Would get more stars, but the soap setting never dispenses for me....**edited to reply ... thanks for getting back to me. Yes, the gun did not dispense any soap at all.. I used it for a good 3 minutes. I tried other settings, which appeared to work (such as the spot free rinse...) but no soap at all. I would be happy to come back again and try, for 5 stars if its working !

This place is wonderful. I’ve been here twice during the week and it has been clean and quiet both times. (I come early.)They put baskets neatly around the room so it’s not hard finding one. There’s WiFi and it’s set off to the side of a self-wash car wash, so you can put your laundry in the machines and go wash your car. TVs, vending machines, working coin machines, clean bathrooms, friendly staff. Probably the best laundromat in Spring Branch.

Basic $1.25 quarter wash. Equipment worked but like all places like this spray wax was not working. But hey its a $1.25!Obligatory car pics provided. Lol

Great service and tons of cameras. Feel safe. Four years ago someone stole something from my car and the owner used the cameras to find the car that was involved. He got me a shot of plates which I gave to the cops and they got back my property. He really went above and beyond to help me. I move around a bit but when I live in SB, I am faithful to this business. The machines clean and dry great.

Wasted $3.50 in the first stall where there was no soap coming out nor could you use the triple foam. Pretty much a waste of money and time.

I went there at their car wash for some service. Needed some change from the coin machine to vacuum my car..Didnt give me all the change, not sure if they charge to make change? Vacuum machine didnt vacuum properly either and people parking in spots too close to each other with kids running around the cleaning area, need to social distance..Will change this review if this gets taken care of, will give it one more chance as soon as I take my car back for service.

Quiet, clean place. Rarely over crowded. Gets lightly expensive compared to other cheap washing places, but worth it because everything is peaceful, nobody fights over the carts or the machines. The lady in charge is kind when someone asks for help. Vending machines are always well stocked. I come here whenever my usual washateria is full. Oh and on top, they have free WiFi spot, we just need to ask for the password to the person in charge.

Very clean and functional laundromat. The machines are always working and they work properly including the change machine. Staff is friendly and they can wash your clothes in a day (paid service of course) if you leave it early enough in the day. I didnt like the way they fold my clothes but thats a preference of mine. The place is located in a fairly safe area but they have enough security cameras to make anyone feels safe. Parking lot is well lit, also. Overall, everything is good but the best part is their WiFi, for sure.

Car wash doesnt work. High pressure soap is only water, bug remover and other ones nothing comes out at all. Been the same last two times Ive been so I now go to a different place

Always good experience washing clothes/ cars. Management is always pleasant and helpful. Clean place

High pressure soap had no soap, was just spraying out water. Told management on site and she basically said it works and walked away. Only go here if you want to pay to spray your car with water. If I wanted to pay to get wet Id go to a different establishment. Would definitely not recommend this sad excuse for a car wash.

Can be very crowded at times but then what washateria isnt. Its clean and it has lots of space.

The water pressure is very weak. The foaming brush bearly puts out any soap. .25 cents dont even get a whole extra minute. The bays are small a full size truck hanges out into the driveway.

I went there for a quick clean but the vacuums were not sucking strongly and the time is really short! 1$ coins for 1 min

Used the carwash. It was a bit confusing using a phone keypad instead of a dial. Not to mention there was a lot of dirt in the car stall I was using.

After a year of negative reviews, they haven’t listened. Still no soap. Car came out dirtier than before washing it... 🙄🙄

Place is a joke. None of their shampooers work. Try to get money back and the person that deals with the car wash part “wasn’t there”

The place is fine but Mrs. Paty is the worker, it is terrible yesterday, Saturday I went to wash, I had my baskets on the washing machine, they were thrown away, annoying, because I dont know, I didnt say anything, I should talk to her, thats not the way to do it. treating the client is not going to ask them for people like that lady is going to failed many businesses
