $95 & even gave a tip for their time. All to be told by them that “they can’t do nothing about it.” Apparently they couldn’t fix them up. Mind you, I drove an hour to get my nails done here since the reviews seemed great.I was hesitant on posting this, but after getting off the phone w/ the rude male in the front, I decided to post it. The nail artist was Ethan.Ladies, save yourselves some time & your money, go somewhere else. 😣

LOVE THE SERVICE. LOVE THE LOOK ANS HOW IT CAME OUT. However the Shellac polish chipped the very next day. They fixed it for free.. 2 days later a different nail chipped. I don’t do anything with my hands besides wash them and text. I’m being funny but really can’t see how it chipped. Isn’t the point of shellac to not chip?

The owner of the facility is extremely rude for someone with knats in their shop! I’ve come in and spent well over $5000 with the store in the time that I’ve been going and I was told that I booked my appointment wrong even though I booked it correctly and they switched me to a different person without my knowledge or without informing me. When I called to complain and try to get accommodate I was told that I could cancel and not return to the facility she then puts do not take next to my name so that way if I try to ever book again nobody will take me don’t waste your money.. will be finding a new business.

I found this nail studio through a coworker’s referral and I’ve never been disappointed yet. Today, I got the ‘Fire and Ice’ pedicure with Jack and I just want to give him a huge shoutout! He was super kind and attentive. Always asking if this or that was great or needed adjustment. I was just floored. Daynah did my dip powder and it’s always a hit with her! I’ll always show up at NLS whenever I visit Houston!

They definitely specialize in pedicures but all their techs take their time, are very thorough, and friendly. Ive gotten the Lemon pedicure and the Milk and Honey. I have to say the M&H is my favorite so far. Only had my full set done once. She was young and I felt a little rushed, but she was very skilled. My only complaint was that they didnt clean under my nails from the extra dipping powder - I had to ask and she mentioned it would go away when washed. I also had super glue on several parts of my skin.

TRACY IS PHENOMENAL. I can see this being my go to. She took her time and really paid attention to me. She was also such a sweetheart to chat with. I have always gone here to get my toes done and they do a great job and really take their time. I love getting pedicures and probably will continue. But I will never get my nails done here again. Jolie rushed me to pick a color and the shape was not what I was asking for. I asked for coffin with a medium length and she started by making them too short and made it feel like an inconvenience when I asked to fix the shape. She painted in the design too lightly and you can see through it. The design that wasn’t what was pictured and splotchy she then charged me $25 dollars for. I’ve never come out so underwhelmed and disappointed

Been here a couple times with no problems. They make sure you are comfortable and satisfied with their work as they perform. Make sure you book an appt. all tech can do exceptional work. Oh and the Hostess are the best.

For the price we paid and services we received it didn’t match up. Me and my husband both got pedicures he seemed to had enjoyed his but whatever lady this was doing mines she acted like she barely wanted to touch my legs and feet. Definitely overpriced.they make everything sound fancy and it’s not. She was low key rushing. My pedicure was ugly too she was suppose to clip my toe nails down and their still long so I’ll probably need another pedicure soon.

Ethan did an amazing job! He constantly checked with me if I liked the shape and length. I’ve had my acrylic nails on for over a week now and I am pretty rough with them and they have held up incredibly well! The jewels on them will not budge lol. I definitely recommend!!

Do not recommend, the management is horrible and do not know how to please a customer whatsoever. If you are coming to have a good time, do not pick this place. And I am not sure what a lie the owner of this place replied to me but I NEVER called back to make an appointment after finding out that canceled my appointment. So the best that she can do is just to protect herself with replying a lie. Good luck with getting more Customers with this attitude.

A coworker recommend NailsLifeStudio and it took me almost a year to venture over and try them out. I wish I would have tried them sooner! I’ve had my nails done with Ethan and Daynah and I can say I’m never disappointed. Daynah is now my go to, I always get compliments on each set she creates for me. Very happy customer :)

Annie and Cheri were amazing and I loved the service here the first time so I came back. Kevin did my dip and was so rude and got dip powder on my fabric purse and never acknowledged it or apologized. Other than that the place is nice and very clean.

This is my favorite nail shop ever since coming back to Houston! Being able to set an appointment has been the best thing & it really sets the standard in this industry across the board. Their online booking system is very fool proof & they’re always on time! To be honest, I prefer a nail salon atmosphere such as this because it weeds out the riff raff. As a beauty professional myself, our time is often taken advantage of & our professionalism is often tested. I have a different nail tech every time & that’s ok because everyone I’ve ever had is great! Nic is my fave because he genuinely remembers everyone who comes in but again everyone there is great as well. The atmosphere is great & the aesthetic is on point. Nice atmosphere. The technicians were great. My nail tech Le understood what I wanted. She did a good job of making me comfortable. I did miss being offered something to drink...as Mimosa are supposed to be complimentary. I do feel the prices are somewhat steep. I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure that was $70! Im accustomed to $50-$60...So...maybe Covid has something to do with it, but even at that...those that can still come shouldnt pay more. IJS But they did good work.🤗

