My driver had appointment at 11pm and wasn’t unloaded until next day close to 5am. Broker Bryan Scarbrough very unprofessional didn’t return calls or emails and no detention pay at all. Not a way to do business why set up appointments if you’re not gonna follow through as a business I feel that this type of customer service should not be allowed in this corporation. Brian got his money load was delivered thank you for the inconvenience I will continue to do business with TQL but would never want to deal with Brian again wants to keep money that belongs to driver so he won’t pay detention pay.After speaking with him his excuse was we can’t confirm delivery appointment was delayed but yet they can track load ? Makes no sense just because he wants to keep money, said both his clients from mexico like any other excuse not to pay. If i were his boss i’de fire him or put him on a final.

Good customer service.Only one problem I have with TQL, that they post loads on a load board with wrong pick up and delivery locations + - 50 miles from where it actually posted. For example: Pick up posted in Portland, OR, actual pick up in Talbot, OR 60 miles away.

Hello, I work in the intermodal department for an ocean carrier and heres an honest and real review:There is an abundance of trucking companies in this world. Use ANY company except for this one.And Seth Johnson is low rent, not smart, incapable of anything performance related, does not follow instructions, missing cargo, blames others for his stupidity, etc. You cant make this up! Its incredible how bad they are. But if TQL quotes you on something, they will call you more than someone who wishes to talk to you about your cars extended warranty.And dont please kindly email us @ to tell us more me. Just go ahead and write some more fake reviews to cover up this extremely accurate one.

This broker is a fraud! They lied to us about the appointment at the receiver being a live unload when it was a drop trailer. We had our trailer held up over there for more then 12 hours, and when I requested detention - they said tracking was inconsistent. This is strange because we used there app to track. We missed our load going back to Phoenix, AZ because of them since we were expecting to get a live unload rather then a drop trailer. This is ridiculous!

Does not show up for pick-ups but will promise they have a truck scheduled.

I have Claim and issue with TQL PO# 17455428 That the Broker Justin and Distressed Load Assistance Issac “Ike” damage occurred on Trailer moved on load which damage on our tractor which we inform the broker before the damage occurred that night that would be damage if we are moving this trailer Which the Broker was informing us to try since he said that the broker has been sending tractor there which was no problem coming out as we text the broker and also call him plus told him we would be stock there and damaging our tractor Now no one on TQL Broker and Distressed Load Assistance acknowledging our damage and the problem of our tractor and the time we have put on this load beyond patient that no one at TQL TQL Broker and Distressed Load Assistance Looking after us for completing the load to be compensated the time we have put on the load and the damage on our tractor estimate that we have send that we have been ignored to resolve our damage and also our compensated for the time. We need upper managers or claim Department to contact us with the Abusive on our damage by the Broker Justin and Distressed Load Assistance Issac “Ike” as we have proofs.You never reach me out, I just got the email which you lie about reaching me out if you want to resolve the issue please see the problem took place

We love TQL they are always so professional and the pay rates are fair. I give them 5 stars because our overall experience has been great! Yeah sometimes when I’ve spoken to some brokers you can tell they are not having a good day. But remembering that we are all human and even Jesus had bad days, I look past it. Just as many people here Robby Kochnar and Jacob Beltzer both gave me a low price to pick up two shipments from the beginning one for $5k and another for $6k the they upped the price $1K each after that they said that it will go up again so we still decided to work with them. Bottom line we got sent 4 different invoices after we received the shipment, totaling almost $30k for everything, not even close to what we were invoiced to pay which we did. Jacob apparently got fired and Robby no longer works for them and the owner never decided to fix the issue, stay away this plp are scammers.

If you are a carrier DO NOT book with TQL. They are the worst! The brokers never replies to emails specially when it comes to paying the driver detention time. When you do call they transfer you to everyone possible and your questions are never answered. Working with them you will be more frustrated then the load is worth. Just avoid the trouble and dont work with them.

Lack of responsibility and communication with brokers. Tried to get detention time so far I have been unable to do so. “24hr 7 days 365 days a week” Brooker service is a complete jerkoff.

William curry is there WORST broker do NOT work with him. He still owes my company for truck not used because they messed up on there end and now we receive the run around. Every time we call him his trainee Peter answers and lies for him about his whereabouts. He never calls back or responds to email so now I have to file a claim with DOT against him all for TONU. However it’s not the amount that matters it’s the bad business dealings we have had with him.

Be careful when doing business with TQL they have some crooks and liars brokers I’ve have ever worked for they will cut rates detention and everything they can to take advantage of the carrier they done it to me twice enough is enough I will not be hauling for this company anymore

Do not use this company! We used this company one time and they spam us with phone calls every week even though we tell him to stop calling. They are very rude about it also. To add the this this has been going on for two years they call every week and I asked them not to call I should not have to waste my time emailing them for them not to call when I have asked numerous times.

TQL is one of the cheapest brokerage companies, stay away from them, cheap pay loads and lot of expectations from them decided to not work with them or calling them about any loads, they making money by putting trucker in slave positions

You book a load with tql and while your waiting for the rate confirmation they still have that load posted. You call Back with a different phone number and They are offering the load for a lower price. So you hold your truck for them mean while they are still offering the load to different carriers for a lower price. This is fraud

I guess the service TQL provides is okay, but I wouldnt use them simply for the fact that once you get on their call list, it is impossible to get off. They call my office at least 3 times a week, and its a rotating door of account managers, I get a new one at least every 2 weeks. Ive told them at least 6 times to remove me from their call list both via phone and email since we dont have much for them to haul, but they still incessantly call you, even on weekends, its horrible.

