We use AIT all the time to ship our Pipeline Inspection Tools across the country and world. They have always met our expectations and we would not consider using anyone else. Brians team at AIT is the best to work with hands down. If there were ever any shipping delays they are prompt to continually update us. We use their LTL, Hot Shot, and Overseas shipping services. 5 Stars and no less
AIT bent over backwards to help our company out with an urgent import.Called them in a Friday night, sent documents over on Saturday morning, The AIT Houston team cleared the shipment on Sunday and had delivered to our location Monday morning by 11am.Awesome Job! Jen
AIT helped provide a great service on imports from Asia. We have been experiencing high cost and delays and AIT was able to reduce cost as well provide timely update.
Its crazy reading these reviews because I have never had a bad experience with AIT Houston. We had an urgent hotshot a little after midnight and when we called they answered and covered within 1 hour. Shipments was loaded @ 1:45 am and delivered 8:00am Monday morning in Los Angeles California. Fantastic job!
I have worked with AIT for over 4 years now and I have never had a bad experience working with them. They have helped me with my international shipments as well as my domestic shipments as well and have update me throughout the entire process. The Houston office is courteous and has always handled my shipments in a timely and professional matter.
Our item sat for 2 weeks before finally delivered. Appointment changed 3 times because they finally realized they needed a bigger truck. Solid operation
Worst courier ever. Made appointments to deliver my TV twice and no show twice without any call or email even after confirmation. I called to check and they transferred me and made me waited for more than an hour and noone answered. I don’t even know what happened to my item. Very unprofessional business. Sams club had to give up because they are so unresponsive. Unbelievable.
Probably the worst freight company Ive had to use, will never go through them again. Slow responsive time, dispatch guys have zero knowledge on what theyre doing. I wish I could give zero stars.

Terrible. Unprofessional.I bought a 65 Vizio TV from NewEgg.com, and I knew that things would end badly when I couldnt track the shipping on their website. I called NewEgg about it and I was told to call AIT. When I called, I received the runaround when it came to when I would have my TV delivered. Even though it said on their website that someone will contact me to setup an appointment for the delivery, I had to keep calling them to remind them that I wanted them to ship my TV to me.Fast forward to exactly two weeks after I purchased the TV: it was finally delivered, but not in a manner that says the contents inside of the box is fragile. One of the delivery men packed it on top of his shoulder and brought it upstairs to me. Yep, no dolly in sight. The box looked like it was handled roughly (and there were no fragile stickers anywhere on the box), and sure enough, the screen was severely damaged. The TV was unwatchable.I called AIT to report that the damage occurred on their watch, but the lady on the phone (who was very discourteous, by the way) just told me to contact the sender (NewEgg). I didnt get an apology or any remedies to fix the problem from AIT. She could care less that her company damaged the TV while shipping it to me. Very unprofessional. Oh, well; it wasnt her problem, right?
Absolutely abhorrent excuse for customer service. Completely incapable of follow through, customer service, or even being remotely helpful. Call takers are clearly untrained and have no sense of ownership. Delivery schedule is an act of Congress. Just horrible!!
How com FedEx drop my package at the front door of your building as per there statement and the package is lost and you do not know about it?Dont you have proper security or instructions to these couriers?!
