First time doing my laundry at this location and surprised to tell how impressed I am with quality of the establishment. One Samuel Jones is on his A game! He is very attentive to ones needs and helpful. Samuel explains everything from start to finish for someone of my age to understand the technology that this Laundry facility has offer. Modern, Relaxing and extremely clean. I will not do laundry anywhere else again. Recommend 100% to all family and friends. Stop by and say hi to Samuel ❣️

SERIOUSLY the best laundry mat! The employee that helped me was EXTREMELY nice. Also, I noticed it was nearly spotless, he was still cleaning throughout my wash visit. I politely asked if he would change the channel for the TV I was near by and was super helpful putting cartoons on for my son. What more could I have asked for. SUPER CLEAN sitting areas and soap dispenser in the washers. Washers DID NOT smell musty. Helpful and kind staff, prices decent. I will definitely continue washing here!!!

This was my first time at Spin Express Laundry. The facilities were clean and spacious. Eboni was very kind and helpful explaining how to work the machines and the money exchange card. It is a laundry service that is most accommodating and comfortable. This is the best laundromat I’ve ever been to in Houston.

This place is fairly new. I just started washing here not too long ago and I like how the machines wash the clothes. Kinda pricey but they get the job done. The only complaint would be the clutter in the parking lot. And I do miss the funny videos they would play on tv. Also their employee Samuel Jones is very helpful and great with customer service.

Great place to do your laundry. The atmosphere is awesome and relaxing: however, it appears that the dryers are not getting as hot as they were before. Did someone adjust the thermostat?? Its costing me more to dry clothes and towels.

A modern fresh and clean Laundry experience..Think Starbucks for laundry.The place is spacious, bright and equipped with great technology and beautiful machines! Didnt think I would ever use Beautiful and Laundry Machines in the same sentence!Wifi is available and comfortable padded seating areas.The staff is great, especially Samuel Jones and Emiliano Rodriguez. They guided me on how to use the pay station using my phone and all the features! Never thought I would need a lesson on how to use laundry equipment...What a pleasure to see a new take on an age old business.

So nice and clean place. Their machins are brand new and they give you free card that you can load and use. No more worry to bring cash or heavy quaters with you. SpinXpress Laundry on Bissonnet is the absolute best! Not only is the facility amazing with great A/C, CLEAN MACHINES, GAMES AND PLENTY OF CLEAN SEATING I recently moved into the near by area and wasnt sure where to bring my clothes for the care they need I passed by SpinXpress for about 2 weeks and I finally decided to come inside. I was greeted with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! EBONI WAS SUPER NICE!! She made me feel welcomed and felt like I have known her forever! Not to mention they have video games!! How cool is that, now I wont have to worry if for when my son comes with me!

I love it here! The atmosphere is lovely and the washing experience is awesome! It’s clean, comfortable and almost futuristic. Samuel Jones is an excellent worker and he not only does his job, but also goes around asking customers if their comfortable and enjoying themselves.

I moved out here in Oct 2020 and I’m actually originally from here. Been gone for over 20 years. I came back not too far from my old neighborhood.Down the street from my apt was this place that was opening up and it’s been great! I can across an employee by the name of Samuel Jones and he was very helpful from the start.I’m glad to be back and I’m glad and thankful for your employees here

I’ve been coming to Spin Xpress for a couple of months and I’ve been happy with how clean it is, the availability of washers and dryers, vending machines, seating, folding space etc.It seems to be priced fairly and they have huge fans so it stays cool inside even with the doors opening from foot traffic.Ebony was extremely friendly and complimentary. Samuel checked on me to see how the atmosphere was. Overall very pleased.

We love coming to spin express when Eboni is here she’s very nice and kind greets all customers with respect and makes sure the place is and all machines are clean! She’s always friendly and makes sure that everyone is helped with even the smallest questions and concerns. Usually when she is not here I prefer not to come as the place is usually a mess with dryer sheets and garbage on the floors.