Well well, where to start. To be honest, the person who did nails was awesome, his name was Jack, little bit slow and takes too long but very well worth it. The poor review is because, I called to make an appointment, I was told that Jack can not take me because, quote I’m too hard to deal with and work with. Also, that nobody else will work with me, because I’m confrontational and hard to work with.Let me clarify, I’m very easy, chill person, never have I ever had any confrontation or even an argument, all that happened was Jack was so passionate and professional he made sure he did his job well, which took more than 2 hrs, and that was like 3 times I went there. And each time the owner and other people will come and tell him something, I presume saying ur taking too long, finish it up, one time it ended up being after closing hours. So I guess the owner did not like it, because why spend 2 hours on one customer when you can take couple and make more money. So I was beyond muffled when I was told they won’t take me. If you refuse a client based on a lie and because the client is time consuming don’t run the business. Can not believe that I have to write a review like this. What a world we live in. So I would say don’t go there to like the people who do your nails just to be rejected and on top be accused of things you never did. Shame on you, simply shame on you.P.S I always tipped extremely well.

Nails Life Studio is the only place I go to get my nails done. I’ve been going here for years ( since they opened) simply put they are amazing. They honor appointments and have a great staff who are all nice and good techs. Nails Life Studio is clean and kid free which always you to relax and enjoy your services (and I say this as a mom). I happened to come across this location on yelp. Read the reviews and checked out the photos they had on there and was very impressed. The environment is absolutely amazing and very calming as well as really organized. I loved the work that my techs did. Vy did my pedicure she was super nice and very gentle and made sure I was okay through out the whole process. Not sure what my nail techs name was but he was amazing and did wonderful work on my nails. I would most defiantly recommend this location and will most certainly be returning in the future!

I came here because my friend recommended me but the one that Tracy treated me for the hands was very despotic, I asked her for a color and she brought me a lot of unnecessary colors, I asked her if I could look for them and she told me that it was not her job and that it was not I had time, I had more appointments, the boy who was doing my feet helped me very kindly, after I looked at my phone she told me to lower the volume very annoying, the boy at that moment saw me again ashamed as saying what I am sorry, the truth is that if he treated me very well, he even offered me a drink, in the end I paid almost $ 200 when I have gone to better luxury places with humble and helpful people and I have not cared about the price if they do their job well, I gave him to the boy who made my feet a $ 40 tip and I did it to show him that although I was not well dressed because I had just got up from sleep and had the appointment at 9 in the morning, the truth is I do not think I will return again, the place is very small without joke the servi lousy price and very high price

My niece and I went to this salon two weeks ago. My niece had been here before and really loves the work Kevin does. This was my first time going and I had Leina, she did really good too on my nails I appreciated how sweet and understanding she was. Leina listened to my needs and followed through. Great staff. They were also able to squeeze us in with such short notice.

I’ve come here previously and the two other nails techs I had gotten were amazing. I guess I just expected all the other nail techs to be equally as amazing. Honestly, I recognize that I’m equally at fault for not saying something before paying but I was really hoping I was just being overdramatic and that they’d grow on me eventually. But really, it just wasn’t their best work lol. The nail tech overfiled my natural nail, I noticed I have air bubbles in multiple nails aside from other stuff that i can see through the nail, and the nail tech also lowered their mask to answer a text message (twice!!) while doing my nails. It could have been a lot worse, I guess. I’m just disappointed lol.Edit: Thank you to TT for reaching to me! My issue was solved promptly and I really appreciate the care the salon has for its clients!!!

This salon was was already top notch before but even after COVID they set the standard. They are making sure the salon is not over crowded and maintaining appropriate distance between clients. I really appreciate how much they are sacrificing to take care of us clients. Your nails will grow out and still look good...not to mention they know how to do a square file shape for pedicure. It’s rare to find a place that I like both my nails and toes. They are a gem 🥰

Every nail tech here is super talented though, so you can’t go wrong. The salon is also very clean and has tons of options for colors and designs.

Ethan is the best! He really dedicates his time making sure my shape is perfect & what I want is accurate. I found him on IG and when I saw his work I was absolutely in love! He is the only nail technician that I go to when I want something with a design and I’m always happy with the results. I’ve gotten a pedicure there too and enjoyed it as well! Pricing is well worth it, and the nail shop itself is gorg and clean.

I’ve been coming here since the place opened 3 years ago, and I am LOYAL TO Nails Life Studio. I went with the Owner TT for 2 years who has done nothing but the best on my nails, and now transitioned with her assistant VY who literally is TT’s twin when it comes to details, shape, etc. I’ve had my pedicures done by Ryan who is very detail oriented and takes his time and makes sures I’m comfortable during the whole process. Truly the best nail salon and customer service you can receive when it comes to getting your nails done. Everyone is so sweet and polite even when answering their phone, I couldn’t appreciate my nail techs more, and I just want to say thank you Nails Life Studio for being the BEST out there!

