I recommend not using their scales if you can get away with it. If you have to use them be careful as they are very narrow and watch your exit off the scales.

Fast in fast out they were short staff but there was only 1 other truck delivering. They allow overnight parking if there are spaces, come in early and enjoy. I didnt ask about bathrooms but I saw a porta potty.

Yes, There is Overnight Parking. Many trucks park overnight.They workNight shift Warehouse take their breaks outside to warm up.Go talk to one of these warehouse guys walking outside at night in winter coats and they can unload you at night.Sometimes they walk outside to warm up on their breaks.Walk into warehouse doors if you dont see a guy right inside, just stand and wait for one near the docks. Look around give them your number that begins with U105

If u ever deliver here please make sure u check in at 12 midnight google says it opens until 8. Check in door 11. Also if ur late there is A 205$ late fee. I made a mistake of knowing it was open at midnight . Also theres overnight parking plenty of spaces for u to back into

Watch out for dock 17. Ripped my passenger side trailer door off. You could clearly see that the bracket had been hooked before it is 10” at least further out then all the rest of the doors. If it was same it would site back enough you door would never catch it. I drove ahead a couple inches and it caught the door. I by the time I noticed it the hinges on the door where broken and door was on ground. Of course was told it never happened before. But would like a explanation why it sits out far enough to catch door but no other one does?

This place is fantastic Very professional and courteous. Was loaded and on my way in about an hour.

Overnight parking they let you let your dog out fast unloading.

As you come to the property-back in to a spot to your right don’t parallel park then check in with the shipping department you will need the following pick up number, company name and trailer number then once you fill out the information you will be sent next-door to the cold storage area and you will be asked to fill the same information out again. the shipping clerk then you will be asked to go back to your truck and wait and they will come to you. note if your stuff is not staged you’re going to be waiting for a while average time is about 2 1/2 to 4 hours there is nothing nearby so bring something to eat. they don’t go by appointment first come first serve they do close at 4 PM if you show up a few minutes before 4 PM they will get you in. anything after you’ll be turned away. Don’t expect a smile or a good attitude because this place has none enjoy your stay.

Please note that when you load heavy on steer and trailer axles we cant fix it. like in my case the front axle was overweight @ 12,320 and the tail was 35,320 and the drive was 31,720 lb, you cant fix it when its over on the steer and over on the tail and lighter on the drive, moving the tandem either way it only gonna make it heavier on the steer or the tail, I should mention that they did the same thing at your fort smith Arkansas facility.

Had a 10 am delivery appt., checked in around 8:30 am . Don’t be in no hurry if you deliver at this place. Also make sure you don’t book another load on the same day, cause you won’t make it. I had to cancel my next load, it’s 3:00 pm and I’m just getting my BOL

BACK IN ON THE RIGHT AND THEN GO CHECK IN!*Lunch is 12pm-1pm and you cannot check in during this time.This place is soooooo much better than other Americold locations Ive been to. I load here every Tuesday. Sometimes Im in & out and sometimes I have to sit. It all depends on how many trucks are checked in before me. You know...normal.The loaders know what theyre doing and theyre pretty quick. Just like any smaller cold storage facility, there are certain trucks that get a priority...usually those who are delivering the product that you may be picking up. And if its 20 minutes before lunch, they may load a guy whos only getting 3-6 pallets before you if you are picking up 12+. Thats just a SMART use of time, so dont complain about who gets in a door first. The world doesnt revolve around you.

Everyones super nice, they start loading at 8. I got put in a door at 815, so maybe I just got lucky. Loading happens quick, just make sure you precool your trailer

This is a pretty nice place. The staff is helpfull. Plenty of room for maneuvering. Plenty of parking spaces on sight for staging and most importantly its not cluttered like some other places. Shipping and Receiving times are from 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday.

POS place all the way around. Go to Coleman’s. It’s less then a few miles away. DAHL is as well. Both places are cheaper and they are professional

Slow to load and unload. Very tight lot to get into and out of doors. On the good side there is plenty of parking while you wait. The bad side is a new sign that says no overnight parking.

This place has a lot of room. Shipping fcfs 8-4. Closed 12-1 for lunch. Recieving 12 am -6 Am.

Got here the night before, no one bothered me, porta john at end of building, got some up by workers eager to unload next morning

Actual loading of the truck was quick but they went to lunch in the middle without warning. Also buried the load locks at the front of the trailer.

Checked in at 10:30 a.m. on a Monday morning for a delivery. Waited 4 hrs and Got a door at 2:30 p.m. Got my paperwork in hand at 4:23 p.m. Probably wont bring a load to this place again unless its paying over $3/mile.

FCFS my azz.... 2nd person to check-in & 6 trucks docked so far....

Took 3 hours to get a door.. two more to load and do paper work.. restroom was nasty
