I found a great little place in downtown Houston to get my watch repaired. Third-generation, family-owned business for the last 67 years, and theyve been at their current location for over 20 years. Really friendly staff, courteous, and explained everything they did and why they did it. Extremely reasonable prices. I brought my watch in for repairs one afternoon, and got it back the very next day. They have lots of other inventory as well, and well worth a return trip.

I was looking for a place to install a battery in my watch and was in the area. Found this place. Small shop, great service. Had my watch up and running in 10min. While I was there they had lots of jewelry so I asked about jewelry repairs. They do them also! So I took off my cross necklace that Ive had since 2008 that needed new clasps and the cross needed some attention from wear over the years. They beefed up the silver round part and soldiered and polished the necklace. Came out great! Ready for another 10-15yrs!I should have taken before pics.Highly recommend this little shop.

So my g shock battery died. I went to a couple of places that werent all that confident in replacing the battery. I recently moved in town so decided to try Wheeler Watch Clinic. John took care of me and replaced battery in 10 mins. I was in and out. He was very friendly. Also had a good conversation about them being family owned. I would recommend if you need repairs. They also sale products as well.

Stopped by to get a watch battery replaced. They told me that the gasket was worn (and showed it to me) and let me know that if it wasnt replaced, it would compromise the water resistance of my watch. I had them replace both the battery and gasket. I was in and out in around 15 minutes and the cost was just under $20. Would definitely stop by again for my watch maintenance needs!

I would have paid whatever they asked. But they charged me nothing for one watch that they tested and found no fault with. I took my Rolex in today hoping that it was fixable. This is a family owned company and in addition to being extremely knowledgeable they treated me like family as well. They took the time to explain the problem, fix it and advise me on how to protect my investment. I have never experienced this level of service and kindness from any other retailer that just wants to take your money and make you wait long periods of time to fix your item. Even more importantly they were more than reasonable with their prices. I will definitely be revisiting this family if the need arrives; you should too. I got excellent service today! Had two watches that needed new batteries and one of them also needed a small clip replacement while the other needed cleaning from the inside. I thought I would have to leave them there overnight as previous experiences in other places but nope they got right to it and had em ready for me in about 15 min. End result was one watch that got its shine back and the other one with a clip again (making it usable again). Will definitely be coming back and bringing a couple of watches for battery replacements. Thanks for the great service!

Ive been trying to find a place to have my watch repaired, battery and new band, so I googled and found Wheeler Watch Clinic. I decided to try them as they had so many good reviews and I was not disappointed. Mary is as wonderful as everyone else has stated, very helpful and professional. She answered the phone when I called, then a very nice gentleman helped me when I got there. He changed the battery first to make sure the watch worked, before selling me a band for a bad watch. Then he showed me a very wide selection of bands and I found exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely go back. They also do any type of jewelry repair along with selling new and used jewelry. I highly recommend Wheeler Watch Clinic.

Ive just had them replace the band on my 1st Gen LG Watch Urbane Android Wear watch and I had quite the variety of bands to choose from. Mary installed it quickly and I was able to get on my way within minutes. The shop is fantastic and they do so much more. You absolutely must check them out!

Fantastic service and work. Fixed my watchs second hand which had fallen off. Replaced the battery and the leather band. All within a couple of hours. I have a like-new watch now!

I have been getting my watches maintained by this clinic for almost 6 years. They have always been professional, fair and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Will no longer be a customer. Took expensive watch to have crystal replaced. When I picked up my watch, I thought the fit was snug but blew it off. I was happy to get it back since it’s sentimental to me. Before taking my watch in for repairs, it had the same number of links on each side of the clasp. Upon closer inspection when I got home, I noticed that a link was missing on one side of the band. I brought my watch back and inquired about the missing link. The repairman never said a word. He made an adjustment on the clasp but the watch is still not centered on my wrist (if the face is centered on top, the clasp is not centered at the bottom). Needless to say, I’m done doing business with this pace and advise anyone to take heed.

I got a watch as a birthday gift and needed a couple links out. My usual jewler wanted $30 for the work. I was downtown so I stopped in here and was not disappointed. Mary only charged me $10 which seemed like a steal to me. Anytime I need watch repairs I’ll come here

The clerks have little or no expertise when it comes to repairing quartz watches, I expect the same is true for mechanical watches, and there is on guarantee for their alleged services in this regard.

One of the owners sold me a fake 1852 California 1/2 dollar gold coin yesterday. I went to the southeast side of town to have it tested and was told it was a fake. I called back and told them what the people were saying. Well,the owner was saying he had them tested numerous times and they were real. So,i go to royal coin jewlery in meyerland plaza. They confirmed it was a fake. I call wheel watch clinic back and tells them what royal coins said. The owner said i could come back with the coin and get my stuff back. He had the nerve to have an attitude when icame back to get my things. Thats the only reason im writing and submitting this. You tried to scam me and got the nerve to have an attitude about it. Crooks!!!!

Took my watch in for a new battery. I didnt realize, however, that they did a lot more than just batteries and bands. I had a vintage Cartier that I hadnt used for years, it needed repairs. Brought it back to John and he got it up and running again. Great service and fast turnaround! Will bring all my watches here in the future.

I was referred to them by a former co-worker and it paid off. Ive been a customer of WWC since 2010 and I have never been disappointed.
