Family owned washteria in Alief. I love the family who owns this place. They are so nice. Its a humble set up that has the cheapest prices around. They offer washing and drying services at the lowest rates (they charge by the pound) . I frequently drop off big loads of laundry that Im backed up on, and they wash, dry, and fold them. This place is a hidden gem

Every time we pull up, the sweet man helps us get out clothes out and taken to the washers, he hooks us up with cold bottles of water and checks up on us often. When our clothes are done he happily helps us load them back into the car. Love this Washateria 💜💜

I juat came from out of town and needed to wash a few items came across this place, washers could be better but overall was a very good experience the lady is super friendly even gave me and a few other people water bottles. Was alot cheaper then where I currently live.

Lady was stern, but allowed me to finish washing and drying my clothes.Later she came back and told me, Next time, you come, maybe, 7:30.I kept thanking her, and she was nice as she unlocked the door and let me out, albeit a bit resentfully.EDIT: The last two times I went, there was a much nicer and much less crazy old man there. So, raised to 4 and three-quarter stars, like a Star Search rating.

I had to spend $1.50 just to dry 2 piece of clothing that was 36 minutes. I told the guy closed up behind the window he really didnt care he started to tell how to put the quarters in the dryer. 1st and last time there

Very small/unclean laundromat. Youll spend $2 just to dry a load of clothes. I only gave it two stars because the lady that owns it is friendly and helpful.

Worst possible place to do your laundry and they dint care about you they also have no AC the owner yell at costumers and down talks them and even wouldnt let them wash there clothes 10 minutes before the Last Wash dont go there and by the way the actuall name of the place it something in spanish i cant even read :l

First time here and the little lady was nice, even after 9 she let me stay to fold my clothes.

The lady was extremely rude! The change machine doesn’t take $1 bills. I had 2 $1 bills and needed quarters for the dryers (which take forever to dry). I asked the lady for quarters and she tells me she doesn’t have any. We’re at a washateria that is full of machines that only take quarters, but she doesn’t have any? Please! When I confronted her on it, she said she doesn’t want to give me any. Worst customer service ever.
