Wow. This place is great. I walked in. Guy was busy working on a peace of jewelry. Stoped right away to assist me .I needed my wife’s ring welded. He then recommended me add on little more gold to hold the diamonds in place . On a count my wife lost a diamond before. He fixed ring in 2 hours for a fair price . Thanks again

I just took in a bracelet to get the size adjusted and had a great experience! He looked it over and informed me of the price up front, and how long it would probably take. I went shopping and by the time I came back he was finished, as promised. He gave me the parts that were leftover, I paid him, and that was it!I was mainly impressed with how attentive he seemed. As I was walking up to the store, I noticed him get up and grab my bracelet, being prepared to greet a customer. I always appreciate when somebody keeps customer service in mind.

My wife banged her ring extremely hard playing with son. A diamond fell out. After visiting several jewelers, none were able to fix. I was confused as these were notable jewelers. I found this place. In by Friday, out by Sunday. Was told Tuesday! Ring looked better than when I bought it!!

I had a custom engagement ring made here and I absolutely LOVE the final product. Jose made sure every detail was perfect, I was very picky but he was happy to make it perfect for me. Great service, super sweet man to work with! Will definitely be taking future repairs and custom jobs here.

Better take any issues back right away or the owner wants to make excuses. Spent 300.00 on Omega repair that wasn’t done properly and ask the owner specifically what his warrant was (6) months only to have to debate with him on why I didn’t bring a dress watch back sooner? No Thank You

Went to get my 10 year old watch battery replaced around 6pm on a Wednesday and I was in and out within 10 mins. It took him longer to set the time and date on the watch than to replace the battery, which is great! Highly recommend. Also the battery replacement costs $10.

Brought my watch in for a replacement battery in 2010. Bought the 5 year guarantee and in 2014 the battery died and they replaced it quickly without any issue. Would go back there again. Quick and friendly service.

I wouldnt even give this place a half star if it had the option and I would not use this guy again even if you pay me!! the worst jeweler Ive ever came across, dishonest and unprofessional, completely ruined my ring beyond repair.had a beautiful brand new diamond semi mount with unset prongs that cost a lot of money, asked him if he can set the center stone and he said he could do what I wanted him to do which is to set the stone in there above the halo and make it centered(cushion shape)no problem,Ive got 30 years of experience not only he cut off the prongs so short leaving no room to work with, did not shape the prongs and cut the c to hold the stone, he bent all the prong side ways so the stone is in there crooked and file the prongs flat on the tip that snags clothes and hair, which means they are not even hugging the stone coming up at the top. and then he had the nerve to tell me that he didnt set it, he paid some other shop to do it. completely ruined my diamond ring.he lied to get the business on a job that he doesnt know how to do.I wouldnt even trust him to change the belt on my watch, DO NOT GO TO Ariadne Fine Jewelry Repair BECAUSE HE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO REPAIR FINE JEWELRY!!!! if you want to repair anything worth money go somewhere else, he will not care because he wouldnt have to look at whatever piece he ruined ever again.

Walked in and walked out in five minutes with a new watch ⌚️ battery. Easy in and out. Good service with a smile.

Had watch 2 weeks could not fix but never received call which was upsetting, but good place for quick drop in to fix band on watch or get new battery

Horrible service. Went in to replace three battery watches. He said it would take 5 minutes, got them back 30 minutes later. He gave them back with the back of the face all scratched up. He said it was really hard to open them ...if I had gold paint I would paint it for you Will not be returning.
