The Asian lady rushed me out to fast. I liked my grill but was too tight and the guy when bending it to form damaged the front. One tooth was to clamped in it was damn near shifting my tooth. I just would have liked if they took there time on making sure it fit and was comfortable . Took me 2 days to figure it out thank god I didn’t damage it. Also they told me $150 I asked may I have fangs they went up to $180 just to not give me fangs and rush me out after I said this isn’t what I paid extra for

I spent 1k on 2jeweled teeth with gold. The material they used is Trash! My 1st mind was to stick with the reputable Johnny Dang, which was 200 bucks cheaper with VV1.They used a lower grade gold that should not be used for permanent and would not cost as much 1st..then they claim to set real diamonds, but placed czs!!! Im very disappointed and would advice you to dare waste your money. These it might even be glass, they dont sparkle nor shine.lastly, they will not call you when they are ready..you have to call them to check on your own Paid product..Rude staff..Do Not Go!The deceiving and cheating people wont last ..Once again to the enemy...May God have Mercy

Scam artist they make you a grill but if it doesn’t fit they will charge you to fix it which is a rip off!! I’m never going to them again!! The lady at the front with the glasses is very rude also!!!

The lady in charge was very rude and screams too much. she is very rude and aggressive towards her employees and is very unprofessional when it comes to dealing with money. The boss does try to help you out when it comes to helping you with determining a price but other than that she needs to learn how to treat her customers and employees correctly. A employee I believe after the name of Sandra is very unprofessional as well and seems to just make up an excuse for everything when asking her a question. Gold is good but customer service not so good. Both of those ladies need to take classes when it comes to dealing with customers because seems like all they care about is taking your money.