Such a shame we couldnt do business, the sales rep hounded me for over a week (daily emails & phone calls) so eager to gain our business. When we finally awarded them a load it wasnt picked up by there 3rd party carrier. The following day the sales rep assured me the load had been picked up but that was definitely not the case after several phone calls and email exchanges nothing was resolved. WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS BROKER. Good Day

This company is terrible to carry for. The brokers are ALWAYS lying. They will post a load as Ft. Worth just to get you to call in and its somewhere 30 miles from there thats actually map-able. They tell you a load weighs 28,000 pounds and it ends up being 48,000 pounds when you get to the pickup. The tell you something is running as a partial and they only have so much money in it when really they are taking all the profit. They make you sign a rate confirmation and tell you key details afterward like it being a blind BOL or the customer only wants the load picked up at a certain time so youre waiting for hours to even get loaded and wasting HOS. The ethical behavior here is past horrible. They treat carrier partners like theyre dispensable, and I would advise anyone thats worth their salt not to even waste your time partnering with this company. The only thing good about this company is the technology. Everything else is unprofessional and tacky.

I try to do all of the business I can with TQL. Great company! Terry Jarvis, Christopher Glaser, Ian Harris, John Pantuso, Wesley Lewis, David Kroot. The list goes on and on. These guys are great to work with. Always do all can to be fair to me and my drivers. The only issues I’ve had were with Jonathon Levine and Brent Murphy but all of the good out-ways the bad 100 to 1.

Idk what are they sensitive people that work there had broke down on the way to a pick up can’t control these types of things now they won’t give me any loads my family has worked with them for years.My mind will change not when they give me load but when they actually grow up and say yes we have that load we don’t want to give it you.

Whatever you do dont take recovery power only they will state that on there confirmation sheet .Then they make appointment for delivery youre not informed of .if you get a flat on the trailer that doesnt belong to you they charge you for expenses that youre not responsible for .the most shady sneaky people i have every hauled for .No way of getting my haul rate correct with them at this point.i called several time to make sure everything was scheduled correctly and got stuck with a load overnight then had to help unload a no touch supposively freight .really bad experience please be aware if anything record converstions take names of brokers you are speaking to always .

TQL changed my life. I loved working for them. But If youre looking for an easy job, this isnt it. They say you are 24/7 and they mean it. You are constantly grinding; gaining new business and taking care of existing business.The management in the Houston location is amazing, now. If you see bad reviews, it was a huge problem from previous management. They replaced him with a new guy that cares about his people and is an amazing coach and motivator. The environment there is great and everyone is positive.You make money. Good money. Life changing money. Im married now, and have a baby on the way. I helped pay for a wedding and a down payment on a brand new home with TQL money. I decided to leave the industry for a more 9-5 type role in O&G, because of the stress and the fact that I wasnt able to turn off ever. Not great for having a new born. I did it for 4 years and dont regret a thing. If I could have done it forever I would have. I teared up when I left.If youre a 20 something with a lot of ambition, work-ethic and a desire to change youre position in life, this is the place.

TQL has very very bad load pay, they are killing the transportation industry, for carriers they always go with minimum pay for loads and maximum revenue for them maximum percentage taken from same loads from carriers, their load offer are -20 temperature for $1.20 a mile they also have rude brokers... Very bad broker house i will close this brokerage immediately if I can!

Really didnt want to give them even 1 Star but that was the only option! As a broker myself that also owns trucks and has owner operators dealing with TQL is a joke everytime you call! 1st they post loads in the wrong loading / deliver location (95 % of the time). They NEVER post the information that would be helpful before you waste your time calling. Not Everyone carries tarps, coil racks, etc so after you call and waste 5 minutes to get someone on the phone and tell you that it needs this or that and this what the cheap load pays is a complete waste of time for everyone. Why not just post the load with all the info and pay to make it easier for the trucking companies? Most the employees they have are completely dumb founded and dont have any idea what they are trying to get moved. Maybe the requirements for TQL and all brokers is to have driven or owned a truck before they are hired so they know what we go through!

First of all, I dont know why I have to start this review off with a 1 star rating. My driver got loaded with the wrong load on his trailer. Someone else got the load that we had the pickup number for, so that means we had to deliver a whole nother day from the original day . TQL said it was their mistake and they apologize .I had to give back a reload that I had for that truck and TQL waited to later and said they couldnt give but $150 standard layover. If I wanted more I had to wait until either the shipper or customer pay the difference ( if they would pay anything). So I will have to be the one waiting for the mistake they made. Sad, Sad, Sad company to ever do business with. If it had of been my driver dropping the ball, then they wouldnt have hesitated to cut my rate.

Worst Brokerage Company we have ever haul for! They are so shady! Wont cover detention time, nor pay what the average loads are worth. Companies like this are killing the trucking industry and taking advantage of small carrier companies like ours. Serious shipping companies dont work with them and go with prestigious companies that are fair like Landstar, XPO, J.B Hunt and PLS amongst others.

The company I drive for they get loads from them, some of this guys they hire doesnt know how to talk to people, they have a real nasty attitude with you when you call and get the load assignment from them, I think you guys need to go back and have a talk with your employees, they call you when you on your 10hrs break waking you up asking you where are you located,and they want to know your ETA, this company has really went down, I hate dealing with these people,when they get smart with you, you ask for their name they want give it to you and you ask what location they are out of, they want tell you, I know I will start putting their number and extension up...
