Went in for a wedding ring resize and was shocked by the response of give me an hour. It took slightly longer then the hour but was astonished by thr craftsmanship and quality that I received. My wife was beyond belief when I brought her ring back same day. Definitely will be repeat customers. Truly a master of his craft.

I came to this jewelry repair place to adjust 2 bracelets. I told the repair person that they were not gold but it had some sentimental value. For one bracelet which was just to remove one thing he charged me $27.00 and for the other which was the same he charged me $25.00. He told me that it was going to be ready in 40 minutes. I had other things to repair but I decided not to do it in view of such an expensive place. I was going to pay more for fixing 2 more bracelet than what I paid when I bought them. This place is ridiculously expensive. I do not know where he gets this prices because there is no list as to what he will charge. He tells you whatever is on his mind. He might be paying a lot of rent because he is located inside the Galleria Mall, but with such an expensive charge, he didn’t get to do anything else for me. I discourage anyone to go here! Find another place to fix your things!! Unfortunately, as far as I know they are not many in the Houston area but if any body has a good quality place with reasonable prices, please let me know.

I went a few days ago to get my engagement ring resized. It was done under 30 minutes and he even cleaned the ring! It looked even more sparkly than when I gave it to him. The ring fits me perfectly now and we couldnt be more happier with it! He was able to determine my correct sizing perfectly and resize it without taking any diamonds or damaging the diamonds around the band. The price was very reasonable/fair and honestly way better than any big name brand jeweler we were considering to help us with this. Our friend highly recommended him based on their good experiences and we are so satisfied, we definitely plan on coming back to him for any other fixes/repairs we need in the future.

I was referred here to replace a setting on a diamond ring. The ring was an old heirloom that I was gifting to my daughter and was in desperate need of repair. I have had success bringing my watches of all brands here previously so I decided to give them a try. WOW is the only thing I could say when he was finished. The ring looked brand new! I didn’t even realize how tarnished and dirty it was. Anytime I ever have jewelry needs I won’t hesitate to bring it here. TRUST is the big word that comes to mind when it comes to jewelry repair or maintenance, if your aren’t comfortable leaving your items there they welcome you to wait while they work and you can watch the whole process. (It’s pretty amazing!)Long story short if you have jewelry repair needs, and you value integrity, quality work, done in a timely manor look no further. 5 stars only because that’s the max they allow me to give :)

Not trustworthy to hand over your watch and too expensive charges. They charged close to $50 for battery and strap replacement work ( the strap was my own, purchased online) I handed over my perfectly fine Timex watch, in return the guy meddled with the pushers(buttons). I had to fix it in myself using the tools I got. I dont see the rationale in paying so high price for the stuff we can do it over self.

I decided to go here because of all the great reviews. And they hold true! We got two wedding sets and one additional ring resized and one soldered back together. The customer service was great, super friendly and offered a discount for bringing so many rings. For five rings we came back the next day and they all look and fit phenomenally! 10/10 highly recommend!

This place is amazing! Super fast and great work. I got my ring sized smaller once but it still did not fit when I walked off with it so about 30 minutes later, I went back and told the man. He didn’t give me a hard time at all and resized it again within 20 minutes for no extra charge. My ring fits perfectly now and I am one happy customer! I highly recommend them!

I got a new watch that needed resizing, but nobody else was open except this place. Not only were they able to help me out, the man running the place even gave me directions over the phone to find the place when Google Maps was no help. Small place, but they did a great job helping me out.

Excellent shop. I showed them a watch where the arm of the chronometer was slightly askew about a millimeter to the left of dead center. They looked at it, hit a few buttons, and in about 10 seconds handed back to me. I looked at the arm and it was tap dead center. I looked back at him like he was some sort of magical wizard. I had previously taken the watch to another shop. They told me it was just how the dial was painted at that it was not repairable. I did not believe them. That is why I took it here. And obviously that was the right choice. They fixed me up and had me on my way quickly, thats what its all about, right?

I found Fast Fix Jewelry through a google search. They are located close to the ice rink in the Galleria. I needed to have my wedding band resized. The two gentlemen that work there are very friendly and were able to resize my ring in hour.

So happy with my ring! I had to get my engagement resized and they had it done in an hour. Very nice and professional people. The resizing cut is undetectable. Will definitely be back!!

Just got married Saturday and didnt have time to get ring sized lucky I was able to FORCE my ring on for our wedding day. Looked up jewelers and came across fast fix stopped in no haggling said it would take an hour we sat for maybe 25 minutes and got a call its ready. When it came out of the covering I said daaaaaang is that my ring holy moly BEAUTIFUL job well done. Thanks so much for great service .

Most dishonest people. I got a luxury chronograph watch as a gift around 6 months back. Was the first one i ever owned. I noticed that the seconds pin was not moving and figured it needed a battery change. So i went to these guys and showed them the watch and told them i needed a new battery since it looks like the one in my watch is dead. They looked at the watch and gave me a price sheet, i selected a warranty plan. And they said to come back in 15 mins. So i came back after 15 mins and took the watch. I noticed the seconds pin was still not moving. I said to the person that his new battery seems to be not working. For that he says, oh this is a chronograph watch, the seconds pin is used for the stop watch. IT WON’T MOVE!!! Now immediately this was a red flag since one of the smaller dial which was moving earlier, is still moving. I realized i was stupid and that he might have not noticed it earlier before changing the battery. So thinking he had no fault and it was my mistake, i paid him the full amount.However, i was curious about the water proofing of the watch since i read a few blogs online that if the watch is handled correctly and sealed after a battery change, we can reduce the water proofing standard of the watch. So this time, i took the watch to an authorized dealer to get it checked. Just out of curiosity, i asked the dealer to see if the new battery i had was a good quality one. He checked it and said the watch still had the factory installed battery in it. THE GUY AT THE FAST FIX LOCATION IN GALLERIA HOUSTON DID NOT GIVE ME A NEW BATTERY. HE DUPED ME.Better avoid this location. There are much better shops with honest people working there to help you. Never going these guys again.

I have been going to Fast-Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs for over 15 years. I purchased my initial battery for my Boluva watch. It has a LIFETIME warranty. I have never paid for a battery in over 10 years. I plan on taking my tennis bracelet to have the clasp fixed. I am sure they will do a great job as always.

Went today to get 4 watch bracelets repaired, 1 watch battery and 1 watch resized. Cost for battery =$22. Cost to fix bent bracelet hinge=$19. Cost to remove 1 link =$29. The other prices were > $55. I only did the cheaper two and decided to go elsewhere for the rest. They have been there greater than 10 years and are fast but are not exactly the most cost effective.

Fast-Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs fixed the bail of my necklace (which had been bent so that the pendant didnt slide very easily) in less than 15 minutes. It was much less expensive than I expected ($25 before tax), and they did a great job.

I tried a few places to find a specific screw for special watch that I have and no one was able to find a solution except those guys .They did a great job!I will highly recommend them and use them again If needed

Had a pin replaced for my watch clasp. Paid $25 cash- got no receipt and pin fell out when unclasping because it was too small. I’m pretty upset that they returned my watch to me knowing they did shotty work. The pin was loose and undersized upon returning it to me, but I assumed they knew what they were doing. Won’t be coming back here.

I gave my swiss watch for chenging the battery, my watch was water resistance and I used all times everywhere like shower but after changing battery it began water going inside the watch!

Mens silver signet ring resized, estimate was 3 times nearby place but turnaround time was issue there and they promised quality here. Two weeks later the seem split. Terrible resize work, incredibly expensive.
