I love the older gentleman. I have issues with my feet from birth and injuries and he is so gentle. He never rushes and takes his time which is exactly why I choose him. I am grateful. Everyone there is so kind and you always see them cleaning. I highly recommend this place it is the most caring and thorough care you will ever get from a nail salon.

Tina- on pedi took time& very detailed without pointing out trouble spots! A gentleman with gray mix in hair was excellent tremolo good my tips being careful as I am taking a break & didn’t want my real bail before scratched with power tools. The people are beyond nice and patient. I took my 4 year old daughter for a pedicure and they were very patient with her. It was her first time at a nail shop. I will definitely be going back to get myself pampered.

I will not give them my money anymore because not once, but twice when I had an appointment the person was either not there(on errands-Tommy), or the store was not open. The first time right before my prom (day before), and the second time was the night before graduation… My issue is you need to contact your customers when things like this happen. I drove over 20/25 minutes just for no one to contact me about any cancellations of my called In appointment days prior. This is unprofessional and caused me a lot of stress especially since they were right before two events that are so important to me.

The only thing was my tech offered me a pedí menu but she only offered 2 items, the most expensive, when I opened it to see all the options she kept say 5 and up as if I could not pick anything under the 5th service....crazy right.She did a really good job and they are super close to me maybe next time she wont try to pressure me. I did option 2.

My technician was amazing, I have sensitive nail beds and she took the extra time to soak of my old set instead of taking the faster route. We had good conversation and she produced a beautiful set. The first time I visited this nail bar I had called ahead and asked if they had time for a full set and pedicure, it was and hour until closing and I had just gotten off work. The man on the phone said yes and I was on my way. Even though I kept them late they didn’t once let the quality of work slip. I recommend Valentino Nail bar to anyone that asks!

Rude people.....the minute I walked in they started talking in Vietnamese. The technician didnt know how to do a simple pedicure. The job was so sloppy!! I will never allow them to work on my nails again.

Upon completion, (2° later, she took her time) I was extremely satisfied with the job she had done..The unprofessional part was she got upset 😡with me bcuz AFTER I shared with her I liked my nails very square and super shinny during our conversation I made the statement As long as the are very square and super shiny, Im happy. She made the worst disgusted face at me and said I know. That really bothered me.With the pros and cons of this visit listed, I would definitely go back!

I came here because of a friend referral. I always loved the way her nails were done and she told me she got them done here. I decided to try them out and made an appointment with Annie because that’s who my friend goes to. Poor customer service, I felt like it was rushed.. she was tending to other customers while doing my nails (meaning she got up while doing my nails and left me sitting there for 15-20 min) I felt like if I made an appointment then the focus should be on my nails. She didn’t even talk to me throughout the process of her doing my nails, acted like she didn’t even wanna be there. Once she was done she got up, didn’t even say anything to me and started doing someone else’s nails. Another nail tech came up to me and checked my nails and told me to go wash my hands. Once I go to pay I was shocked on the price.. $60!!! For ombré, medium short coffin nails! The quality of the nails weren’t even that great! Nails were a little off and the way she filed down the nails were uneven! They were definitely not worth $60. Definitely won’t be going back.

Tina took care of my pedicure with a smile & TLC! Thank you, Tina. Moon took care of my manicure. Very clean & pretty. She suggested a powder base with a shellac top. She was patient & made sure it was perfect. Van usually takes care of my manicure, but she was a busy bee. She did, however, extend my lashes & clean my brows. I absolutely needed the TLC. Thank you, girls. I feel pretty & ready for anything.

I love this place! I use to go to just a regular, okey-dokey nail salon. But after I went to Valentinos, I will never do okey-doke again. They pamper you here! So many different pedicure treatments to choose from. They have a great selection of different colors in nail polish!!!

Great place to get your nails at. I loved how they were so professional and they answered all of your questions. They served us drinks and great customer service. My boyfriend and I were walk ins and had never been there before but it’s now my go to nail salon. I loved Van she was super great and designed my nails just the way I wanted. They didn’t that’s the stickers but she took the time and made the design herself !!!! Overall experience great ! Highly recommend.

My nails turned out fine! I just went in for a simple shellac. The lady was just really rude. She didnt talk to me at all and was rough with my hands. She kept rolling her eyes when I would say something to her and even when I picked the color she shook her head. She was very rude when she would talk to me being, very Curt and getting frustrated when I had a hard time hearing through her mask. She sat on her phone the whole time I soaked my nails she didnt look up once or talk. Even though the price is good and my nails are fine I dont know that Id go back because I felt very uncomfortable.

Really enjoyed my pedicure! I didnt ask for the ladys name and I feel terrible about it. But she took the time to shape and trim my nails! My feet look and feel great! Definitely my new pedicure spot! :)

Been here twice now, and both times have been awesome. Its hard for me to find a good place to get everything I want done and get it just the way I like it. The facility is clean and very inviting. Have recommended it to a few friends already. And, the fact that they have margaritas is a definite bonus!!Will definitely be back again!

I just got there today at 4pm. I was helped by a women and my mother by a man. The woman that helped me rushed tru the entire pedicure and did a terrible job at painting my nails. I am so disappointed. It was impossible to miss how bad my toes were. But she decided to hurry us out since it was 5 and that’s the time they closed. The reason I gave 2 starts is because the man that helped my mother did a wonderful job. Not sure if I will ever come here again. My first time and had a bad experience.

