Vladimir was an amazing driver and made our trip so much fun! He loaded our alcohol into the ice chests while we were still in the hotel lobby waiting for our full group and made sure there were plenty of water bottles, soft drinks, and ice. He also dropped us off at a different address than originally requested when we wanted to slightly change our plans. I would definitely ride with Vlad again!

I booked the PartyBus Krystal for a work event last Saturday. I cannot compliment this company enough! I booked the ride that Monday and called almost everyday with a question. Everyone was so kind and helpful! Prices are reasonable and well worth it. Kevin, our chauffeur, arrived on time (early, even) and made the ride very enjoyable for this wild party of 12. Absolutely fantastic! Duane was amazing, we utilized the party bus today for my best friend’s bachelorette. We went to East Beach and everything was smooth to Galveston, which is about 45-60min outside of Houston, TX. The party bus arrived on time and the driver was cautious and understanding. Amazing experience! We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun Bach experience. The professionalism was unmatched! The only suggest we’d make is cooler AC, but Duane accommodated us. It could have also been because it was over 10 of us however the AC was working but we were having such a good time and dancing and got a little warm. We utilized the Bluetooth and drinks were provided such as soft drinks, cups and ice. THANK YOU!!!

The experience was not asgood as I would have expected.  The driver showed up 10 minutes late, not a good way to start. The upgraded soundsystem that is advertised on their website is a joke and far fromupgraded. It didn’t work at first, the driver had no clue how to work it and toldme I just needed to just play around with it. SMH After a few minutes of us messingwith it I told him we needed to leave because we were already running behindfor our dinner reservations.  He kept putting down the privacy window trying to talk to us about it.  First of all, you dont do that, second of all the AC was blowing full blast and we couldnt hear him. When we got to the restaurant, I told him heneeded to figure it out.  He did get it to work for our way back but wasdisappointed in the quality, especially when it is advertised as upgraded.

I do Not recommend this limo company. We booked them this past Saturday for outdoor birthday event for our pastoral leader. They not only changed the agreement we established, but they refused service during our event, last minute! This left our guest at a total disadvantage, not to mention it was embarrassing and unprofessional. I spoke with Vanessa and the owner Philip, and he had no remorse. Professionalism is the key in business and I will tell you this dealing was not professional. The communication between the staff was horrible. I called back repeatedly to check and to make sure everything was okay and correct. I even called the morning of to make sure. There was no reason for them to change their agreement. The driver as well was dressed sloppy with his shirt untucked and stomach hanging out. I will not recommend this company, they are unprofessional in their dealings, unreliable, and not accountable to their agreement.

We have insured Action Limousine for over 10 years. They have always been an exceptional customer. They always takes good care of their customers, vehicles and drivers. He always maintains proper driver file folders for each one and provides proper training. All of his drivers are professional and polite. Company is in compliance with City and for DOT.Insured never has had a hit-n-run. On all claims, driver did provide insurance information to other party. On commercial policies, it does take some time as the carrier has to assign to an adjuster. Please keep in mind that on any claims, you will be inconvenienced. Please be patient and the adjuster will contact both parties.

They were very diligent, first when I called the young lady I spoke with was very helpful, considering all of the questions I asked. She was very patient. I was planning a last min party and wanted a bus or shuttle and had no idea what I really needed or how I needed to accommodate everyone who was going with me. They called me to verify the day before and the driver was early he was also very professional. Needless to say, with the bus I got from them my night ended up being the ever. I was so fun and the sound system is AWESOME!

We reserved and pre-paid for airport transfers at the start of our vacation from Hobby to IAH and back again afterwards. Our vehicle choice got changed by the office at the last minute on the front end, but they at least called ahead to let us know. On the back end, they also showed up with a different incorrect vehicle. However, the cars were on time, safe and both drivers were very courteous. Bottom line - they got us from point A to point B in a safe, timely manner, and the office was quick to issue a refund when I made the complaint about the vehicle unavailability. We would definitely use this service again.
