I love this place; its the cleanest I have ever been to and its literally around the block from my household.. I didnt not expect money back but I noticed the hot water was not working and when I asked the counter lady she said she would go check but she didnt instead she texted the owner and she said He will come later to fix it. I simply suggested to her yall should put a sign on the door to let people know NO HOT WATER. She said I shouldve went to other laundromat. This is after I started 2 $7.00 machines and 1 $5.50 machine. I said I used to but I live closer to this one. Over all Clean and convenient.

This place is very nice to wash and dry. It has great staff working there. You know some laundry mats are not so comfortable and safe, but this place is the topsI want to send a shout out to a very great employee and her name is Tiffany. She is and what is called Exceptional Customer Service!!!! To Tiffany thank you for all you do that make us smile and be safe.

This place is just like being at home the attendant Tiffany is the best she looks out for all the customers very helpful always cleaning and would recommend this place to everyone. The price is very cheap better than the one at Antoine and Pinemont . I also tried the new one by my house on Antoine and Fallbrook I would not recommend those locations to anyone. This is the cleanest, nicest, most pleasant laundry facility I have ever seen. I am now a fan forever wow. The place is immaculate.

Clean nice and quiet. Free WiFi, bathrooms are clean. Employees are very helpful with opening the door if you have a lot of baskets and ask if you if everything is ok. Price here for washer and dryers are cheaper than the one on 249 .

Senor Suds Washateria was a pleasant experience. The washateria was extremely clean and the washing machines were new! The new staff is very friendly and enjoyable.

If I could give you zero stars, I would give it to you because one of the workers in the lens is good with the customers try to run it to one because he was not dressed so racist that he judges you because of the appearance I do not recommend him at all said that She was the owner and she did what she wanted with the people because they already know race, do not leave them to run with wet clothes
