Sadly, this place has gone downhill. It used to be my favorite place to do my laundry because it was really clean and all the staff were always nice and willing to help. I feel like I knew most of them. They were always either cleaning or helping people. It was just a nice place to be and unlike other washaterias.Not only is it a lot dirtier these days, the new employees are unprofessional and rude. I’ve been coming here for a long time, and they’ve always had a service called the “one-dry guarantee” that I have used on occasion. Not only did the employee on duty absolutely refuse to honor this, he even had the audacity to rudely ask me, “who are YOU to tell me how to do my job?” Can you believe that?I suggested that maybe he didn’t know because he’s new. He didn’t care and still refused. He told me he didn’t even have to be at work, started texting on his cell phone again, walked out of the store and left. I still can’t believe the experience I had! This was around 11:15 PM on Tuesday, Sept. 14th.I tried to find someone else to help me but no one else was on duty so I decided to just pay to run my dryers again. Around midnight another employee came in and I asked if they still have the one dry guarantee. He said yes and apologized for the guy working before him. It was nice, but it was too late. I already paid for my dryers. And I didn’t appreciate being spoken to so rudely. Some of the other new employees don’t seem to want to work or help either.The store just isn’t the same as it used to be, it seems a lot has changed. I hope they work on making sure employees are knowledgeable and willing to be helpful, and they really need to start cleaning the store up again. It’s actually been quite gross these past few times I’ve visited, almost like you don’t want to touch the machines. Between that and the rude employees — it might be time for me to look for another laundromat.

Wonder place! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was exceptionally clean. I came to wash two bed quilts but haven’t been to a laundromat in a long time. I brought two bags of coins with me and then realized I did not need them as you took credit cards. Time has certainly marched on! I will not go any where else to do any laundry.

A wonderfully clean laundry mat, and quite a fast turn around for their wash, and fold services. Jessica, one of the associates was amicable, knowledgeable, and honest in the business turn around rate for their services. Will definitely be back again!

The parking lot is always dirty . I spent nearly 65 dollars for dirty laundry. 🤢🤮😡🙄. I dont think they even washed our clothes. Never again. I should if known better when the attendant had a black eye and couldnt even lift our laundry bags.

Extremely disappointed in new staff and management. My personal I were lost a few months ago. I finally got management to agree to refund me and was told by manager Jessica that the refund would be ready for pickup on Thursday Aug. 26. As of today no refund has been ready for pickup. The staff used to fold clothes so well that you only needed to hang up. Currently new staff doesnt fold properly, items are wrinkled, socks are together any longer. Poor service yet you are paying higher prices. I would NOT rcommend laundry service any longer.

You can literally wash like 8 loads of laundry in their biggest machine for $8.25 I believe for 23 minutes and dry the same load for about $1.85 I think it is...and done. Plus open 24 hours, major plus..

I came as a first time customer and a lady named Jessica was really helpful with explaining how to get my card and offered to help if I needed anything thing else. I never seen a laundromat as clean as this one lol

Such a nice laundromat, it is the first time for me to be here. Good machine, clean place, and work with cards that you can purchase them inside. Also, there are money breaker machines if you dont have change to big bills. WiFi is available and iPads devices for kids. I will come again to this place.Nice customer service and ready to help .

Since this new manager Jessica has been there, I’ve seen alot of improvement in the associates and the environment. The store is very clean and a safe environment, everyone there is friendly!

I really like this place and services they offer at first. I have been using this service for their wash dry and fold. I have had my entire order mix matched with another customer, wait times longer than 5 days, and forced to take my clothes elsewhere because their card reader isnt working and they do not have cash on premise.

Was good, but now they aren’t 24 hours. They don’t update the about section on Facebook for the hours, already checked. Would be nice to have a way to know when it’s open as it is not fun to show up at 1 am to find it closed.