I’ve literally been getting my nails done for over 20 years, this is the 1st establishment that my overall experience and service has been A-1! I’ve been coming to my personal nail tech for several years now, I continued my service at their new location on Westheimer, and I am still overly satisfied, they are fast, affordable, friendly and very clean! I have been going to Nail Life Studio for a little over a year. Yes it can get pricey BUT you are definitely getting great value. One time I couldn’t make it in for about a month and besides growth, my nails were perfect. The staff is very nice and extremely professional. Since Covid, the owner has made sure to take all CDC guidelines very seriously, makes you feel very comfortable being in the nail shop! Best nail shop in HTown!

I have been to this nail shop a couple of times, but on Saturday I went in, what I paid for and what I got just didn’t match up. I got an extremely basic coffin nail with ombre, and I paid $75 for that. The nails are not Smoove and they are definitely not worth $75. I really tried to like the shop but the work that they provide for the prices that they charge is just definitely not worth it. I also got a pedicure for $35 and that was worth it. But that was Vail the quality of them for $75 is absolutely ridiculous.

Awesome nail salon! I dont get my nails done that often, but I decided to stop by for a shellac manicure. Angela was my tech and she did an awesome job! I chose a nude color that required several coats and she was very patient with building up the color until it was perfect. The salon was clean and everybody was very nice. Will definitely be returning in the future!

The place was clean. My first time visiting this establishment. It wasnt my first choice the location I wanted to go to had a 2 hour wait and this was the closest nail salon so I decided to try them. They did an okay job....ive definitely had better. I got a full acrylic powder set with my toes done and they charged me $105 before tip. A bit pricey to be honest. This same set at my usual location would of cost me $80. Their price is their price but I personally wont be back.

I used to go to Karen she was simply amazing. She moved after covid happened. So I had to try 2 other techs. They were nice however they made my nails crooked, which wasn’t a problem until I asked for them to be fixed. This resulted in them noting i was too intricate. I made a follow up appt with Ethan. He cancelled me the day of bc of the notes. So I reached out to him personally through IG. He was nice until I told him what happened then he blocked me. How they’ve handled business is very disappointing. I’ve attached the screenshot of the conversation. There were 2 occasions where someone had to come and correct what was done. I NEVER complained to management or called to complain. I like my nails short and square but I guess that was too much.

Yes they have great artists but many of them lack customer service skills.While picking my color someone came & took the tray while I was clearly still looking through it.Gel nail polish was left on my finger which I had to peel off once I left. The nail tech saw it & tried to buff it off with the nail file but just gave up.

I love this place. I work almost around the clock and almost 365 day a year so to say Im always tired is an understatement. The first time I walked in there I probably looked homeless and they didnt bat an eye. They took care of me as if I was a queen with no real clue if they would get paid for services rendered. I got the Fire & Ice pedi and the gel mani, my total with tip was $150ish. I was so please with the service that the next few visits I even brought my mom whom also thoroughly enjoyed her experience. Theyre a bit outta my way but Ill make the drive every time. My girl that I would have do my nails, I literally only had to pick a color and she even made that easy since she remembered what I liked from my very first visit. I think she may be gone since my last visit was before the lock down but if Alex is still there, ask for her, shes a gem.

This is, hands down, the best nail salon I have ever been to, and Ive been a loyal customer for over 6 months now. I REFUSE to go anywhere else. The salon is impeccably clean and sanitary with a relaxing but contemporary atmosphere and upbeat staff. These guys/gals are so attentive and down to earth. Theyre dedicated to providing quality service and getting it right. Unlike many other salons, they never pressure you to upgrade in any way, and are more than happy to customize services to ensure you enjoy it (for example, I dont care for the hot towels so I ask for hot stones instead). Its great to be able to kick back, sip a mimosa, and know my nails are going to look fantastic when I walk out. Prices are more than fair given the quality of service and the cleanliness of the studio. Cant beat this place!

I am the broker/owner of a boutique real estate firm and have an insanely hectic schedule. Therefore, I canNOT go to a nail salon unless they run on-time, EVERY-time. TT, the owner of this salon, ensures that every appt is always on time and keeps me on schedule.This is also one of the very few salons in Houston where ANYone in the salon can do amazing nails that look perfect every time. I refuse to go anywhere else and drive from Sugar Land just to go here. My daughters also get their nails done here as well. They can do any design you want.

I dont typically do my nails but I decided to come here after work. They took me in pretty fast, even continued working on my nails till after they closed. They did an awesome job and its safe to say Ill be coming back.

Omg!! Best place that has ever did my nails and pedicure!! Annie is wonderful! The darn pedicure was so worth the price!!!! I had my nails done last week and they still look wonderful!
