Wouldn’t be DHL if the package didn’t sit for 10 days at each checkpoint. Paul Revere was a better delivery man than this entire company.
DHL.. the worst delivery company I ever felt with, their drivers always mark packages as (attempted to deliver, recipient was not at home), the biggest lie…They want customers to come by their warehouse to pick up their packages, so they save expenses and make more money on top of what they are already paid … DHL stop this scam (procedure )
I’ve had the worst experience with DHL. They claim they attempted delivery on multiple days and they didn’t! We were home both times and no one showed. Even waived signature delivery so they can’t lie about being there and still lies! Have called to speak to supervisors and told they’ll call within 90 minutes and no call back. Called again and was told that the supervisor called and phone just rings! LIES!!!! I have voicemail. How are you in business still?!!! I won’t be using any vendors that work with DHL. I have never been so irate with anyone. The blatant lies. I know who not to use for my future business uses.
Had a package delivered to the wrong address. Customer service in India (I’m in the USA) told me they would contact the local office and that I would hear back from them within 4 hours we’ll guess what it’s been 24 hours and I never got a call.I called moments after the delivery notification, so how hard is it to have the driver turn around??? Sure I could expect it to take an hour or two, but I should have gotten my package yesterday. Now I learn they are closed on the weekends!!! What a joke!!!No local number to call, so you end up picking up customer service in another country that can’t seem to respond in a timely manner to local branches. This shouldn’t be that hard to resolve.
DHL claims I wasnt home for delivery, despite digitally signing for contactless delivery and instructing the parcel be left on the porch. Do not use these jokers to deliver express time sensitive parcels they will leave you hanging.

Sending invoices to wronlgy spelled e-mail adresses and are surprised if customers dont get the bill. Give it without notice to a collection agency. Hopefully, companies like this without customer care go out of business over time.
No delivery No phone number to track down package. Signature requirement was waved. No 24 hour service phone number that I can be placed on hold for 40 minutes. Hay who doesnt want to hold for 40 minutes to talk to someone in a 12 hour time zone difference. Nice work DHL good luc in the tarmac next time you want to taxi to a runway.
Great service specially if understand that your package is being delivered by someone else and that the package has to undergo inspections, sorting and what not’s, in order to be delivered. You are not delivering the package yourselves. They do a great job, great customer service and best of all great prices. Also for people who complain. They do have private planes that can get your packages by the time you want and with the customer service you think you deserve. If you can afford it. That would be another alternative.

Horrible delivery service. They do not care if they drivers lie about attempting to deliver packages. Come to find out DHL outsource drivers, so they dont actually work for DHL, but work for a 3rd party company. They first delivered package to wrong address and tell me their driver took photo well hello wasnt even my house.Then driver claims he attempted to deliver mt package at 3:57pm while Im sitting at home. As soon as I get notifications no DHL truck around so it was a BOLD FACE lie. These people do any and everything to be lazy and not do their job consistently.
So this was my first and hopefully last time that i ever have to deal with this company and I hope it will be the last. The driver did not leavr the package because of no signature was available. So as soon as I got the message i called and asked customer service if they could just let the driver know if they could just leave it with the front office, she stated that the driver could not go back and leave it today that he had to wait and go back the next day. I did not understand why because they should have still be in that area. She said it was impossible. No I didnt think it was. I asked to speak to a manager amd of course was pht on hold for 15 mins. I just hung up, this was very poor customer service.
This is a Horrible Delivery Service, does not rate a stare of any kind. They first state package would be delivered Monday did not even attempt driver reported address was not correct. Tuesday the same thing. The address is a business with a big sign in black letters on FM 529, driver is trying to say there is suppose to be a st, rd, blvd etc, it has FM that is what it is and anyone that lives in Houston, TX and drives for a living knows that! I was told they did not even put it on the Trk today. So,Now, they are saying it will be delivered tomorrow (Wed)! I said absolutely not, the package is at a location near me and I want to just go there and pick it up now, the young man came back and stated I could pick it up in the Morning. I refused, I stated Now, Finally the young man came back and said I could get now. This Is NOT Acceptable!

I have never received a package on time. I’ve called several time about not receiving my packages, packages sitting in trucks for 24-48 hours after expected delivery, and package location not being updated. They have no form in getting in contact with their drives once they leave for their routes. Horrible communication and not good service at all.
Horrible service dont deliver on time and have you sitting waiting all day for packages that they should have delivered and dont, not even a call to say package will be delayed. Just! dont! Horrible service. Please use FedEx if you need your package...

The dhl service on occasions is not good for three days I have been waiting for a package because they send me a message that will arrive at the end of the day. And it has never come and customer service is rubbish Im tired of calling or they just lie to me