Had an excellent experience here today. My nails came out great. I loved the mimosa. I got a face wax, my eyebrows came out nice. Both technicians who helped me were friendly and knowledgeable. I love that I didn’t have to correct them or tell them to fix things. They just did a great job from the start! I’ve had bad luck recently with nail salons, so this was pleasant surprise. I will definitely be going back!

I just moved to the Clear Lake area, so it was my first time at Valentino. My nail technician, Moon, did an excellent job!!! She was extremely thorough and precise. I would have given them 5 stars, but my appointment was at 12:00 noon and they didnt start working on my pedicure until 12:40.

Second time hear after my nail tech of 4 years did me wrong. Couldn’t have made a better choice going to Valentino’s! The owner always does my nails! They are top tier.

I love this place so much! It’s so relaxing to come here. The environment is great. They have margaritas and sodas and always have great music playing. The prices are probably about $5-$10 more than other places but you pay for the experience. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because you have to set plenty of time aside to get things done. They usually take up to 2 hours to get a set of powder nails done. That’s a bit long for me but they always come out perfect. Make an appointment if you can!

I have been going to Valentino Nail Bar since the day they opened...and the hunt for a great nail salon was over. Hands down they are the cleanest salon around town, not to mention whatever you want they will do. Manager Annie is super talented and fast. Honestly if your pressed for time but need your nails done Annie is your girl fast, thorough and always on point. I show her a picture of what I want and she does it exactly like the picture most times even better. All her employees are professional, friendly and treat each customer like they are the only one there. Prices are more then reasonable for the professionalism you receive at this salon. I have never walked out of there unhappy and I have never had to fix my nails once I leave..I can not say enough about this salon, hands down the best in our area and I have been to alot of different nail salons always leaving unsatisfied but not at Valentinos. 5 stars all day long. 😁👍👍👍

My daughter had an appointment & was told to wait. She & her friend waited 1 1/2 hours while other people walked right up & we’re served. My daughter never even got in to get their nails done. They took advantage of younger people & took other people in front of them! I’ve never waited 1 1/2 hours when you have an appointment!! I think it’s so sad to take advantage of young girls who don’t know that isn’t right.

Yesterday was my first time at Valentino and I was pretty impressed. It is an extremely nice salon with a wide variety of acrylic color options! Tommy did my nails, I had a French ombré and it nailed it! I will definitely be returning.

BEST NAIL SALON EVERThank you for going above and beyond Tommy and Annie!I have be going to Valentino Nails for a number of years.Last week my finger was crushed in a garage door and the hospital need to puncture my nail to release the pressure. Unfortunately I had acrylic nails with shellac overlay preventing them from doing so. I called Valentino Nails nails, told them what had happened and what needed to be done. Without any question they were at the hospital within 15 minutes to remove my acrylic nail so the ER could address the issue. Thank you so much!!!!It SO nice to see that there are still compassionate people running businesses that value their customers this much!!!!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!! 😘

I went there on the friday before Christmas week to do my nails. I got a young lady who barely said a word to me while doing my nails, did not offer me a drink like the other ladies that work there. She had a look on her face as if she didnt want to be there. I had shellac done on my nails and literally the 4th day nail polish started falling off. Not pleased at all with my service, I dont plan on coming back here!!!! Bad service and cheap polish and more expensive than most places, not worth it!!

I first was referred to Annie and her husband Tony from my friend, as I was looking for a new manicurist as my previous one was quite undependable . I called the salon Thursday and asked to make an appointment with Annie, and was so pleasantly surprised with what a wonderful job Annie did ! She’s so pleasant also to chat with through the experience, and also quite the perfectionist ! Just what I was looking for ! It was so nice also to be in such a nice clean and comfortable salon ! Our daughter flew in from San Diego for the holidays so I surprised her with a visit to Annie Yesterday to have her nails done ! Annie was busy so Tony started my daughters manicure and Annie finished up the varnish and painted just what my daughter asked for ! I absolutely recommend Annie and her husband Tony ! Ive gone twice 1st time the lady did my dip set good or so i thought until they started to grow out then my hair was getting stuck on the side of the nail where my cuticle is. 2nd time was better the nail tech was good but not to friendly.

I’ve never hated my nails so much before. Honestly can’t wait for these to come off and get them redone. It’s the second time I’ve gone and been displeased with my nails this time I just absolutely hated them.

For one, they pay such close attention to detail. I got busy and couldnt go bac I for 3 weeks. Not one nail was lifted!!! Even when she took the nail polish off, nothing! My friend whom referred me has had the same experience. The atmosphere is great, and the hardest part is finding a color because they are all so amazing. Great place, and well worth the money

For a special occasion i wanted a mint green color. They used colored acrylic powder (which i dislike). I wanted them done in gel. I was told no..powder better (which is not) the quality was something i can do myself just overall i wasnt crazy about the place or my nails and i never went back.

I go here all the time to get pedicures and they do a great job!

Had to listen to one of thier kids listen to loud, obnoxious youtube videos while getti g my nails done, even watched the lady doing my nails look up and smile at him. Real relaxing.

Not worth the money... the lady was so rough that the sides of my nails are raw and started to bleed once I get home and started unloading my dishwasher, I also told her that I could still see color from the last nail polish on the edges and her words “it’ll be fine“ all of my nails look like this on the side of it raw but you can see it better on this one. I even told her she was being to rough. Did that help? No! This was my second and probably my last time there. If I do go back she will not be the one doing my nails.But she is really good at the eyebrows. Don’t get me wrong my nails look amazing but I was in pain the entire two hours jerking my hand and trying to tell her that what she’s doing hurts..

Fast! I love getting in and out in 30-40 minutes! Awesome job, my nails are gorgeous!