Extremely clean! Modern look with top notch appliances. Snack and IPad kick back area is the perfect touch. I’ll be coming here again until I buy a washer and dryer.

I get the best customer service experience from the employees, they are all friendly andhelpful. Ive never had any problems with the machines and them having a/c is a major plus. The best and amazing thing about this place is, they are open 24 hours and have nighty discounts. I will continue to come here

Rude guy in the morning. Rudely calls you out for not wearing a mask. Rudely calls out when you ring the bell. Learn some polite customer skills.

It has really clean and nice facilities. Open 24hrs allows us to not thinking of what time we need to do laundry.

Once you know how everything works you can get in and out easily! Staff are very friendly and will assist you as needed! Will go back!

They have large machines with fair prices, for the most part it’s not busy but it really depends when you go. I’ve always been in the afternoon and it’s been fine.They have over 100 machines so there’s always availability. They have small medium and large machines so no matter how much you have to clean they can accommodate the amount.They also sell soap, dryer sheets, fabric softener, and laundry bags.Staff is nice and helpful when you need something and they have TVs playing if you need to wait for your clothes to be done.A/C is good so it’s not an unbearable process they just don’t have seats for you to sit because of COVID.Reloading your card is an automated process at a machine on the wall so you never need to bother staff, the reload is seamless and easy to get you on your way.

Cool,clean, nice,friendly, it was fast to wash and truly dry and get out and I was on time to get to work.

I have never been in a laundry that was this clean. It is wonderful. The manger is great.

This is the nicest laundromat Ive been too. Staff are friendly and greeted me when I walked in. I was also impressed with the general cleanliness of the business and the comfortable seating that was available. What most surprised me was the quality of the dryer. I washed heavy duty blankets, blankets that often take many turns in the dryer to get completely dry. However, here, it took one 20 minute round on mid temp and every blanket is hot and not one slight spot of dampness. Amazing! Ill definitely be coming by again!~

Dryer broke at home so I had to come here and use the machines. The place caught me by surprise. Very clean, really nice machines. The prices are what you expect from laundromat but the machines are top notch. Multiple sizes of washer and dryer. The smallest dryer they have is already huge, only 1.29! The carts for clothes are plenty and clean tables and chairs to do your folding. Will be back if I ever need to do laundry outside my house.

Will not be back. $2.00 For a dryer that dont dry your clothes. Washer need to be cleaned. Will not return.

Never again...I truly feel sorry for those who live in the area & have no choice but go to this laundry mat. First had to pay a dollar for a card just to use their machines, which some could say its only a dollar, but what about the out of towners who wish to wash which was my case or the fact that after 12 months your charged $2 each for inactivity fees. Can you say price Gauguin. When I actually got to wash I need wash my whites on hot & darks on cold and d@mn machine changed everything to what it wanted...dont see how this place got 4 star

This place is so clean!!!! I was hoping the pictures matched the actual place and it definitely does! I came on a Friday morning around 5ish in the morning! I was the only one here, the guy working was friendly and explained how things worked. I will definitely be making this my permanent laundry mat while I am in this area! I’ve been there three times and all three times they have a sign that they’re closed Monday they were closed at 8 PM Saturday they were closed at 11 PM Sunday they were closed at 11 PM very inconvenient I called today they’re not sure when they’re gonna open again 24 hours but I have chosen another 24 hour laundry matHoor you’ll can fix this issue

I love this laundry mat very nice and clean and drys very well. You do not use coins but deposit on a card by cash or card. The ladies that work there are very friendly also.

Employees allow customers in wearing NO MASKS.......Plus they themselves dont keep masks on. Definitely disappointingI was coming here for a month now. Plus theres a creepy massage parlor next door.Creepy guys always walking around.

This is by far the best and clean facility, that Ive been at. The attendant was very pleasant, and took pride in keeping the place nice. Suggestion to the patrons: Help them keep it clean, by picking up dryer sheets and such!

