I’ve recently used Molly Maids last month and this month and I have not been disappointed!! Last month I had Adriana and Yaritza and this month I had Norma and Carmen! Both teams did amazing. Feels so good to get home from a long day of work to a spotless home. Thank you ladies! You don’t know how appreciative I am!! One less thing for me to have to do when I get home!

The cleaning crew did a very thorough job! Everything was spotless. Loved that they made my bed and folded laundry. That was so nice and unexpected. I didn’t get a heads-up call that they were on their way, so they had to wait while I got ready to leave the house with my dogs, but other than that, I am very pleased and highly recommend.

First time ever hiring a cleaning service in my life so I had no idea what to expect. They arrived a bit early & I hang out downstairs with my puppy while they went to work upstairs first. When I saw the end results, my jaw dropped. I dont think my house was even that clean when I moved in. Spotless, utterly spotless. They even made my bed neater than what I had done that morning. 100 % worth it. I will be doing a biweekly service from now on.

I ordered this service for my 90 yr old mother. The only issue was the length of time to get service scheduled due to Covid. The wait was worth it. She was so pleased with the service provided & the two sweet young ladies that came to the house. She is now on the books for twice a month cleaning.

I am extremely picky on what I like. First two visits were great but then after that I started noticing little things that were supposed to be clean that wasnt.I told them about it and they sent a group of people out for free to re-clean the areas.

I have nothing but positive comments about the service I received from Molly Maid. We needed to get our house cleaned between a move-out and listing it for sale. I got an online quote, followed by a call from Mayra. She set up the cleaning, and the two cleaners arrived within the one-hour window agreed upon. They did an excellent job, and our house smells fresh for the first time in a long time! The whole procedure was efficient and stress-free. I would highly recommend them to my best friends!

Our apartments forced us to hire a “professional cleaning service” to clean by move out. So I scheduled a move-out, 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment cleaning. My card was charged “the maximum fee” ($244)!? So it took them 3+ hours to clean my apartment that my mother-in-law had already cleaned? I emailed asking for detailed invoice in August 20th and haven’t received a reply. Never again. Do not recommend. The ladies who came to clean were pleasant, so since I can’t give 0 stars, the 1 star is for them.Edit: 08/24/2020, A Molly Maid team member reached out to me today to correct my issue!! She explained the charges and everything to my satisfaction. Updating my review to 5 stars for that.

They were super organized, cleaned our house top to bottom amazingly well, and we are thrilled with them! I will call and ask for these ladies specifically, because they had great attention to detail, were extremely thorough, and just did an excellent job. We are really happy with them!

I am thoroughly impressed. Anyone who has an electric cook top knows that eventually a baked on circle builds up around the burners. The Molly Maid crew left my cook top looking brand new. They do good work!

Reina & Yolanda worked so hard and within four hours had the rooms looking and smelling clean and neat. We have been using Molly Maid services for 4 months now and we are so incredibly happy with Angela and Melissa. They are always so sweet to our dogs, who I know make it a little difficult for them as they spend the first 5 to 10 minutes of the visit barking. The ladies are incredibly thorough and always leave our house feeling fresh and clean. Weve had them clean for us a few times when weve needed to catch up on deep cleaning and they always do excellent work. Today, Team 26 (Angela and Luz) came in the late afternoon to knock out the last cleaning appointment of the day. They were efficient, courteous and thorough. They were also able to work around some inconvenience like remarkably bad weather and having several people in the home while they cleaned. I appreciate not having to worry when I delegate some cleaning to this company because I know that it will go smoothly and be all taken care of!

It was mentioned in their email that they would be doing deep cleaning as part of Move Out Services but this what I see after their work! Charged around $245🙁

Hired them for a 300 sqf brand new garage apartment on WU ( every 2 weeks cleaning). They charged me Double the price of a normal maid service and I thought if they are doing a good job I don’t care. After the first cleaning which supposed to be a spring cleaning (double the price again because it’s the first time!!!) and spent 2 hours by 2 maids, I came to check and this is what I found:1. Bread crumbs from that morning still was on dining table and chairs even didn’t get wiped.2. I had to go and clean the shower again myself because they didn’t bother to clean any corners or wipe the tiles on higher areas.3. Few pieces of blueberry from that morning still was in front of the fridge which made me wonder if they even did vacuum the place or just did a fast wet mopping instead because I could see small piles of wet dust in every corner. Under the couch was untouched too.All the baseboards were dusty and untouched inside the room and bathroom.4. Toaster oven / fridge/ stove did not even get the outside wipe.And the list is going on. I took photos after they left and called them which made me cancel future cleaning. If you’re looking for a decent cleaning don’t use this company which I thought they are overpriced due to a better service which was a mistake.