This was my first time here and I was promptly greeted by Ms. Eboni. She was WONDERFUL…she took time to explain all of the machines and pricing. She explained that you could have an extra wash and or rinse - which I was looking for. She explained how the cash and card works for the machines. If you dont have detergent and etc. you could purchase that there. The laundromat was clean and well air conditioned. They have seating that is quite comfortable and table where you can do work. She walked checking the bathrooms and doing her work too. This is the only place that I will go for my washing and drying needs. THANK YOU Ms. Eboni for taking the time and helping me when needed. I came to Houston in December last year and my first laundry was spinxpress in January. The services have excellent such that I have no reason to go elsewhere. Samuel has always promptly attended to me each time Im in a fix.

Oh lawd.. i always go to this place.. this time I bring my kids with me since its a clean and nice place. Now I came here and two employees all they do is flirting.. wherever the guy goes the women just follow, even at the restroom.. they could have vacuum those filter or mop or sweep.. or wipe down those washers that customers done using.. which what alex always do.. instead of just flirting and talking and whispering with each other at the same time.. seeing how this employees acting made me change my review. It makes me feel uncomfortable doing my laundry here..Very clean place. The guy his name is alex always cleans verything and wiping down every area and sanitize.. from the time I got here till I get done, he never stops. he keep this store squeaky clean.. the lastime I was here it was almost closing he is mopping very good.. he is a very nice guy too he assist me the first time I was here..

I always have a pleasant experience at this laundromat. It is always very clean and not crowded. Each machine is new and efficient. You can be done washing & drying in under an hour. No complaints. Employees ( Samuel, Emi, and Alex ) are always polite and making sure everything is going well, as well as walking around to maintain the machines making sure everything stays clean. There is even a video game corner that my children enjoy, they can’t wait to come back! Thank you

Nice and affordable. The womens restroom was not clean. There was a big pile of USED toilet paper on the floor near the sink as soon as you walk in. The laundromat itself was clean and well maintained. They were always cleaning if they werent helping the customers. I will say the manager (assumption) does speak with everyone in a playful, yet aggressive manner.

My brother and I felt welcomed..Samuel,the attendant made sure that we were well taken;He noticed that I was definitely going to need more detergent and told us about the bundle supply deal..Which definitely came in handy!!! The atmosphere is relaxing even though you’re doing your laundry, lol. I’m very happy that this spinxpress is near my house..Adding money to your card and folding your laundry is convenient.

I came here today and I was quite impressed with the futuristic technology here and an employee by the name of Samuel jones is an exceptional worker and and works with great precision and a good people person !

This laundromat is extremely well maintained and lit. The machines are obviously new and did a great job washing my clothes. I also liked the ability to use my debit card instead of getting a baggie full if quarters that must be inserted one at a time.However, the machines are much more expensive than the standard washateria. The place was full of younger people and I felt like I was in a bar that is frequented to pick up someone. The young lady that was in charge had a young man following her around like a dog in heat. Also, there was hip hop/rap music videos playing that I found extremely offensive due to the absolutely filthy lyrics. There was one or two parents with small children there. If I would have been one of them I certainly would have turned around and left, never to return.Although the place was cleaner and better lit than any other washateria I have ever been in, I will not return due to the high prices and atmosphere created by the music and general pick-up vibe.

The experience at this location was 2nd to none. The space was clean. The machines were next generation and the service was great. The two gentlemen on schedule that day, Sam and Alex, were exceptional. I drove from Richmond, TX to try out their wash and fold services and it was worth the drive. Greg was the associate who assisted me and he was a pleasure to meet. I was not disappointed with the services and in fact he exceeded my expectations when it came to him washing my clothes the way I wanted them done, which has often been an issue with the other laundromats I have used. I have a new location and more importantly someone who’s customer service driven to do my laundry. Thank you Greg for your willingness to service my laundry the way I would do it myself and with a smile on your face and the humor with it. Job well done!!

Surprisingly even though theyre on bissonnet very very trustworthy. Was able to leave my basket walk over to Whataburger come back and it was still there. Very straightforward. And I felt welcomed. They try to upsell you if youre buying soap but other than that really good
