Everything is super maintained and works amazingly. The beautiful employee even walked me through their fancy payment method since it was my first time. U didnt have to rewash or redry anything and it smelled perfect. Will definitely be back. Actually cant wait to get enough dirty clothes.

Loved the experience, it was so seamless and it being my first time there I didnt need much assistance. The customer service attendant was helpful and I saw her clean the machines after people were using them. The cost is a little more than what you would pay at another laundry facility, but I would rather pay the extra and go there.

I been using this location for some time now. I wash and use the wash and fold service. I love the company wash bags I have 3. I do like it’s clean and friendly service. I have had not so good run ins with the service part when the big guy is there I have clothes missing or not wash properly. Every time older lady is there Mrs. Erma I believe that’s her name do such beautiful awesome job. I also had good service with the younger lady as well I don’t recall her name. Erma is so welcoming and friendly so ask for it or go day she is there for sure awesome service. This time I’m leaving review because she had wash the uniforms and aprons that I was concerned stains and oils. She wash clean and smell fresh. She main reason I keep coming back. The other guy made my experience not so great. Keep up the good work if you get to read this Mrs. Erma.

SQH001-Code needed to use the app for this location..The business itself is very clean and spacious. There are multiple trash cans and areas to fold your laundry. This is a CASHLESS place meaning the machines themselves do not take cash. You either load it onto a card or download the speed queen app to your phone and load funds. The app is actually neat. The app lets you know which machines are available, how much time you have left. You can set up texts to alert you when your machine(s) is at a certain time for example 3 minutes left or its done. So you dont have to keep getting up to check or try to remember which machines were yours just look at your history and check out what machine number you were on. To start the machine via app you scan a QR Code and select the temperature of water, ect. The woman working there the night I went was very helpful. Its open 24 hours. The prices can be a bit higher than other places however you get what you pay for. They also have a sitting area and a vending machine for your convenience.

The washer and dryers work very well here. They have a snack machine. Restroom needs some touch It that dirty but jt coild be better. The price is a little high. I would come here again due to its open 24hrs. Please Like, Share and Follow me for more true ratings. #JayTrueRating

They are not careful with the clothes!! they give away your clothes to anyone and then refuse to take responsibility for it. They will tell you that they are not responsible for it and that it happened because someone did not follow protocol. sounds like LIES. someone needs to be held accountable for all the clothes people lose because of them. People pay lots of money for their clothes for it to be given away with such disregard!

Clean Place to wash. Staff was very helpful. They also have an app so u dont have to load a card u can just add ur funds from your account. The app sends a text letting you know that you have 3 mins left on your machine. This was great for me because I normally run errands while washing.

If you work all day and you only have one day off we’ll come and do your laundry here when you get off at anytime and enjoy your day off I did mine at midnight

I was really looking forward to do my laundry here, but as I attempted to enter the location, there was handwritten sign saying, “Closed at 8:30pm.” and the doors wouldn’t open. The employee just shook her head and walked away. I had my app and funds ready for use, so now Im stuck having to return to use up the funds I load onto my account.

This washateria is pretty cool. Came here at 5:51am and started 3 loads. Very convenient way to pay for washer/dryers. The machines don’t have quarter slots but you can tap to use your debit/credit card or use the app on the website to add funds to your account and on to the washer/dryer. You can also add money from a machine onto a keycard, I guess you can tap the machines with this too? They are numbered and coded so it’s easy to look for or search for the washer/dryer. They have about 5 TVs, a kids area with WiFi enabled pads for kids only. They have a soda machine and regular snack vending. Only downfall with my visit was: 1) no key cards were able to be made and 2) they didn’t have regular sized dryer sheets but these mini ones that cost $1 and only come with 2 dryer sheets per box 🥴 Make sure you have dryer sheets. I haven’t been to the restroom.

This place has an amazing staff, everyone is friendly and the store is clean I will be coming back soon and bringing some friends. The floor manager made sure to assist with questions regarding the machines as well. 10 out 10 would recommend to everyone I know that needs this service

This is a cool place. Its the first currency free laundry ive been to. Once I made it passed the learning curve, it was actually nice to not have to carry a bunch of quarters. Do yourself a favor though, download the app before you show up, walk in, and load up a machine like you know whats up. I didnt do that.

