Nancy and her husband did and excellent reproduction of a nearly destroyed wedding set. I am sure 13 tapered baguettes, channel set on a curve was a monster headache. I am so thankful they accepted the challenge, and so grateful its every bit as beautiful as 30 years ago and brand new ...thank you💖.

I commissioned a custom pendant of a peacock for my wife because she loves them. Nancy helped me pick a beautiful design and combination of jewels. They also do custom engraving beyond jewelry at a very affordable price. I had a stethoscope that I wanted to engrave my name in. It wasn’t an expensive device but nonetheless very important to me. The lady who received us was Nikki. Nikki was very accommodating, professional, and over-delivered! She initially told us to expect the engraving to be finished in 2 days, but 2 hours after we left, she called us back and the job was done! Nikki herself did the engraving that was more impressive than previous engravings I’ve had and a reasonable price. Other places in Houston offered the service for double what Eve’s charged us. This is a family business and it is very obvious how much professionalism and pride they have in their craft.

I took a watch to get engraved there.. it was hard for me to find somewhere to engrave an expensive watch.. a lot of places chose to not do it because of the value of the watch, finally I called Eves and OMG they were amazing. They answered all my questions and were so informative. The watch ended up looking AMAZING and Im so excited to give it to him!!!

I had a company service award ring that I had turned into a Masonic ring using the Masonic emblem off of a ring that did wear anymore because it was too small. It turned out better than I expected. They do beautiful work, I couldn’t be more pleased.

This place was amazing. They gave excellent and friendly service. The jeweler I worked with was very knowledgeable, professional, and the prices were very reasonable for custom work. I just needed help getting a custom silver ring to fit better. This ring had extreme sentimental value as I designed, hand carved, and cast it myself. I just made a mistake in the original sizing, and I was desperate for help as I just didnt have the skill to perform the work myself. I was hesitant to let anyone work with it, but the jeweler at Eves knew exactly what to do. The work was done in just a couple of days, and they even re did the antiquing and polished it better than I originally had. All of this was included in the price, and now the ring fits great and looks even better. I highly recommend this place, and will trust them for all of my needs in the future.

I went in today 6/21/19 to get my wedding ring cleaned and re-dipped. Its a white gold 2 karat diamond with 5 -1/8 karat diamonds along each side of the band. I brought the same ring in last year for the same thing and it was $45. They did a great job BTW. Today I was quoted $95 because they said my diamonds also needed tightening. I decided not to leave my ring.I went to Zales to get a quote and it was $50. Which would include any tightening if needed but it could take up to 2 weeks because they ship it out for the work.I then went to Bay Area Jewelers @ Baybrook Mall and they quoted $40 which includes tightening if needed and they do the work in house in 2 days... but then.....as he examined my ring he told me that my diamonds were very secure in my ring. Wow really hum.... So I took the ring to Ribbons Brothers and told them I thought my diamonds felt loose. They took out their handy dandy eye glass and she also told me they are secure. Interesting.I have had several thing done at Eves including a ring made out of my grandmothers wedding ring and the design was amazing. I have also had diamond earrings made for my daughter. I feel like I was being taken for a ride today. I will not return.

I cannot recommend this business. Approximately 2-years ago, I had coupons for this shop. I brought my Seiko wristwatch to them for a battery replacement. They made scathing remarks about the Seiko brand and told me that I needed to purchase a new and better wristwatch. I then took my wristwatch to another jeweler in Deer Park where I spent $5.00 for a new battery. My wristwatch continues to work just like new. I will not trust Eves Custom Jewelry and Repair ever again.

I brought my wifes engagement ring to be repaired (3 prongs missing). They gave me a quick eval and I booked the work. They were friendly and efficient.

My mother brought in my great grandmothers wedding ring, harvested two of the diamonds to be made into earrings for me as a surprise Christmas present. They have screw backs for security and are gorgeous!

Oh My Goodness...Eves Custom Jewelry is AMAZING!!! When my Mom passed away over a year ago, her diamond set was given to my Grand daughter...When our son, met his future bride, our Grand daughter decided to share those diamonds with her Uncle to have an engagement ring and wedding band custom made for her. So to help him out, I searched on line and found Eves...In August 2013, I went to her shop and she helped me come up with the best plan for those diamonds & silver. In early October, the ring was ready...When I picked it up and saw it for the first time, my jaw dropped...IT IS GORGEOUS...She turned an old diamond set into something breath taking. Our son, also added pink sapphires to the set, making it the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. He has since proposed to his bride and put the ring on her hand...On December 28, 2013---they will be married. I will NEVER go anywhere else for our families jewelry needs. Eves gave me a very low price in writing to buy my watch. I brought the watch back a few weeks later and they would not honor their written offer. Instread they offered almost 20% less. I left w/my watch and will tell my experience to whoever is interested. They should have stood by their written offer. I will never be back. Theyve lost a customer for life.

I always bring my wedding ring here to be polished for my anniversary. They do a great job inspecting it thoroughly to make sure every diamond is in place and my ring looks better than when I first got it.

Very beautiful jewelry. Unfortunately I didnt purchase any jewelry I just needed a new battery in my husbands watch, Wich cost me 65.00 I thought it was a little pricey. And I was told a lower amount when I got there and then when I picked it up he told me it was more because of the brand of watch. ?????
