Ive used Maids Ready for at least 2 years. They are professional, take your needs into consideration, and are reasonably priced. Jamie is easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Always do the best work! Thorough and always so happy with the work the ladies do! Have a lot of animals and they get every piece of hair in every crevice and spot. My kids leave their rooms in shambles and the ladies tidy up and dust in every nook and cranny. My house smells and looks wonderful and it’s the best feeling to come home to. The ladies are always pleasant and so sweet! The manager is great with confirming appointments and times of those appts one or two days before the service. We’ve used this company for a few years and they’ve never let us down! I’d recommend them to everyone! A+++++

They always come in the estimated time. Quick and good. Always friendly. The owner communicates with me regularly and lets me know whats going on and when theyre gonna be coming. Really enjoy the service!

When I decided to book a cleaning service, I spoke to the owner Jamie and thought this would be good fit. She assured me that her employees were good, hard working, honest people. I also spoke to her specifically about how she handles disputes. Everything she said made me feel comfortable booking them. The crew showed up on time and began cleaning right away. I was initially very happy with the cleaning and the crew leader. About an hour after they left, I noticed my small crystal soap dish was missing from my master bath. I looked all over for it, drawers, the floor and the dishwasher. This piece was very sentimental and I noticed right away it was missing. I called the owner and spoke to some other employee. She assured me that Jamie would call me back to resolve the issue. I never heard from her. I called back about a week later, only to speak to that other employee again. She complained that her job was hard and she had too much scheduling and other things to handle. I told her all I wanted was to speak to Jamie about the incident. I got more complaining about how hard her job was. Would give them no stars if possible. Still have yet to hear from Jamie. Customer be ware.

We used their service required same team every service. Week after week new team showed up always new excuse why we had to have new people in our home. Services erratic and inconsistent. We had a family emergency and needed to reschedule no contact from them to reschedule all week. Then coming out the next Monday they no showed after confirming. The owner contacted me to charge us a cancelation fee for week prior. We wanted the service but no reply then the next week they no showed. Wheres my no show fee? Too much drama we parted ways. We are very happy with new people we hired.

I used Maids Ready occasionally, when we had company coming over or a party the next day, etc. After two visits they raised my rates because I was not being a consistent enough of a customer (actually saying this to me). They also threw out multiple things away on multiple occasions without using any common sense. They would clean out under the couch etc and anything they found would be thrown away. My husband baseball hat, socks, toys etc. On multiple occasions I was dumping trash out on the driveway digging through it looking for items. They are HORRIBLE at overbooking. I would be scheduled for lets say Wednesday between 10-12. They would call the night before or the morning of saying they couldnt do that because they had scheduled to many houses. Can i do another day or time? It was awful and horribly inconveniencing. My suggestion, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