Absolutely love speed queen! It’s my go to washateria and it’s always so clean. I was so tired of using quarters and not having enough change and I love how you can pay straight from your phone.

I came to do dry my laundry and the lady working Mrs. Ursaula (I am so sorry if i spelled her name wrong ) was so nice with covid going on you have to wear a mask i know . I were ones that you wash and re use, well I washed all mine at home and so I had to put it on wet and I was telling here and she was so nice and she said dont worry I have one no problem. I thought that was very kind . And nice people are not recognize enough . So thank you maam.

I really like this washateria but I went here Sunday I used machine #27 to wash and I paid the washer and for a new key card it didnt work I let the person who was working know she told me she was trying to contact managers but they didnt get in contact back with her so she couldnt do anything to give me the money back or anything

There are the best clean new equipment are new and fast so fast that i for got one off my loads in there dryer yes I am with out my working clothes but that was my fault.

Very clean but its pricey compared to others..2.30 smallest basic ..if you want warm water or hot its more $. I used dryer 1.50( 30minutes)

This place is always clean and the staff there is extremely friendly and courteous. I typically go late in the evenings due to sporadic work hours, and Ursula is by far my favorite. I personally despise most public laundromats, but the team there does it right; itll be the only one I ever go to. Thanks!!

Everything went good. Didnt have any problems while I was in here taking care of my laundry. All the machines I used worked fine. The change machine worked, the vending machines worked. There wasnt any issues with the location or the employees who manage it. Got in there and got out quickly with no problems. Makes for a easy great day.

They even have staff working in the late hours!!! They are very helpful 🙂

The prices of the washer and dryer are insane....Ive been to a few Speed Queens and the prices here are over the amount Ive paid at any others and for the same time period....you guys really need to change that

The manager is very rude and disrespectful never returns calls or text messages. Speaks with a bad attitude toward customers and employees. When speaks of safety she has nothing to say. I use to love to store before new management came in it was always friendly and clean.

TOO EXPENSIVE!Even the smallest tiny washers are $2.90 on the cheapest cyle, its $2.25 for 30 mins of drying. For a decent size washer youre looking at 7 bucks. Dont even dream of washing and drying a blanket under $12/ea. I know their overhead is probably crazy because of all the technology. But newsflash, we would much rather pay fair prices and be able to use cash. Also, they have parking spaces right in front of the ramp going up to the door, so if you bring a cart out and someone is parked there you have to push is over concrete parking barriers and a curb. The bathroom is disgusting, literally had blood on the seat. The attendant is just chilling on her phone paying no attention. Over half the machines are not working.

I always drop my clothes off for fold and wash next day ready service. Friendly and helpful staff.

My clothes have been stolen out the dryer twice. Around 7 or so this morning 200$ worth of brand new never worn newborn clothes for my daughter who is due next week was stolen along with me and my husbands clothes. This was done at the little York location both times. When my husband asked me to call and talk to them the lady on the phone was rude and told me theres nothing she can do about it. Thats 200$ plus of clothes that I now have to replace. I expect something to be done about this issue because I spent my hard earned money on my daughters clothes.

I had the worst experience ever at the laundromat this morning. I was doing laundry when the cops showed up and would not let anyone in the store. The clerk tried to get ahold of her boss and when the lady (Vicky) answered she was very rude to the clerk and the police. She obviously don’t care about the safety of her employees or customers. I have had a bad experience with the management of this store in the morning time she was very rude and stayed on the phone. I do believe I will be taking my business elsewhere. It’s not safe and upper management obviously does not care about the safety of its employees or customers then I heard the cop also mention the place was just robbed the night before they was out as well.

I was having trouble whit the app trying to start my machine I when to ask the employee working for help and she said there was nothing she could do about it so I asked her what m I supposed to do she said idk . Horrible customer service she said her name was daisy.

This place is the worst placethat ever been 1 no cash coins or prepaid card 2 not able to use money. As a costumer we need to be able to decide coinor prepaid card now I know why there two customers are here that including me .this the last first time and the last time i will be here.....sorry place

Convenient hours, kid friendly and aims to help keep them occupied while your busy with the laundry. Araff is very knowledgeable and helpful as well as polite. The site itself is very well maintained and clean. This is the only place Id go to do my laundry.

