Ive been coming here for years since I was like 11. You never have one set doctor, they switch around and never seem to have the full picture because of it. All appointments are always laye; if you have an appointment at 10, youll be attended at like 11. When you finally get in, they just ask you how you are and give you the meds. Makes it seem like all they want is money. For over a year now Ive had virtually no symptoms of my mental Illness yet they seem apprehensive to remove my meds, which are both on the lowest dose. Just today I was told I had an appointment at 10:45, so I left class and waited for the call for more time than comfortable. I called after a but to check if it was really 10:45, and they had changed it to 3:15. In conclusion, DO NOT GO HERE.

I come here every month for my visits and prescription medication management. Yes, there is a wait sometimes but it is well worth it. The entire staff is always very friendly and personable in person and on the phone. I also like that they take my insurance.They really do listen to you during your appointments and address all of your concerns. They monitor my vital signs and tell me if Im losing too much weight, which had always been a problem with my diagnosis. When I have questions about my medication levels needing to be increased or lowered or even switched to a different medication they listen instead of just telling me what will it will not happen. They even ask me questions as to why I feel that need and how I am doing. They congratulate me on my progress and take the time to meet my family. I feel like I am in very good hands here and happy with their dedication and service. 5 star rating!

Well they are way to slow and when I need them to change my medication they wont change the right one. I have been on the same dosage of medication for five years. I need my add meds changed.

All of the physicians at this facility are rude/disrespectful and are unable to truly treat mental illnesses. They don’t want any input from the patient, any challenge is meet with hostility. NEVER GO HERE!

Appointments are never are on time with them. You can wait anywhere from 30min to 1.5 hrs. Also have had quite a few “hiccups” with my prescriptions, either them not faxing it over on time or then not “receiving” documents on time from the pharmacy. Our pharmacy has had a few hard times contacting them as well for documents. Overall you come for your medication, they give you what you need and leave. Both Drs. Don’t really talk to you as much as I’d thought. Staff can be rude, not toward me I haven’t had that issue but I’ve seen towards others.

Receptionist was very rude against my grandma, suggesting and demmanding for my grandmother to change of physician, because the employed / receptionist wasen’t willing to translate from Spanish to English, when herself was Of Hispanic descendence, and was fluent in the leanguage . I do not recommend this Health facility at all !
