As much as i want to give a 5 star review, I just cant. I was quoted one price, and when it came down to the day of shipment, the price hiked. I can accept the difference. But when my insured shipment arrived, everything was completely damaged and no longer functioning. When i contacted the company, Brian appeared as if he was going to resolve the issue, only to ignore my concerns and put me off for a week without a resolution. Somehow the insurance guarantee i was given, does not apply to my shipment?? A week later, my questions remain unanswered and there still is not a resolution. The company does not appear to be concerned with the lack of professionalism or sufficient business etiquette, now that they have received their money. Now, I appear to be the only one that has lost, not only the hefty shipping costs, but now the cost of my insured equipment as well. Buyer beware.

Brian was great in scheduling my pickup then following through after pickup. Daryl was was very friendly and efficient in completing the pickup then palletizing the boxes and wrapping for shipping. They are the best company to use for your freight shipping needs!!

Great people and service. Above expectations. Honest and fair.I will use them again.
