I think Ive written about 2 reviews in my lifetime, but DBD is most certainly worth writing another!!! From top to bottom, theyre first class and they truly exceed any and every expectation.After hearing about them from a friend that had just proposed to my soon-to-be-wifes roommate, I went to check them out to buy an engagement ring. I had to call them from the parking lot because I wasnt sure I was in the right place, then I thought the same thing when I walked in the front door. It then became apparent that they dont spend their time, effort or money on making the place look like the Ritz... and I think thats because they really only care about two things: the quality of their work (their money is clearly spent on top of the line equipment and the best designers/jewelers in the business), and the people that theyre creating quality work for.Every stop is pulled out. The work is better. The prices are lower. The service is simply better. They CARE about you and me... and thats the difference! Id recommend this place a thousand times over. As a matter of fact, were headed there today to look at getting the engagement cleaned (for free, of course) and to get her wedding band designed!

Great experience getting our engagement ring custom designed and made. All their staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The have great communication. We loved them so much we’re having them design our wedding band as well. Highly recommended.

Amazing, I had them do a custom designed engagement for me, it turned out perfect, even had to special order stones to get the look right.As far as the work goes it was perfect.The communication though I wish would have been a little better, but I was constantly contacting them, so it worked out.Thank you so much

Fantastic place to get an engagement ring! Everyone I dealt with was very helpful. I came with two styles in rings and John Jr. came up with a design that was combined both and was one of a kind. These guys also helped with the diamond selection. I knew a bit about diamonds from research and friends in the same business, they appreciated that and cut the bs. They brought me the stones I was looking for and several comparable ones as well. They worked on my schedule which was important because of my work schedule. John was only a phone call or a text away. The prices were very fair. The quality and selection of stones was far above the other places that I had seen. This place is fantastic.

I’m no expert to Diamonds. But after my first diamond purchase I was highly educated by the staff at DbD! They help me chose the right diamond for an engagement ring at my budget. They dint try up sale me and understood my needs. Carla was great with following up on the whole process. Never by at a mall they are over priced. We bought a diamond engagement ring and two matching wedding bands from DBD.We cannot be happier with the purchase.I was looking for a solitaire diamond, with an idea in mind on a setting. Farah was extremely helpful in finding a stone my fiancé loves. The brilliance, clarity and fire in the diamond is beyond excellent. She educated me on how to select a top quality stone, helped me find it and priced it better than I could possible find it locally or on the web. She has access to most any stone you can find on the web and can help you select the stone ideal for you and your fiancé or wife.Farah also helped us design a unique setting to show off the stone, instead of the normal prongs, the setting has a tapered half-bezel to hold the stone, which shows off the stone very well, keeps it at a lower level to minimize hang ups and does away with prongs which hang up on hair, sweaters, gloves, etc. The setting is more secure than even a six prong setting.DBD also helped us design and built for us beautiful, unique, one of a kind matching wedding bands. They built the bands, exactly as we discussed and they turned out beautifully, at a very competitive price, especially considering all the custom work required for the bands. Their CAD department can work wonders, then they will build a wax model of your ring to show you hair it will look.No doubt, we recommend DBD for all your jewelry needs. If you are looking for a beautiful diamond and custom made jewelry, we highly recommend DBD.We are very pleased with their product, price and delivery.Did we mention they are fantastic folks to work with, friendly, helpful and on time.

They only hit home runs! Management and staff alike are extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and provide the highest levels of service. Making the decision to purchase an engagement ring, I visited over 4 of DBDs peers. Landing at Dickinson was a no brainer. In comparison, DBD blew away the competition on every scale.

Extremely personal experience that met the demands and quality desired. I would never want to have custom engagement or dress jewelry done any other way.
