Its alright. Its a washateria. Keep your eyes on your clothes. These shady people have no problem stealing your clothes. Be sure of that! You are in the barrio baby! They are a little pricey to wash and dry your clothes, but its not far from home. They have nice tables to fold your clothes on. But, like the other customers state..... the people who work here are busy and dont seem very interested in helping you out.

First and last time I come to this place!!! Not try to be rude or anything but bad costumer service, I just want it to get change and the lady just ignored me twice she was talking to the guy that was with her, when I came back to put my clothes to dry my husband came in with my son and there was three ladys with the lady behind the counter and they were been rude point and laughing to whoerever came in and also behind our backs and not only that but jesus christ they started at people and judge them by theirs looks, no one should be judging others because of how they look, we just ask nicely for next time that someone come in to this place to treat them nicely and not say rude stuff, they should stop been chismosas and work and stop judging others😒I just wish we could back to those years where there was more respect towards others👌what type of customer service is this, I still like this place because I can also clean my car but wouldnt come back, I rather go somewhere else

Clean and convent place to do laundry reasonably priced

Very convenient location. Washers work perfectly fine. I can do laundry & have my car cleaned by the time that the rinse cycle starts 👌

I was able to get a few loads of laundry done in quite an impressive time. They have plenty of machines in which to use. The machines are up to date and working. The staff was helpful. Not to mention is is centrally located in the area making it easy to access Id you live in the area.

First time washing here and oh my goodness the place is a mess!!!! It is very filthy the floors are all full of dryer towels and trash and no one seems to care. There are many non workinh washers and dryers. You can say I will never be back. Its really ashame because it is a big place and is very cool temperature wise. Just to filthy for me was tempted to get a broom and start sweeping ☹

The manager lady if she’s even that, Hispanic woman with short curly hair in charge is extremely rude, disrespectful and arrogant. Their machines steal your money. After inserting 4$ worth into their washer I politely asked her for her assistance after the machine took all my money she automatically assumed I was lying and immediately insulted me saying I don’t know how to do math. I told her I had already put my money and detergent in if she could just fix it so I could wash my sheets. No instead she continues to disrespect me and saying I obviously don’t know how to count and that I’m lying. It’s not rocket science I know how to count 16 quarters and at that point I walk off to get my husband she then starts telling my husband I probably didn’t do the “math” since I was on my phone I argue with her no I wasn’t on my phone I called my husband over once the machine stole my coins and she blatantly continues to insult me. Because she’s the one in charge she feels she has some absurd control over people and thinks it’s okay to insult customers. Hopefully someone knocks her off her high horse and knocks some sense into her. Obviously I know basic “math” that’s why I’m not the one working at a washateria.

This washateria is very nice but one employee is very rude she was there today at 330 pm and she’s usually there when I go she’s very rude saying she has no change everytime

They might look some what aight but if you wanna dry your clothes i would say go somewhere else because they dont dry well and to waist my quarters like that I prefer washing somewhere else even if its more far from my house

This lady consider herself a manager name Melissa if that’s even her name ! Was rude . I been going here for years she has always been rude and lazy to do her job, always on the phone ! Because of this rudeness continued I will never waste a quarter in that place again ! Owner if you look at these reviews fire her ! Customer service if very important in the industry of business .

Nasty please dirty

The manager lady is ignorant. One of the machines did not work she did not want to give me my money back or restart she kept saying it was my fault for starting the machine first then putting soap. Wich I did not do. I told her to check the cameras she did not want to. Because she knew she was wrong. I kept telling her pls prove me right n show the tape of me doing what u said I did ofcours she was ignorant n bluffing so she did not show me anything Im sure they probably dont work. I got into it with her. By the way she talked she sounded ignorant. Never coming here again.

If a machine dont work...your fault...they only do hot water they all broke.

Too many washers dont have a final spin and rinse cycle also many dryers have no heat. Management will not compensate. Yes its a clean place and free wifi, but its not worth playing roulette with the laundry every week.
