The workers are not allowed to give your money back if the machine takes your money. Only the owner. Will find another washateria. Never had a problem until now. A dollar is not extreme in losing money, but if enough customers lose that, it adds up.

All washers and dryers work. The bathroom is clean and they have an arcade game that I like to play Donkey Kong Jr. in while I wait for my clothes to dry.

Until I have my own washer and dryer. This is where I get my laundry done. Good hot water and you have to experiment and find the best dryers. The staff is usually very helpful.

The washers DO NOT clean your clothes. I’ve always had trouble with the washers not adding enough water and no I don’t over load the machines. The Dryers are actually good, but what use is a good dryer if the washing machine sucks. You have to argue to get your money back.

My husband and I have been going to this laundromat for almost 3 years and have never dealt with anything like this. Last night, 6/13/15 my husband arrived at the washateria at 8:20 PM BEFORE the last wash at 8:30PM which after that time they usually lock the doors so no one else can come in AFTER 8:30PM however the doors were unlocked and he was able to get inside CLEARLY meaning that they were still open. He had begun to put clothes into the machines, when he was interrupted by an older woman with short hair telling him that he could not wash and told him to leave. My husband told her that he already had clothes in the machine and that he would take the clothes home to dry as soon as they were done. Instead of saying anything back she walks away and then calls the police. And then LIES to my husband saying that she did not. And yes, the police did show up. However they did not speak to my husband. They came and went for absolutely nothing. I have never in my life dealt with such complete incompetence and the severe lack of professionalism this woman clearly seems to not have. I will never again set foot into this location until I hear back from the owner of this location and that woman apologizes to my husband. Absolutely despicable.
