Regarding his service visits: He is always very gracious with his time, very thorough, and addresses all of our questions and concerns. I have been a customer for over 10 years and am totally satisfied with the expert service and regular maintenance performed by Aardvark. When the original unit that came with the house died after 20+ years I found out about Aardvark via an online search. John was here within 5 hours and did a complete audit of my A/C and heating system. Turns out the original unit and ductwork were less than desirable for the size and layout of my house. The unit in the attic was replaced with a two stage blower and the outside unit replaced with a two compressor high efficiency unit. They also increased the size of the return air duct to handle the appropriate volume of airflow required. The outcome of this was an immediate improvement in the comfort of the entire house and a more than 50% decrease in my electric bill. Now that Im retired and on a fixed income, they have arranged for a regular maintenance schedule for a fixed monthly affordable price. I highly recommend Aardvark for all your A/C and Heating needs. They really can save you a lot on your electric bill...

I am a long-time Aardvark customer; because oh Johns honesty, fairness, expertise, and punctuality. A few years ago a high-end system John installed for us had a major failure two weeks after the manufacturers warranty ran out. John went to bat for us, spoke directly with the manufacturer and he came back with an agreement from the manufacturer to replace the defective part - that saved us over $10,000! You bet Im gonna stay with Aardvark - Honesty and Expertise . . . cant do any better than that!