This laundromat has gone down significantly in the past month! Tonight there are about 10 washers that are not working... half of them have signs posted and the other half just show an error code! They used to offer discounted rates between midnight and 6am... three weeks ago we came and complained to corporate thru email as well as their social media page and we never received a response! They dont care! We took pictures of the sign outside that shows discounted rates overnight as well as pictures of the prices on the washers... still never received a response... stay away! Find a better place to spend your money!

I love that you can add money to a laundry card and that there are tablet for the kiddos to play with while you wash. Also, they will wash your clothing for a particular fee. Will save lots of mommies and daddies time. Love it.

This is a wonderful place to do your laundry! These prices are to wash with cold water, but hot/warm water is only a few cents more. There is 2 ($2.50), 4 ($4.30), 6 ($5.95), and 8 ($8.35) load washers and 3 different size dryers ($1.29 small, $1.59 medium, and $2.09 large). The facility is always clean and attendants are there if you need them. This place has a one dry policy so if your clothes dont dry they will restart it for you for free. Also the card system is so much more convenient than using quarters. It can be pretty busy on the weekends so keep that in mind. Do yourself a favor and come here!

24 hour laundry/ discounts after 11pm/ pricing is a little higher than some places but the machines are new & clean/ unfortunately you cannot fold clothes in the facility/ If I owned the facility I would install smaller length & separate the folding tables. Also remove the lounge area to create additional folding space. Require that tables be disinfected between each individual using them. No one that is not folding cleaned clothing is allowed to set or be near the folding tables.

Best laundry mat ever been to. They are so helpful there. Experience very nice. Went to a different one the week before and wow! What a difference this place is. They will help you especially if youre Disabled or if it is your first time. They have iPads for your kids and you to use while you wait. I enjoyed it.

I have to say that this is the best laundry in town. I have used the coin-op machines and Ive used the wash and fold service. I am disabled and dont have a washer/dryer in my apartment, so being able to drop off is a great value to me, especially on days Im feeling rough.If youre looking for a place to do your laundry: Huebsch is clean and comfortable, with free wifi and even devices to keep your little ones entertained. The machines work well and there are almost never issues with either the laundry card kiosk or the washers/dryers themselves.If youre looking for wash/fold service: When I drop off for next day service, my laundry has always been ready on time, my instructions followed, saving me SO much time. They explain their policies and there are no surprises, and if you need fragrance free detergent/dryer sheets, they are available. Its a great value - money well spent.THE BEST PART: Their staff is phenomenal. They are always so helpful and informative, and go out of their way to show you their appreciation.Tonight I went in with less than the minimum 15 lbs of laundry and was charged appropriately. (I would normally have waited until I had more to do, getting the best value for the money, but in this case the need was urgent.) What this meant was that I was charged for a couple pounds of laundry that I didnt actually bring in, as is their policy.But when I went back to the car I discovered that my roommate had put laundry in the trunk, so I actually had well *over* 15 lbs altogether.The representative on duty that night couldnt process a refund, so she decided to accept the additional laundry without charge, discuss it with her manager the following morning, and charge me the difference when I picked up.Before Id even gotten halfway home, she was calling me to tell me that shed called her manager at home and been authorized to simply do the remaining pounds of laundry on the house because Im a regular customer. I was pleasantly surprised. She was certainly under no obligation to do any of that and it really made my day that shed put the extra effort in and gotten back to me so quickly!

Im one of the 12am to 6am customers. Have been for over a year. The prices drop and its very quiet here (something a working mother really appreciates). Today I was given a bad surprise when I found out the hard way that the special discounted pricing has gone away. 😥 Im still going to continue to wash here but I guess now i have to budget how I wash. If you want warm or hot water its an extra charge. Extra wash- extra charge. Extra rinse- extra charge. The prices were set to one solid price from 12am to 6am. Im pretty upset about this.

