EPT is by far the most professional service in Houston!! They are the most pristine service that can be found in Houston, a city as large as it may be they are the BEST!! They communicate with every detail and keep you apprised of everything prior and post service!!The service recommended by Centurion can not even compare to EPT!!! We have tried them on more than one occasion and they failed to meet the standards each and every time. Either they were late or not at the right location or the driver was very unprofessional. One driver even expected my boss to load his own luggage in the car. Everything about this service was horrible and unacceptable!!EPT was highly recommended by another excellent service we use in Dallas, Texas. There is a lot to be said if another excellent service recommends a service to an established client. My wife and I recently used your limousine service.We were very happy with the on time pick up at Hobby Airport in Houston and our return trip to Hobby from Galveston a week later.Your driver was very courteous and friendly and helped us with our luggage. This company is too overly priced compared to other companies that I have used, and their cars could use some polishing. This company does not deserve 5 stars.

Ept Limo service is an oustanding company, I have used them many times over the past year and their consistency on the level of customer service they offer and their ponctuality is something other companies should envy.Im a frequent flyer and had scheduled many pick ups and drop offs to the airport with these guys, sometimes it was last minute travel plans and they still went out of their way to respond to my needs.I would recommend that you try them at least once and be your own judge.P.S their prices are a bit more competitives than most companies even though their service is way above most companies out there.

I would not recommend this company to no one!!! The driver drove reckless and was extremely rude! He never tried to create small talk and whenever I asked questions about the city the driver seemed annoyed. Id choose another company! This one was the worst ive ever used!
