This is the second time I have used C&H Transportation to be our shuttle for my daughters weddings. And both experiences were perfect! Buses were clean, on time and driven with expert drivers. In fact, the shuttle bus is an excellent way to discover the beautiful city of Houston and the bus routes cover most tourist attractions. The big buses were new and all the tour guides were very efficient and friendly. We enjoyed all the rides and had the opportunity to get on and off very frequently; since the schedule is very well articulated with minimum waiting times. Attention to all Limousine and Bus Affiliates/Transportation Companys, and all future clients looking to reserve charter buses for your next event, BEWARE. Very bad experience on October 18th, 2019. We here at Ace Limousine and Charter Bus Services of Houston Texas had made prior reservation and paid for a charter 55 pass bus for school event for our corporate client Energized for Excellence Academy of Houston to be transporting a group to Dallas for the entire day and return that late evening. Unfortunately, this day started off terrible at 4:45am, C&H Transportation bus was a NO SHOW! Our first initial call, Tony from C&H said; driver overslept, within 45 minutes later, Tony said; driver around the corner, be there in few minutes. Tony from C&H was keep making excuse then finally he said Driver broke down and After that each time we tried calling him directly, our number was blocked, he would no longer answer our call. (Keep in mind: this is already 7:15 am, and our clients 55 passengers/kids waiting for a bus)and he got full payment three days in advance! Finally, we sent two mini- shuttle buses from ACE to do job...Why he just didnt let us know of his horrible mistake forgot scheduling a bus for this event. We could have dispatched other transportation to take care of our clients 55 passengers/kids waiting at 5am in the morning, to avoid being awfully late. But, keep in mind, C&H wanted full payment as soon as we made reservations, which was very unprofessional on their part as an affiliate. We cant stress enough to all our fellow transportation companies and future clients DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I rented 1 bus and 2 minibuses for my wedding day from their Houston C&H Transportation website. They responded quickly and gave me a very reasonable appointment. Before calling, I was very upset and frustrated because the company that rented before canceled my reservation at the last minute. C&H Transportation bus saved my wedding day. Everything was so smooth with a friendly and professional driver. My friends and family were happy and safe. I will call every time I need C&H Transportation charter bus.

We used this company on a trip to Memphis and everything was amazing. The driver was professional, funny and courteous. We used it last year and had a great experience that we requested again this year. It definitely went further to make sure we enjoyed our time in Memphis.

Clean buses and friendly drivers. The driver was a good guy and we talked a little. I called before the trip because we needed to change the pickup location the last second. The offices handled the whole situation perfectly. I will use them again in July.

You can easily reach the boarding places and the bus frequency is also good. The tour guides are well informed and willing to help you with any questions you may have.They even offered us ponchos for a walk when it started to rain!
