Our dryer broke, but we were still able to wash. We washed at home and went to a previous place who REFUSED us because we werent washing. Even tho this place offers FREE drying after washing, the lady working talked with us and we agreed on a LOW price to allow us to dry! Not only was the lady friendly and respectful this is one of the CLEANEST laundromat Ive ever been to! Snack and drinks with plenty of washers and dryers! They did not lose a customer! HIGHLY recommended. Thank you for allowing us to dry our items!!!!

Its a washateria but I still give them 5 stars. Its big, its clean and they have friendly staff. My clothes were clean and the driers dry fast.

Its always a good place to do my laundry and the people always keep their distance due to the pandemic.

Very rude lady there yelled at my mother and chased her out the for just because she needed to get some change for a $5 bill . This isn’t the first time the same older lady has been extremely disrespectful towards my mom. My family definitely won’t be back. Don’t give these people business! I would give 0 stars if I could.

I was 15 minutes before last load. They still had the doors locked. The set the clocks fast, to close early. And he was acting like he doesnt run the place, The boss sets the clocks, not me.Dont know who wrote that great review, but it is a false review.

Dirty and out of order washing machines. Strong smell of Clorox in every machine. Drug users come in and make a scene. Very expensive one cycle wash. Just go to the one on West mount Houston and Antoine it’s brand new opening and 1.50 cycles with discounts on Thursday

Clothes come out wet out of washer and the driers do not dry the clothes. Spent $60 to ve kicked out at 7 and they say it closes at 7:30. Awful service.

The sign says they close @9. I pull up @6:55 & they tell me that are closed. Dont put up a sign saying closed at 9 if its not true!!

Not only do I believe they are rasist but I bet if I was Asian or Chinese they would of returned my money but since I’m Hispanic they won’t! Today another customer had a problem with the machine it stole $5.00 from her and told the same exact lady who was rude to me about the problem and refused to give her her money back! they also ALWAYS blame customers for misfunctions of the machines! I have been coming here for three months! Hoping they would be kinder and be more transparent in seeing that they really do need to check their machines!!! Every time I come here something In The machines is wrong! We as customers are kind enough to pass it off but for it to keep happening and them not wanting to return any money back?! Seems very unfair and even sadder it’s HOW RUDE THEY ARE! Today one of the workers there a woman yelled at me in front of the people as ALWAYS SHE IS SAYING I AM WRONG AS THE CUTOMER! This is the last straw not only did I pay $5.00 for ONE MACHINE BUT SHE DOESNT WANT TO RETURN ME MY RIGHTFULLY WELL DESERVED MONEY BACK!! She should really get a class on how to treat customers not be so damm rude accusing us of the misfunction of the machines! IF SHES THE OWNER SHE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

Worst ever service ever. The dryers do not get hot and when she didnt clean the lint trap the timers where still running. And if u complain they want u to leave.

Its an ok place. The asians who usually run it have been said to be rude, but Ive been here several times and hadnt found a problem. I think its an age/cultural thing happening with other peoples unsatisfactory. Like any washateria, some dryers are better than others and the place is passable for such a place. I havent had cloths being ruined. The location has lots of bums and sketchy characters meandering around. All in all average place with lots of washers and dryers!
