Facility is on the east side of a busy railroad crossing. You would do well to approach it from McCarty instead of from Wayside. If you try to come in from Wayside there is a good chance you will have to wait forever at the railroad crossing.Lot is small and cramped, parking lot is full of garbage. You have to be real careful or you might end up driving over a board with a nail in it. They have lots of containers and a bunch of junk sitting all over their parking lot which makes it difficult to maneuver.They load one truck at a time, FCFS. Forklift operator did not load trailer evenly; I got loaded on a dry van and I was 36k on my drives with tandems all the way forward. They stamp the bills with Drivers responsibility if truck is overweight and there is not a scale on site.I ended up waiting about 2 and a half hours to get loaded. Once loading started I was done in about 45 minutes. Staff is friendly and courteous. Overall not a horrible place but it could definitely use a lot of improvements.

Terrible company!!! Play with your money. Over load you. Wont answer phone regarding your issues. Only when its important to them. No line to contact when dispatch is playing with your money. Dont mess with this company. Bad newa5!!!!

METRIX is a great company to work with! I have been picking up loads out of Metrix for YEARS and they have always been fast and professional. Everyone is great with communication, and always helpful when they are busy. One of my favorite places to load out of!

Slow to load. Bring your lunch. Hopefully your not going to Pleasantville Rd. Location. Bring a sleeping bag

My appointment was at noon. Yes I showed up early as a matter of fact extremely early. I showed up at 9:30am to be told I had to leave go to this nasty truck stop and come back at 11:45. I did so to than be told go sit in my truck on the same road that I was told I couldn’t stay parked on and wait for them to call me to load. So here it is and hour later and I’m still waiting for them to call me to get loaded. This place is a joke and it’s extremely small and not set up properly for trucks

Consistently misrepresented themselves. Trucks never showed up. Stories change. Quoted priced ignored. Stay far away from these double talkers.

Have no respect for the otr drivers, sat and waited for 5 pallets to be loaded going on 3 hours now . watched the fork lift and warehouse workers do nothing the whole time asked the guy when he thought I might be loaded said no clue lmao . avoid this place if they want u to get a load here . horrible

They took 7hrs to unload me... I was there for there at 10:45am for an 11am apt.. got out almost 6pm