The employee are very nice and helpful. It has a lot of space. Clean 50/50. they have three different sizes for the washing machines and 2 sizes for the dryers this place also sells they own bags, they very strong and sturdy. overall I give this place 5/5 stars and I hope yall enjoy your experience with this place as much as I did

This place is a money pit. The prices heres are too high the app is not user friendly and if you need a refund for get it your loss and dont even bother going to the staff they look at you like you got the plague. No customer service for the app and again no refunds or accomodations for any funds lost.

We come here weekly to do laundry we are always satisfied and never let down. Especially with their wash and fold service its offered at a more than affordable price. When we used this service we were shocked at how great our clothes were left perfect they smelled amazing and every piece of clothes was perfectly folded and each sock perfectly matched. Also if you sign up for a card along with your email they offer a great rewards program and every month they send awesome coupons you have to look out for.

I come here frequently. Today Sunday 03/01/2020 4:00 there was 1 young lady working (blonde and black long hair) SHE WAS AWFUL she stood at the front on her phone with her headphones on while the entire place smelled and looked terrible. Usually this is an AMAZING washateria but for trash to be everywhere and the trash full and smelling I was really frustrated and couldnt enjoy my stay. I truly hope this worker has consequences or is spoken to in able to bring the environment back.

This is my favorite laundry place to come to. But for some reason the machines to deposit money into the speed queen app are always broken. I dont have a debit card and today I couldnt wash. That was very disappointing.

My first time coming here. Just because my dryer messed up. But this place isnt what youd expect from a typical laundromat, this place is clean, friendly, and easy to use. The facility was very organized and the temperature of the place was cool opposed to other places who keep it warm. The staff were very friendly and well mannered. The organization of this business seems to put customers first, a concept that most businesses tend to forget. I would most definitely recommend and return here for my laundry needs.

Friendly face always clean inside the building.

Very clean. Usually busy, but thats because its a good establishment. Nice prices and discounted after midnight. They have soap and laundry bags on hand to buy which is nice. Even kid friendly. I washed laundry with my toddler and he was ammused the whole time, which if you have children you know thats a big deal lol.

Good washing machines. Guarantee dry are the only pros about this spot. They have iPads for use but they are never charged. The floor is always dirty and the trash is always full. They never have toilet paper, you always have to ask for some. They also had rewards with the app where they would match whatever you load on there but they no longer do this which is the only reason I was still going there . There washers are too expensive.. the smallest one is 2.80 and thats on cold ...if you change the temperature the price goes up. The most expensive one is 8.50.. once again thats base price on cold water. You can go to any other laundry mat, receive the same service and pay way less . Only thing that would get me back here is if they match on the app so its actually worth it, because if they dont, believe me its not worth it at all.

I was honestly impressed walking in this laundromat but I give it one star because of my experience a washer I was using froze washing at 10 minutes left I waited 20 minutes before calling the attendant named Teddy he then said I have to wait it out when I explained I had already waited over 20 minutes and he shrugged and said well your going to have to wait I guess till its done .. okay I wait .. washer then says out of order I tell Teddy the washer is out of order my clothes are soaked can the company pay for the load since the I had already paid 6 dollars he said I need to pay for another washer but he can pay to dry .... So I paid 12 dollars for a medium load and in return I got 1.50 for a dry . There should be cards that employees use for malfunctions for washers or dryers or employees to call management or owner to find a better solution it was ridiculous. Honestly disappointed its a really nice laundromat.I wanted to also mentioned I had asked another employee from a previous shift a woman not sure her name but I was here Sunday 5th . Around 11 pm and asked her about the clothes drop off she was very helpful was cleaning the whole time I was washing and Teddy had headphones in behind the counter very unprofessional..

While it can be pricy compared to some of the local wash places around here, they are cleaner and open 24 hrs. Great if you need to wash late.

Nice it’s 24 hrs but the card purchase to pay for the washer and dryer seems a bit ridiculous. overall it’s quiet and clean. around 1am it’s a ghost town.
