Ward North America handled my move from Houston to Northwest Arkansas and did a fabulous job. We ended up having to change our move date a number of times due to home construction delays and they were very accommodating and empathetic. The driver Irvin (spelling?) and his crew did a wonderful job. They communicated with us well, showed up on time and took good care of our items. Great experience overall and highly recommend.

I Was moving from Texas to Georgia, the items have been picked up on the day promised, wrapped, and loaded with care. Heidi did a fantastic job walking me through every step by step process updates and reached out back promptly when I emailed for questions. Our items have been delivered in the first 3 days of delivery window. Loading guys in Texas (Louis/Salvador)were great friendly and very professional and fast! Unloading guys in Georgia (sorry forgot their names) have been absolutely fantastic doing their job! Managed to drive an 18wheeler into apartment complex and out with superb skills! Assembled everything fast and with care! Great service, 10/10 will use them again in future moving needs! Highly recommended!

We are very pleased with the service provided by Ward NAM. Even though they were not the lowest bidder we still choose them as we had used them before in 2016. They were on top of it throughout from Matt who came to made the survey to Rebecca on the office and finally to the crew that came to pack and load all of our belongings. Roger Suarez and his crew did a fantastic job on accommodating and adjusting to our demands, within the business constraints, in a very educated, cordial and professional manner. Always on time. Driver and crew were courteous and careful in packing, loading and unloading. The driver was able to make the delivery in day 3 of a 12 day delivery spread window. Great timing for an 1,100 mile move.

Ward NorthAmerican did a fantastic job for us from beginning to end. Called on a Monday Roger came to our home Tuesday inventoried what was to be moved and had us a quote by Wednesday. After reviewing all of our options we decided to use Ward N.A. Heidi was our move coordinator and set the move up for that Friday (2 days wow). Was told movers would be there between 8am & 10am and they were there at 8:15. Their names were Matt and Hector very nice and very professional. All social distance protocols were observed. Carpets were placed on floors and padding placed on door jams to protect from damage. The even took a desk apart so it wouldn’t get damaged. Had everything loaded in 3 hours and moved 150 miles unloaded put back together and on their way by 8pm. Great service, reasonable price and just all around good team work would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks guys.

I hired Ward North American to move my family from Katy, TX near Houston to Oklahoma City. My sales rep Olech, moving coordinator Heidi, and driver Wayne all did a fantastic job with my move. My family and I were extremely happy with the process. Everything arrived that we shipped. Loading and unloading was very easy.

Price was competitive and this company actually sent someone to look over what was to be moved so there would be no surprise (and there wasn’t). Movers arrived on time to pack up and worked diligently to get everything done in a day. They were on time on unloading day as well and were very patient as we determined what room the various boxes needed to be placed in. They unloaded everything and were gone by 4pm. They worked their tails off for sure. I’d recommend Ward North American to anyone and would use them again if needed

Ward North American provided excellent service. The original quotation was done via FaceTime which was great considering the COVID circumstances. I received the quote within a day and it was clear and competitive. The loading and packing crew were professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. My belongs were kept in crates in storage for 3 months and nothing was lost or damaged. As good as the loading crew was, the unloading crew was that and more. They called off every box/item on the way in so we had an accurate count of everything. They turned all boxed with the labels out. That’s the first time in many moves either of those that happened and it made the packing process much better. So, if you are looking for an excellent moving company I recommend you use Ward North American.

Needed to move from Houston to Chicago within a week and they were SUPER helpful and responsive! I get weary with movers because of stories but all my stuff made it from storage and they were able to put everything together and always communicated with me throughout the process.

Ward North American based out of Houston were hired for my move to New Orleans. They were excellent. They took amazing care in packaging my things as well as delivering them. They were punctual and despite the summer heat did everything expediently. Plus with it being a pandemic, Hector and his partners were very professional and took care to wear masks which was much appreciated. My in-laws home, in Lake Charles, was affected by hurricane Laura, the house had severe roof damage and water was pouring into the house. I had called 20 different movers, none of them could help. Roger and his team in Houston were amazing. He was able to work out the logistics and they had a truck and crew in Lake Charles the very next morning, 2 days after the storm. His crew packed, loaded and transported all of their belongings to Houston. They went above and beyond our expectations!

We had to move from Texas to Washington during the pandemic. Ward North American were very professional and responsive, and also considerate and careful about mask-wearing. The sales staff and move coordinator always got in touch with us quickly when we reached out with questions. Every move has complications, and in our case this involved not just coronavirus, but also small residential streets that were difficult to maneuver a van down. The team leader solved our problems quickly and without a fuss. The moving crew was careful with our belongings, and also friendly. We highly recommend Ward North American.

Got my household moved from Houston to New Jersey. Excellent services. I was worried since I had to travel next day and it was an Independence Day long weekend but they came in time as promised and quickly had the stuff loaded. Just 2 of them did it but with amazing efficiency and precision. Their local agent here at Princeton, NJ had the delivery made well within the agreed time window.While assembling up my bunk bed got damaged. I have told them and they are working on it. I am hopeful it will be sorted out soon.Above all I was most satisfied with close follow up and communication from their side. Stefanie, who was coordinating this move, kept me updated throughout. I never had to do a follow up. All queries were handled immediately or pro-actively by her and that was a peace of mind for me.Despite the minor incident I had on my bunk bed which is being looked into I will rate them high and recommend.

The move was one of the best moves we have ever experienced. Estimate was correct, packers arrived early, and everything went smoothly. They loaded us on Friday and furniture arrived on time in Illinois. I would recommend them at anytime to anyone who wants a professional move whether it is long distance or short.

The movers were very nice and also very quick, but some of my stuff was broken when it got to me. I also am missing a box, and the coordinator I worked with, Cathryn Hilbig, was really not good at all. I specifically told her I’d be moving in June 5 yet still made my window out to June 7, ensuring me that it would be fine. Guess what? My stuff didn’t arrive till June 7. Try to use someone else if you can.

After a lot of promises of excellence from the salesman, we had an atrocious time getting any communication from this company. We moved from Houston out of state and contracted with WNA based on the assurances of the company on their level of customer service.That was a joke. Getting answers to simple questions was time consuming. Ensuring that our furniture was wrapped properly was aggravating. This company brought one truck to pick up our furniture, moved it to another truck for shipping out of state, and moved it to a third truck to deliver to our new home. All the while, damage to antiques occurred that we ended up having to fix ourselves.But most importantly - our televisions were damaged in the move and attempts to make a claim were met with the following: there is a rider on the reverse of your contract that Ward North American is not liable for damage to any electronics that we ship. The insurance they offer is a scam and they should be investigated for fraud.We clearly asked our salesman if our tvs would be insured before taking out the insurance. He clearly stated to us that they would. And now we have useless electronics and both ward and their insurance carrier are refusing to honor the insurance and the word of their employee.AVOID like the plague. Nothing but liars and evaders at this company

First Ward North American never showed for an estimate. Then I was transferred to five people before connecting with my coordinator. Finally, I was informed the company was booked and could not complete the move prior to the time I requested when initially scheduling the estimate. Two weeks wasted.