This place is super ghetto and I if you don’t go in at 4am before anyone else you will not be able to wash in peace.. some crazy man had a fit when I took the basket that belongs to the company for a Sec to get my wet clothes to the dryer.. he said some nasty things to me even though I explain it would only take a second and I took it back! If you have a stone and a creek you have a better chance of washing before going to this place just horrible place!!!!!!!🙄

Nicest laundry facility in the area. Clean restrooms. Open 24 hours, which is great.The only negative thing I can say, is the card loader is always not working properly. They just recently got new ones installed, they both didnt take my credit card to load money into my laundry card.

I have had a wonderful experience here today. Precious brought a cart out to my car as soon as I pulled up so that I wouldnt have to lug my laundry too far. The card machine was not working correctly and I had put $40 in to wash my clothes. Precious immediately called her manager, Trina, who instructed Precious to pay for my 4 loads of laundry ($27) and refund me the rest of my balance. While waiting for my clothes to dry, Precious helped me register a new card with a full $40 balance on it. I purchased 4 of their laundry bags for all their trouble and for their professionalism. Precious was so helpful and very, very nice, as was Trina, the manager. And the machines are in great condition and wash super fast. Just a really nice, clean environment. I will definitely be back again. I am very impressed with their customer service. Thank you, Precious and Trina!

Facility is very clean, the price is fair. The price is less from 12am to 06am daily. I like that I only need to pay once to dry my clothes as they have awesome dryers that dry your clothes the first time but if not, then the attendant on duty will restart it for you upon request. The attendants, so far, are very nice guys. I had one guy assist me with taking the laundry into the building and place them in front of the machines, as I had a lot of clothes due to not having a washer and dryer temporarily. I literally drive past over a dozen washaterias to do my laundry here.

Nice equipment. Nice and relaxed environment for a washateria. Just dont like that everytime I visit the prices go up and it has a lot of homeless people hanging out.

Every time I visit the dairy Ashford location..Shan is very helpful,extremely knowledgeable,Professional and friendly always has a smile on her face greets you soon as you walk in..very attentive in assisting me with my laundry needs..making my laundry experience amazing..she is truly a blessing..during this time of pandemic

As for as doing your own laundry it is a great place..it is clean, the staff is friendly. If you have them to your laubdry... the your better separate you clothes for the wont and the dont tell you that... either the wash everything is wash all at once and dry all at once. That means you clothes can get ruin and you pay for them... is the question?

I haven’t used a laundry mat in 15+ yrs but 2 months ago, i had to down size and here we go.....i frequented the S. Dairy Ashford location then moved to the east side. So, pleasantly surprised they just opened a store in Baytown! Place is clean. I love the oversized washers and dryers! From midnight to 6am they drop the prices and im a night owl. love love love this place

No where else is better within a several mile radius. I regular here and would recommend it over any other laundry place in westchase/china town/ashford. Seriously ive tried like 10 other laundromats in the area. The staff is way friendlier than the houston standard, fair prices, and great services. The wash dry and fold is like $30 for all my clothes to drop off and be ready in 20 mins. Place is clean and cool. Also 24 hours. Highly recommend

I found this place when I moved to Houston, its close to my apartment. The prices are reasonable, its always clean and staffed. I like the safe feeling of using this place.

The machines are a bit pricey, but the cleanliness of the place is decent. Not the best laundromat Ive been to, but its definitely not the worst. The free wifi is a plus and the ladies in the front were kind to me and my two toddlers. Reply to owners reponse: The tablets werent working when I went with my two tots, but like i said still not the worst laundromat Ive been to.

Used their wash and fold services, The clothes are not clean I don’t think they washed them because a lot items were still dirty as if not washed. But they folded them so one star for that. I don’t recommend this place. This is a scam

This is one of the best if the best laundries on the SW.....clean and WORKING machines....cheap prices and 1 time drying dryers....if I hadnt gotten a washer and dryer....I would still be washing there every week....
