Brought in a two year old engagement ring of platinum that mysteriously had a prong head break. He offered to fix it at a reasonable price but also offered his honest opinion that I should return to original manufacturer as they should cover this repair at no charge due to a manufacturing and design error. Very appreciative of his advice and would return for future business for his integrity.

I had a broken chain for a necklace. I took it to this store and the gentleman that helped me went above and beyond to make sure the chain would never break again. He explained to me in much detail what he would do and allowed for me to use my necklace again at a very reasonable price
