This business has been stringing me along since March. Their communications are severely underdeveloped, especially for how many people they have on staff. There has not been one time that I call and get a direct answer. Its horrible business and its not just Michelle, the scheduler. Ordered a mattress on 3/13 to be delivered by WDS and my old one hauled away. Their first attempt to contact me was 3/26. I called back on 3/28, left a message. Didnt hear back from Michelle until 4/4. We spoke, scheduled for Good Friday 4/19 as I am not home before 5pm during regular work days. On 4/12, I get three voicemails during work from delivery guys and Michelle telling me that theyre at my house with the delivery. I call back the same day and remind Michelle that we scheduled for 4/19. On 4/19, I disassemble my old bed yet no one shows to deliver my mattress. 4/22 Michelle calls me back, leaves a message to reschedule. I called back immediately and had to leave a message - again, no direct way to get a hold of someone. 4/26 Michelle calls me back and explains that she needs to get approval to deliver outside of the 5pm limit. I still have heard nothing and am still sleeping on the floor.