Team 7 did an awesome job cleaning my house this past Saturday!! They organized my kids bookshelf and movies! They also organized our shoes in the closet! Overall my house was sparkling clean! I will definitely be requesting this Team again. Keep up the good work Team 7!

The ladies who cleaned my house, who came out did a great job got some stains out of my carpet from my wife’s and my walkers. We are very satisfied with the clean. Our house is a quite messy we try to keep it up the best we can being this old is hard at times. We don’t get out the house much just having the company of the maids who came out today brighten our spirits up. Talked to my wife and me like they really cared about us almost as if they were our own children. Got the black stains off our floor all over our house and kept my wife good company talking to her the entire time they were in our house. Want to give a big thank you our to the maids edel and shay. I loved the crew who came to my house last week, my house has never been this cleaned by the molly maids before there is always something I have to go back and redo but these ladies Kristen and Edell cleaned everything and I did not have to go back myself and do anything which was wonderful!! They cleaned my vents and floor panels and and my wash room when all the maids miss that part! My husband and me really appreciate the hard work these too ladies put in and want to make that crew the crew who come to our house every month! They were very respectful and had great manners.-Lori

I would greatly recommend this Team 24 and plan on calling to schedule them for next cleaning. Awesome Team!

They did what other services like Spruce did not. They actually cleaned the place well. I really stressed the things I needed such as cleaning dust and getting under the bed and they listened and delivered. Everyone I spoke with was so receptive. I have now set up recurring appointments with them and thus far recommend them. Both of the employees that cleaned my place did a wonderful job.

We will have used this service 6 times by the time we cancel our arrangement. We selected Molly Maid as we thought the higher prices may ensure that the cleans were completed with a higher standard, this isnt the case. The initial clean was done reasonably well, not amazing but nothing worth complaining about. The scheduled cleans always have a handful of items missed or minor annoyances. Streaks on floors, missed surfaces to be wiped, pictures left crooked, areas not vacuumed. If you can find a reliable private cleaner then Id recommend them over this franchise, it will be what were doing when our 6 clean obligation is up with Molly Maid.

While my carpet and blinds were dusted, toys and other items were left stacked on my couch. Stacked! There is clearly one room in my house with toys and they left everything in my living room instead of taking it where it belonged. I paid close to $400 for a cleaning and still had to organize when I got home. Nothing under the bed or couches was cleaned out either. Way overpriced for what I got.

Good job on my home...not fond of the price though. A little pricey. This would be a once a year service.

After several months of feeling badly (and therefore neglecting housework), I was diagnosed with cancer. I asked for a quote and the owner responded right away with kindness and empathy. I was sent two angels named Eva and Joana (#18). My house has never been this clean! I didn’t even know that my 113 year old cast iron bathtub could be cleaned to the point of being completely white! They worked SO hard and were sweet and accommodating. Now that my house is so clean, I feel a little braver and more prepared to face my cancer battle. Thank you, Molly Maid!! ❤️

These people are simply amazing. I was running around like a madwoman preparing for a dinner party and had no time to actually clean the house. Used Molly Maid for a move out cleaning . Our home was pretty clean to start, but had to adhere to buyers request that house be professionally cleaned. Anna and Ada did a great job cleaning our home and our garage apartment. They cleaned all the baseboards, wiped out cabinet drawers, cleaned the windows ( inside & out) that were reachable, cleaned inside of the refrigerator and freezer, cleaned the stove top, ovens, and microwave, cleaned all the bathrooms, and vacuumed and mopped all flooring (hardwood & natural stone). Both women were pleasant to work with.They only thing I asked them not to clean was the exterior of the stainless steel appliances and the granite countertops. I cleaned those myself as I wanted to use the cleaning products that I have been using on the stainless steel fronts and on the granite.
