I looked all over the place for a shipment company to deliver to Guerrero, MX at a fair and reasonable price. I found it here. Not only were the prices fair, but my package arrived safely and in perfect condition. You can tell they are due-diligent and take care of my package as if it were there’s. Will be back again. Highly recommend.

Money hungry, indeed, specifically the older lady that works/owns the place. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I understand that at the end this is a business just like any other and is simply trying to make it but they shouldnt use this as a reason to squeeze all they can from people who simply wish to send a little US to MEX or vice-versa.

Very unethical company, this company kept the majority of our delivery, yet failed to inform us that my package was incomplete and still charged us for the full delivery based on the weight of the original package. DO NOT USE THE SERVICE. After I called making a claim, they continuously hang up the call and are refusing to speak to us, they are refusing to take our call and do not even have a answering machine.

The service offered by Mrs. Roberta and her workers is luxurious !!! No other shipping / receiving location here in Houston has given my family and me such a great experience! The prices are quite cheap and although we are in a pandemic the packages arrive early and complete. They offer discounts for every person you send to their locations, so I really recommend them!

Very bad experience the truth would not bring anything with them again, if I could give 0 stars I would. It took them 8 days to deliver my package and what they sent me was mostly food and everything came to me in terrible condition spoiled and for the last they got angry for claiming them. I called to find out about the average delivery time and they assured me that the parcel arrived in 3 days, when I saw that it took 3 days to deliver the package they assured me that the food that came would not be spoiled because they came in the freezer When they delivered it to me, everything was on fire. Terrible service. They promote themselves in delivering your packages in 3 days and they end up delivering them in almost 3 weeks. At least if they told people that they deliver in 3 weeks, you would see if you decide to send with them or not. 15 days after sending my package, my husband called Mrs. Roberta, and according to her she said that she was already there in Mexico, my family called and Mrs. From there said she had nothing and that Mrs. Roberta always lied to her. to customers saying that their things had already arrived. Now that I called the store, a man answered me, I told him that I wanted to talk to the owner and he told me what he needs, I explained the situation and he asked me for the number of the package, he left me waiting and then the old woman picked up the phone Roberta haughtily, and she told me, I cannot give you information, the man who appears who has sent me, but he asked me for the information of the package, date number and everything. And of course my husband called and she told him that she would see what happened. Coincidentally, after I called, they contacted my family in Mexico to say that I had already arrived. Updating my review from two months ago, I want to say that they never gave me some medicines that my mother sent from Mexico, they said that they stayed in the package of Tulcingo in Puebla, and they told my mother that they would return them the following week in the location of Acatlan de Osorio where she went to make the shipment. They made her go three weekends in a row and made her wait for more than three hours to leave with the excuse that they had not been sent. They never gave the medicines to my mother and on top of that they didnt even want to pay her.
