Dont have but postive things to say about CargoMex. For the past years Ive been using their services to ship my Halloween and Christmas decoration from USA to Mexico. Not even one package has been lost nor delayed which says a lot about their amazing level of service! 5 stars!
The issue is not with Cargomex the issue is with the delivery company that they start using for the deliveries in Colombiá my package was release from customs on 7/9/20 and they haven’t delivered and the excuse is for the pandemic wen I buy in MercadoLibre and get mi merchandise is delivered with no issues.

Terrible service, it took more than a month to make the delivery, I do not recommend it at all the first and last time I send by this means. I already saw your answer and what I can tell you is that I have the shipping sheet was made on December 3, 2020 if, as you say, it takes 15 days to collect and 8 to make the delivery, it would have arrived on December 23 (On December 15 it was picked up from the office plus 8 days of delivery) but it was not until January 6, 2021 that it reached its destination, anyway I never send anything again due to incompetent thanks and blessings

In September 2018 I sent a package to Mexico, it took more than 1 month to arrive and it arrived open, 5 new bags were stolen, I paid 20 dlls of insurance for 200 dlls, first I was told that it will look for the receipts so that the money from 225 dlls, that they would talk to me, because obviously they never did and I went back and it turns out that they will always NOT, that they would reimburse me only a percentage, in total they tell me that they would refund me 15 dlls approx, they agreed to talk to me, and to date 01.22.2019 no signs of smoke have sent me.They separate themselves because the person who robbed me was Estafeta in Mexico.Do not send things of value and ask that all the insurance information etc. be explained to them well, or go with the idea that this can be lost and you will not be able to claim.

Fatal they do the most bad job I have seen they cheat you I have been doing taxes with them for 3 years only the first year it was very good they put the account numbers wrong they tell you that they have sent the taxes and they send them 10 days later you call many times they tell you that if they have done it and it is a lie you have to go there again up to three times I do not recommend it to anyone this was my last year.

I sent a package, they told me that if I wanted to put insurance on it, I put the $ 200 insurance, the package arrived at its destination and depending on where things were lost, I lost a value of $ 300 dollars later I told them to file the claim and they asked me for receipts of The things and things that they never told me that I was taking up receipts and for a few days they called me to get my insurance check, they came out with a personal check and a minimum amount of the insurance that I bought from them was $ 60 and apart from that they had me sign a paper without seeing the check and they left me with that amount and I did not accept the check the insurance was supposed to cover $ 200 dollars and that is not fair apart from that I wasted time going too far and to top it off I miss work
Definitely the worst shipping service, I recommend not using this company to send packages, two months ago I sent a box and supposedly it would be done 3-5 weeks, after 4 weeks the box arrived in Guatemala but supposedly my relatives did not answer the phones, I called several times to check if the numbers were correct and when I finally called Guatemala all the information was wrong, mainly the phone numbers, when they finally deliver it and are going to take it out of the truck, it turns out that the delivery inept I forgot to put it in the truck and I had been told that my package was a priority and it would be the first one they would put into the delivery truck !! Terrible service!!

And had a bad experience. Before they were friendly and respectful and never had problems with my Packages, until today. The person with whom I was on the phone was very despotic and didnt help me for anything. They are supposed to work there to help one, but instead they put up a fight with the client. At the end of the call I asked the lady by name and she hung up on me. I do not recommend this place for anything.
The worst shipping service, five months ago I sent my package and it has not yet been delivered nor do they want to return my money and pay insurance, and they are not responsible, they always say that such date will be delivered and when the date arrives they tell me that it could not deliver, if you could give rate 0 I would give them !!!!! And besides the manager is almost never in the office or does not answer calls.

The cheapest I found. They have no packet tracking service. They say they can inform by calling. They ask for name and day of shipment, they make the person lose 2-3 min on the phone and then ... Lie! They all answer that the shipment is in customs. How will they track if the guide number is manual / a receipt. 8 days and my box has not arrived. I hope to arrive .... 3 young 2 kind the other (or not) rude.
