I was the first one in the store, my pedicure was great but the lady that did my nails did not do a very good job. This is the second time I’ve come here and had an issue.

The young man that did my nails text the whole time he was servicing me. As you can see they are not shaped well and they are different lengths. KNS please do not let ANYONE work in your salon if they are not qualified you will eventually lose business.

Last visit was anything but pleasant and as I’m attempting to gather my payment, they are hounding me as if I’m about to run out of door. Never going back for less than impressive nails and expensive prices

I wasnt sure what to get so I went my normal route. I liked this location it wasnt to busy on a Monday so I was in and out. However the young lady who did my nails wasnt talkative but she did a good job🤷. BTW it was my 1st time so I was looking for a nail shop thats good at doing nails.

AMAZING NAIL ART! we did a walk in for my little sisters birthday and LEE did not disappoint at all! He literally was so fast and on point with everything!!! He hand painted a spider on her nails and literally just went above and beyond with his amazing customer service. This is one of the best salons in Houston with out a doubt. You want REAL NAIL ART? This is the only place Ill go for my nails now! They usually are really busy past 6:30 so I try to get in before, but if there is a wait its worth it! Great color selection and super clean space. Reasonable pricing too!

Its was a good pedicure/manicure service, I just do not like how the workers go back and forth, throughout the shop loud talking and laughing, but very short with customers.

I love the service here. Great prices and great quality work. Dee normally does my nails and hes very creative and does an awesome job. Ive been going every summer for the last 3 years and I havent had a problem. My nails last, unless I do something extra that breaks them, or get them too long. The shape is pretty and the acrylic is thin. I used to spend twice as much and my nails and toes were never this lovely. Im happy!

I had a terrible experience here at this Nail Shop Before Getting A pedicure done I showed the lady A picture of how I wanted my pedicure & the lady said that she could do the very simple design but once it came to doing the design she told me that she didnt know how to do the design something she shouldve told me before doing my pedicure. Then when I asked about the amount of the Design it was the same price as the pedicure it self which was very ridiculous. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SHOP TO ANYONE AT ALL VERY BAD SERVICE.

Very un happy with my services! Would not recommend to anyone. Nail ladies rush and have attitude had to ask several times to slow down.. she left a huge piece of acrylic and had an attitude about me asking her to remove it. Rushed my set so dust and bubbles are all visible. They also got snappy with my sister in regards to her color choice. We will never go back to this ghetto shop.

The service its amazing when it comes to booth one and two which are Sophia and D and also Ds wife but booth five is has a little guy that sits there and he is not only rude but cant do nails worth a damn. && has the nerve to say shut up to customers because you let someone skip you just to avoid him doing your nails

Tim is awesome at doing solar nails.it is so rare to find someone who knows how to do nails really well and they are perfect when he does them.

Horrible customer service. Went in to get my eyebrows waxed.1. They do your eyebrows in a desk chair in front of everyone..2. No one acted like they wanted to help me they just kept eating.3. She didn’t wash her hands after eating and touched my face!4. I told her what I wanted done to my eyebrows and she kept telling me no she was going to do them another way...I walked out and left.. never will I return.

Extremely bad customer service. Please don’t pay to get treated like your not spending bands on your nails frequently. I’ve been going her 3+years and after the service I received today I will give this company and more of my time. The nail tech I had today was frustrated with me before I could even sit in his chair. He nipped me with one of his tools causing me to bleed and didn’t even try to sanitize the tool nor my injury that I received. He started to complain that I needed to be steal when I was, he made me feel bad for even coming into the shop I told him to stop the service and take off the nails because I wanted to leave not even 5 minutes into the service. He told me to wait back in line and made me take off the nails myself. completely ratchet. NEVER AGAIN ❗️

I did my nails by the young gentleman there and my nails lifted within a week i went bk and I was missing 2 nails he put nail glue on the ones that were lifted and charged me $8 to replace 2 that had completely lifted plus he made me come bk and then wait this set cost me $75

Walked into nail shop, and before I was able to even get a set done, I asked how much would it be for length when told what the length was and the difference I stated that I didn’t want to pay because there was no difference in the length. I was then asked to pay upfront for my nails that were not even started on, another girl walked out while in the mist( only after having tips put on). I stay that I don’t want the set and employee rips my nails off... and then wants to charge me to soak the glue off ..employee then goes on to speaking to entire store trying to embarass whomever she thought she was. Employee stated that they make “crazy” customers pay up front. I felt disrespected another employee comes over to take glue off my finger nails and then waves at door and says leave. Employee consistently broadcasting my situation outload and how there prices are unbeatable, disregarding the way the customers are treated. Two other women were in store for first time and said that it would be there last time coming back. Horrible customer service I will never come back!

