Good customer service here! It was my first time and they walked me through everything and treated me so well. They are super clean, friendly and good prices for washing and drying. Katherine was there to assist me at the front and she gave me such good thorough service even though people were waiting to speak to her. I felt at home and comfortable. Best laundry experience ever!

I came here just because I wanted to check it out and I can tell you that the place did not disappoint. For less than $10 I was able to wash 3 of my pets beds and 3 blankets. The place is super clean and it has many washers and dryers available. The gliding area and the waiting areas are amazing and they look cool. It took me about $10 and 1 hour of my time to get their stuff cleaned. First time here and I love this place. 👍🏽

I had a great experience at this location great costumer service from junior he helped me load up my card and helped me with the washing machines I like how they have snack machines with a lot to choose from definitely will be coming back next time 😄

Delay is the best she’s a very big help! I love washing my clothes here. They always keep the facility clean, restrooms included. My son loves coming to play the games too. I highly recommend coming to wash your clothes here

Been a hot minute since Ive been, but this place is one of the best kept secrets in North East Houston.Clean establishment.Chill clientele.Modern conveniences to distract the kiddies.My only issue the pricing.Ya kinda need to pay for a little extra time in the dryer. Every time Ive gone (5 times), my clothes always end up A L M O S T completely dry.Then I put them in for another cycle, but you cant adjust how long the cycle lasts. Its the same every time and so is the price.7 minutes later and the clothes are PERFECT......but I still got 20 minutes left on the cycle☹ 💸Maybe I need to strategize my loads better,butlaundry shouldnt chess 🤷‍♂️

Very spacious, and decent pricing, not to mention how fast these machines wash, it really lives up to its name. In 18 min the 5 load machine was done washing, and the dryers are huge, never seen them that big.

The laundry equipment is good but the workers don’t do nothing to keep the area clean

The employee Jr was very attempting and answered all my questions and my concerns about the store.He kept the area very clean and he also let me know about the bundles yall have at the moment.He also offered me popcornAnd I had a great experience overall.

Is 6/27/21 at 7:25am the place is ditty, they dont clean the seat, the floor, the games are dirty I have to clean the folding table myself

Place is ok for the location. I went up to the machine and put twenty dollars and a error occurred. I told the attendant she called her manager. They told me to use the machines and they will place the remainder on my card. I used 12 dollars and came back to find out they didn’t put nothing on my balance. Scam? Yes. Definitely will not be coming back.

Large facility with a lot of machines. New construction so everything is looking great. Lots of nice seating area n a couple of tvs for your viewing pleasure. Nice kiddie area. Machines uses a card, but easy to get n use. Staff always busy keeping up with the cleanliness of the store. They are friendly n helpful as well. I hope they will keep their price competitive so I can keep coming back after their grand opening price disappears.

I liked the laundry very spacious and very comfortable, the service of the girls was excellent, but what I noticed is that there are people who leave the garbage out and do not take the time to deposit it in the cans and leave it on the floor. I see that the workers they strive to keep clean.
