I’m used my credit only for 2 days and after 2 days I paid of all 3000 credit and capital one report this to my credit record and my credit drop down from excellent to fairI never, ever recommend capital one to any one please be careful with them

There is no one at window or drive thrue! I put several time called button but not get any response! Then i went insode of bank, there are only two trailer and they are so slow, they dont care how many peopel on line waitng! pure poor service, i never been back here and as soon as possible i will clolse my account with them.

I went back to the bank because I have no idea what was stolen from my capital one tax returns and account and the money has been debited from my bank account but not credited. I have a CD that they only paid 50 cents on for three months and I have to go back in today It looks like they are trying to make sure I lose my business and I will never get the money they really owe to me. The representative of the bank called this morning and told me they only had part of my money and I could get the rest later. It appears that my withdrawal may put Capital One in Bankruptcy and they could become insolvent and have Federal Bank exampiners in there for a long time it they can repay their debt to me with the real amount owed to me and not some made up version. I am at the point where I really will not accept any less than somewhere in the billions for the damages and lies they keep coming up with. Spaming my phone and internet is involved as well.

The tellers in this branch are thieves if you deposit cash money be careful

Friendly and fast. The inside is closed for Covid but the drive thru handles things perfectly well. We had what we thought was a complicated transaction. They had us through in just a few minutes. Excellent.

Capital One is one of the worst banks ever. After keeping my account on hold for days, then i call and get turned around by workers for almost 4 hours on the phone, they then close my account for no tangible reason. So far, they have taken 14 days and counting to send my checque. I am still waiting. Utter DISGRACE from a so called US bank. I honestly wish there was a zero star. I do not recommend at all!

Shouldve read the reviews before coming. I just needed money from the atm but the lobby is closed and no big notice either. Guy was rude which made it more aggravating cause I didnt want to interact with people in the first place and much less a rude one. Felt like i shouldve went to another branch despite the fact this location is the closest to my work...

More of a note to potential visitors that a review. Lobby is closed due to COVID unless you have an appointment so EVERYONE expected to use the drive through and they have ONE lane open. Customers queuing around the building and blocking traffic on both road directions with customers trying to turn in. Maybe more notice to customers that the bank is closed would be helpful or more staff and more lanes can be opened. Recommend attending a different branch If you can, we went to another and there was no queue

Do they close at 4pm or 5pm. Inform your customers properly this is so disrespectful.They always close before time.

Bank is closed. No notice on the door. Five years ago was a good friendly bank. Now it’s even worse than Chase. :-(

If I could give this place no stars I would. How do you have a branch in a location that is great for business, but staff it with rude employees that just play around with each other. It is worth the drive to go to any other location even if it’s 20 minutes away it would still be faster. I litter asked one employee how long the wait would be to open another account and she just sat there playing in her phone and talking mess with the other employees. Stay as far away as possible unless you want to waste your whole day waiting around to just be disrespected.

Rudest customer service person I have EVER encountered. Made a mistake taking my money to pay on a card, why? Because she was on a personal phone call. I asked her to get off of the phone while handling my money and just got a dirty look. Will never use this branch again.

Tried to get something notarized here on Saturday morning. The notary was busy with a customer and we were told to wait at a desk for her to come to us. She finishes with the customer then proceeds to do more stuff at her booth until another customer walks in and she the waves him over for her to help him. Noticing what happened I asked the lady who told us to sit down what was going on as we could have stood in line and would be being served at this point. The customer service rep looks confused and says oh well she has to help customers that are in line, even though none of these people were in the building when we began to wait for the notary at the desk we were told to. Realizing that the teller/notary had no interest in helping us we walked out. Went over to Wells Fargo and were in and out in less than 5 minutes with smiling service. You just lost a business account I was planning to open with you Capital One. I will gladly be opening my account at Wells Fargo after today. Thanks for the waste of time and making me feel like other customers mattered more than me. Terrible service.

Unprofessional & Rude !!! Very Unfriendly!!! I called about getting a new credit card and the guy I talk to on the phone couldn’t give me any information on getting a credit card . No information to help me build up credit . SMH I thought the people at the bank would be willing to give me information on helping me build up my credit.

Second day at this bank and waiting period is awful. The branch manager is not doing a good job of managing this location, accommodations are very, very poor.

Wait for an hour before I can talk to a banker to open an account. Long line of customer and everyone frustrated. If u dont come at 9 am, do expect a long delay.

I really cant understand how is it that the ATM machine always haves some type of malfunction either its down or it doesnt except cash deposits at especially this location. Theres only two locations closest to me either the sugar land hw6 location or this one at chimneyrock and bissonet . There about 15-20 minutes apart . Both ATM machines were down and seems like they always are .
