Very unpleasant experience, rude morning staff (Amelia in the pm better but has no power to change anything) but at least two friendly delivery guys showing up 3 (!) hrs after the delivery window (9a-3p). I called at 3:20p to ask where my TV was. After being out on hold for quite a while Amelia had reached the delivery guys to tell me I am last (!) on the schedule and it will be after 6pm!!! And now I look at the delivery papers and it is the WRONG delivery, for another customer!!! 0 stars would be more appropriate. tbc....

We purchased an order online through academy. We were guaranteed that if we purchased before the 8th our order would be delivered before Christmas. It is currently 5:53pm Dec. 23 no package. When we called they said they made a time offer, but my husband and I havent received a call, or text from them.If POSSIBLE AVOID GOING THROUGH THESE GUYS...

Don’t use ceva there slow at loading trucks and the disrespect is really bad your Smyrna ten location is a lot of your problem and if Honda would get smart you will loose them!!!!

Overall is not a bad place to work has its problems like everywhere else. If you have to deal with Sherry run away. Because Sherry will make your life a living hell. She will insult you, put you down, and inform you everything is your fault.

Received postcard notification they had my bed from Overstock, and to please call to schedule a delivery... with no phone number provided.Delivery scheduled for Wednesday between 11:00 and 3:00. No call, no delivery. Called at 4:00 to inquire on its status only to discover it was never loaded on the truck that morning and it was misplaced on the dock. Seriously irked that nobody called me when they realized it wasnt on the truck so I spent the entire afternoon waiting for nothing. Was told it would go out Thursday and I would be called in the morning when the driver was on his way. No call, no delivery.Called Friday, waited on hold indefinitely. Called Overstock to call them and finally got someone at Ceva to talk to me. Was told the bed would be delivered Saturday.Finally at 5:00 pm on Saturday, after waiting the entire day it was delivered. Having read the reviews I set up a camera to record the delivery and opened the boxes to inspect everything before signing their receipt.Will know to avoid them in the future.

I ordered a 60 TV from Amazon and was assigned CEVA as the shipping company. Naturally, after seeing almost no positive reviews of CEVA, I was concerned. Heck, I even took off early from work just in case they mess up the delivery widow. (5 to 8 pm).The drivers called around 5:30 pm to confirm delivery in 30 minutes. The folks arrived on time, and were very polite and professional. They carried the TV up a flight of stairs, unpacked it, looked for physical damage, turned it on, and checked for dead pixels. Everything worked smoothly. Only then was I asked to sign the papers. They discarded the packaging material once they were done.Im very satisfied with the experience.

By far, the worst company I have EVER dealt with. Ordered a table on Amazon to be delivered on the 15th - 20th. Never heard from them. Spent hours trying to get a hold of them to find my table (is this some sort of scam where they hope you dont call?). Had to schedule a delivery. Scheduled for the 24th. 12-6PM window. They were going to call 30 min before delivery. No table. Call them. Another bogus answer why they couldnt deliver my table. Scheduled again for the 28th.Problem is, I just moved into a house and bought my first nice, large table. I had invited my entire family to come over and eat on the 25th. Scheduled delivery was 15th - 20th, so I should be fine, right? Nope. They are truly an awful company who Amazon NEEDS to sever ties with.I also told them I would just pick it up myself this evening. NOPE, you have to get permission from Amazon. Im baffled by how incompetent they are. Stay far, far away.

If you are smart enough to read Google Reviews of a shipping company before you buy off Amazon, congratulations, you are about to avoid a huge mistake. Do not ship through this company, it is incredibly poorly run. My TV had a scheduled delivery date of Friday, they did not show, I called and they said they had shut down for the day due to ice, but had not notified me of this event.I rescheduled a delivery for Monday, they arrived 4 hours before the time window. The TV had a giant crack in the screen. Since I had let them leave before I opened it, I had to schedule a pick-up with them. Amazon said CEVA would contact me within three business days, 7 days later I called them and they finally scheduled a pick-up. They only missed this time window by an hour; they said they were unable to locate my address (the one they had already been to). TV was taken away and still awaiting refund.TL;DR CEVA is an incredibly poorly run shipping company with grossly incompetent people managing the logistics of their freight. To save yourself a lot of time and frustration, buy a different large item off of Amazon, or call specifically to request a different shipper, you will be very happy you did.

I ordered a BBQ pit from Amazon and a scheduled delivery was setup for a Thursday during the work day. I ran home to wait but it never showed. CEVA called to reschedule to Friday saying that they received the product late. Ran home again Friday, but no package. CEVA called again to say it was still in Dallas ( I am in Houston) and that they could deliver on Sunday. Here I sit well after the delivery window on Sunday, no package. Of course Amazon wants to wash there hands of it since it is out of their control. Both CEVA and Amazon suck big time

TERRIBLE COMPANYActual events of a simple TV delivery from Amazon:- The designated day of delivery they called me around 1ish, after the designated 9:00AM to 12:00 timeframe, to say my package was running late and it had to be rescheduled for the following day between the same hours of 8AM and 1PM, which I informed them was wrong, it was to be 9 and 12- Lied and said my package was in Dallas when their own tracking system showed it arrived at IAH (Houston airport) 20 minutes prior to their call- Showed that they called me at 9AM on their site and confirmed with the customer the delivery time but I never got a call nor talked with them prior- Asked them to change the address to my home since the date was changed, they said Amazon could only do this, called Amazon and they contacted the company to confirm the address change- Checked the website around 11AM to see where the package was and it never showed any movement since yesterday- The package arrived at my work 30 minutes later even though the location was supposed to be changed- Checked the website again and it still shows my package has not even left the building- They never called to confirm I was even at the delivery destination - WHICH I WAS NOT!! But my co-workers sure got a kick out of my new TV sitting in my office without me there.TERRIBLE COMPANY

Had to call CEVA 5 different times because every time I called I had a different representative telling me that my shipment was getting dropped off on different dates, no one seemed to know what they were talking about. I told them that I was taking a half day off from work JUST to be home to sign for the freight and needed to know that the package was ABSOLUTELY coming that day; I was told that they were 100% sure that it was coming on that specified date (despite their constant emails that contradicted everything they said). Sure enough, it did not show up. They completely lack customer service and do not even communicate within their own company! When you are a shipping company...you should normally have atleast SOME clue as to when and where you are delivering materials. Horrible company, go elsewhere if you can.FYI: for those of you who read this and agree, I have contacted Amazon asking them to switch to another company in the Houston, TX area. If enough ppl contact amazon about the lack of professionalism and ability of this company, I have no doubt they will take action.
