We have purchased in the past & one recently and the new has broken down 5-6 times since it got delivered few months ago. They have replaced parts - & again today it stopped working as this new equipment was just got fixed last week after weeks of waiting for part.We run a place which daily laundry is essential- I just spoke to our sales guy who says “ he only orders & why they break down or why the unit has issues not his problem” no accountability or ownership on product being sold by the sales person. He told me I should call the service - after being very upset they sent a technician who goes to the wrong address & will not go to the other location. I called my sales person as he is the only contact we have or who we know. He has sold the units to us !!He told me to describe what was wrong with the unit - and because I could not get explain in tech terms - he got mad at us. As we were demanding the unit to be fixed - he said we were the difficult customers.We don’t have time to call to chit chat or be difficult, we just need the defect unit sold to us replaced or fixed. No new unit breaks down 5 times in short time, unless they are bad units.

I HAVE VERY BITTER EXPERIENCE FOR THIS COMPANY .THERE SERVICE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE .WE CALLED TO REPAIR DRYER AND THERE TECHNICIAN MESSED UP ANOTHER DRYER WHICH WAS WORKING FINE WHEN IT COVERED OFF BUT HE MADE TOTAL NON WORKING DRYER AFTER HE TRY TO FIX IT AND TILL THOUGH CHARGED ME $578 FOR MAKING IT WORSE.UPON TECHNICIAN LEFT, HE TOLD ME THEY NOT GONNA CHARGE FOR THIS CALL BUT AFTER 3 DAYS I GOT CHARGED $578 ON MY CARD .DO NOT TRUST THOSE COMPANY .WHEN WE CALLED MANAGER, HE SEND ANOTHER TECHNICIAN BY SAYING THAT HE WILL NOT CHARGE YOU AND ANOTHER TECHNICIAN SAID WE WILL CHARGE YOU AGAIN TO PUT PARTS ON YOUR DRYER AND WHEN WE CALLED BACK MANAGER, HE SAID YES WE WILL CHARGE AGAIN EVEN PARTS BUY FROM SAME COMPANY AFTER FIRST TECHNICIAN GIVES RECOMMENDATION TO REPLACE PARTS. SO ANOTHER TECHNICIAN LEFT WITHOUT INSTALLED PARTS ON DRYER. AFTER 7 DAYS STILL MY DRYER IS OUT OF ORDER.DO NOT CALL THIS PEOPLE FOR SERVICE CALL.
Avoid at all cost. I tried to purchase commercial laundry equipment from this company about a year ago. Their sales rep would never return my calls and I needed to get my business opened, so I purchased directly from the manufacturer in Wisconsin. Fast forward to April 2019. I need warranty work on this same equipment and I am forced to use the local distributor. Guess what. Horrible service again. We are 48 days into getting a commercial dryer repaired and still no resolution. These folks dont return telephone calls. When their tech has come out, he doesnt have the right parts and they need to order them. They have already sent me an invoice for the repair work, but nothing is repaired. This company clearly has leadership problems.
Good place for service and parts
I am writing this review specific for the New Orleans branch. Used them for the first time for the hotel I manage. Washer not spinning out. Called them and they came right out but the issue wasnt fixed. Went back to not spinning after a day or two. Called back on a Thursday and the tech was on vacation for the week and couldnt come out until the following Monday or Tuesday. I cant run a hotel, during the summer, over the weekend with 1 washer! I had to call out another company and pay them to fix it. Tried talking to Christian about reducing my bill and he refused - said he would take something off another call in the future - NO THANK YOU! KEEP YOUR DISCOUNT! I WONT BE USING SCOTT EQUIPMENT NEW ORLEANS AGAIN!!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM AGENTS TO MANAGEMENT.THEY DO NOT GET BACK TO YOU REGARDING WORK ORDERS. OUR COMMERCIAL WASHER HAS NOT WORKED SINCE MARCH, THEYVE SENT A TECH ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS AND BILL ME EVERY TIME, YET WASHER IS STILL NOT RUNNING CORRECTLY.
Hey Corporate...your driver tried to run someone off the road earlier today in the Austin Area! Road Rage much? They should be trained on how to drive safely, regardless of whats going on and not rage with the companys name, logo, ph. number and web address displayed!Pics attached!
