This truck lot that Warner uses as a drop yard is in a decent area. I’d like to think it’s fairly secure but as far as the lot itself it is in very poor condition. I understand it’s a truck lot but it definitely needs some up keeping there are way too many oversized potholes. The entrance is paved but the rest of the lot is on dirt. There are no lines therefore most drivers park the trailers any which way they please. A little organization would do great justice for this place.

Dirt lot. Pot-holed and rutted. Dust bowl most of the time, mud pit when raining. Dont plan on sleeping here, as there are about 5 sets a railroad tracks directly across the street.
