Asked for change to do my laundry, but I left my special needs daughter and oldest daughter in the car with my laundry. The person behind the desk grilled me about being a patron, which I can understand- they don’t want to give their change to non-paying customers. The problem is that even when I said I was a customer and explained why I left everything in the car, he didn’t believe me and still gave me a hard time. I would rather pay $1/ lb at SudShare than give this establishment a penny of my hard-earned money.

Ive been there about 3 or 4 times and ao far it seems like a good clean place to get your laundry done .

Extremely clean, The owners are super friendly and nice, even offered us cold water on a hot day.

One of the best place for laundry services or to washing clothes in general for the past 2 decades. Best time are Monday & Tuesday. Avoid the weekend, if possible...

If I could give a 0 i would. I sent my son to ask for coins before we bring our laundry in. The owner said no coins I asked how are you running a laundry mat with no coins available. She said thia ia my business you can go! Ahe has a disgusting attitude and ahe will never receive any money from me

The staff definitely needs a course in customer service and cultural sensitivity. The reason behind my rating is1. My clothes are still wet after the washer stopped.2. I was instructed that I would have to wash my clothes again in order for them to go to the spin cycle to get it completely dry.Number two made zero sense to me however I felt that the person in charge should have at least ran the clothes through the spin cycle On the house since it is there a washer that did not spend the moisture out of my clothes.Long story short I spent $20 drying a load of laundry.

The staff is doing an excellent job of keeping establishment clean, and keeping the equipment working properly. Also reasonable price for the time on washers and dryers. Masks 😷 are required!!!!

This is the better laundromat in the area. However, the Asian lady that t works there is ride and they, never open on time. Its very cool in the building, thats a PLUS!!!

Ive been going here for years and they care about their customers I love close behind once they held it until they sell me again to make sure I got it back I dont know of any other washed here that would do that

Large variety of washers and dryers that work! Clean and air conditioned. Attendant is a bit abrupt. Dont know if its just a cultural difference, language barrier, lack of personality or something else.

Says they open @ 8 its 8:15 and still not open I’ve been sitting here since 7:45 I’m never coming back very unprofessional

The staff is really friendly and super helpful. Not only did he show me how to use the machines but he even helped me folding the bed sheets. He also came to me from time to time to see if I need any help. The price is reasonable too! The place is really clean. The machines are reasonably new and working really well! Definitely the place I will go for doing laundry from now on. Highly recommended!!!

It’s very convenient and 98% of the machines always work. The customers are cool so what more can you ask for?

I barely complain but this time Ill do it.I have known these people (owners)for years.Today I arrived at 7:30pm I was able to get the washers when I stepped in.When I was going to dry my clothes,I had to wait for available drier, it was so crowded that all driers were occupied,almost at 10pm,the lady stood in front of me and starting to kick me out from the laundromat,I told her,not to talk rudely to me,it was not fault that I was leaving late.She is rude,she does not have respect for customers even though I am an old customer I was going to give them one star but because the mister is always cool I cant .I feel sorry doing this but,She should have shown more respect to customers.Everything else is ok.

The male worker working the counter, extremely helpful, theyve got a $2.00, $2.50, and $2.75 washer machines. Its $.25 each 10 minute in the dryer, I need 30min $.75 for a full 30min $2.00 dryer. Everything came out perfect, towels and blankets no tears or rips. They sell detergent at the location, if you need some.

Some of the newer machines were pretty good.. Friendly owner helped me (visitor from out of town) work the machines.. Great Prices and classic MS PAC MAN in the back..

I like this place. It looks decent and had newer machines. The bathroom I would avoid but only cause I seen the messes lil kids would do. In all its one of the cheapest place I know, and the lady running the place while not looking too happy being there, does keep a straight face and helps you when needed.

Better than spin wash

I have never met such a disrespectful person. I called around 7:15pm to confirm the hours of operation. Spoke with a lady that stated they close at 8pm. I inquired why does the website say 9pm and she hung up in my face. I have lived in Houston for only 2 mo. This is by far the 1st bad/unprofessional experience I ran into.

Take for ever to open been here 30 mins

The woman (owner) of this place is way out of touch on how to deal with the public. She is just horrible. I will not return.