I have gone to this nail shop for YEARS! Like 6 or 7 years and I love ALMOST everyone’s work I’m sad to say I will not be returning after my short experience this evening. They close at 7:30 so I know not to walk in at 7 to try and get a full set. I come in for a strip of lashes and am told, “sorry we’re closed come back tomorrow.” So I let him know I’ll come back for my full set I know y’all are ready to go. The response being, “I’m tired!” And so condescending. I thought it was a joke at first. I told him it was an emergency and I’d pay more which I shouldn’t even have to because there was barely anyone there. I know you guys are always busy so one person won’t hurt you to lose. Lol Time to move on. Work on that customer service guys!

The best nail salon, period. The fastest and cheapest by FAR and the quality of work is superior to other places! Customer service is not worse than any other nail salons that are double the price so ppl need to quit complaining about that. It gets busy so yes there can be a wait but its worth it!

This is the worst nail salon I ever been to in my life. They tried held me hostage because I got up to leave because I asked for a different person because the lady was not doing my feet correctly. So since they didnt care about my concerns I told her to stop and told them I was leaving. They locked the door and called the police trying to force me to pay for services I didnt receive. The officer came after almost a hour and let me leave.

Awesome and quick service with beautiful colors and designs at a great price. This place stays packed for these reasons for sure.

Had a terrible experience my second visit there. Had a woman who was very rude and who cut my real nails off due to her lack of communication. Who sits someone down and just starts cutting there nails without asking any questions? She did! Then she tried to blame me for her mess up. I really liked the shop, but after this visit with her I want be returning. The lady with headphones in her ears and short hair avoid, she is rude as hell.

They do wonderful work and have great prices but unfortunately there customer service is horrible. I went there faithfully and tipped over 20% as well. One day I went in for a soak off on a Friday after work, got there about 5:30p. They made my nails too thin to the point that my nail on my right ring finger broke underneath.. and this isn’t the first time they did them extra thin. I sat in lobby to about 6:30 they keep skipping me to handle other customers but y’all have to understand that I was in the most pain so I refused to leave until this nail came off. At about 6:45 this lady finally approach me to the back to sit. I’m thinking she went to get the bowl of acetone for my soak off. I sat there another 15 mins. The same lady takes me to the front and has these plastic nails with her and have the nerve to tell me “ you came in too late honey, too late. I can’t do soak off I’m going to use nails”. At this point I am BEYOND pissed, it’s near closing and I’ve been there 2 hours and pointed that out to her. She took these nails and went under my nails to pluck them off, it caused me pain and I told her to stop. She pulled and held my arm down until she got it off. I told her that the finger she was trying to get off was broken and needed to be soaked off. She still continued to to hold my arm down as I cried to get the nail off. All of the other employees, including the store manager just looked at me as I’m telling her to stop. The same people I paid over 20% in a tip and knew who I was because I was always there. I left and didn’t pay $5 for the soak off. My finger turned purple and my nail was completely gone, I also lost feeling in it. I had to go to a doctor because of that. When you go to them you get the crappy cheap service that you pay for. Doing your nails they do nothing about your cuticles On your hands or nothing of that matter. They get straight to putting nails on and have you out in 15 mins. Don’t get your feet done. They only paint the toes and do nothing else unless you ask for them to do your callus (dead skin) as well. And then then they don’t do a good job. I DONT**** recommend going to this place. The employees are rude and you will get cheap service

Recently their customer service, attitudes, and work overall have been on the decline... switched to another spa and have been much happier since doing so.

Came in on a Sunday with two other friends st about 4 (they dont close til 5) asked for a take off, full set and color change on my toes, they said ok did my two friends first then when it was time to do mine they told me nobody can do my nails because they had to leave. I was the one paying for everybody stuff so after waiting 45 mins I could not get my nails done. Worst cistpmer service Ive ever experienced.

It was horrible my nails were too short They didn’t want to fix it they try to charge me extra they were extremely rude pictures are horrible threaten to call the cops and if I will play for something I will play for something that I want OK burned my fingertips I have no nail very frustrated. Please do not shop there you will have a bad experience and they will rob you for your money and take your money.

Came in on a sat. for a refill and design. By Sunday my design started falling off and on Monday 2 of my nails cracked. FYI: I DONT DO ANY HEAVY OR UNECESSARY THINGS TO CRACK OR BREAK A NAIL WITHIN TWO DAYS. Maybe 2wks but never 2days. BTW I paid $30 for this mess. Very disapointed my first time there.

Quinn did my nails today she always did from the beginning only times she didn’t was on maternity leave they’re very professional here and prices are really good definitely worth the wait the only place I like to go to and I make a drive it’s not my neighborhood nail salon.
