Im not very happy right now and I want to share this with some of the other people that gave five stars. This company took the business over from A-1 service which I was never told about and yesterday my AC unit after being gone for 3 days and my wife calling me which I couldnt do anything cuz I was out of town because Im a first responder I was angry because it was 98.6 in my home I have a son with asthma which that he could have heard him. I called the customer service number that was given to me by A1 service so I can get someone very fast to work on the AC instead I was told they dont work past 4:00pm. I called back again and I was told something different I was told that the company was no longer servicing Houston Texas after COVID-19, it was turned everything over to AirServ. I called the customer service number for AirServ spoke to a person and I explained to them my situation and as for someone to please call me back by 5:00 on Thursday Guess what no one ever call me that is not call professional that is not called courtesy to a customer that is paid $8,540 for a unit and a furnace that I had to pay someone else $157 to get fixed yesterday All I wanted was some courtesy I try to teach my guys for what I do for a living that communication goes a long way and treating someone fairly is not good but treating them very like their number one that means a lot to that customer and thats all I want it and yall let me down. I was told by the gentleman yesterday that came out to fix that this should have been under warranty and it should have been told to me he spent 10 minutes and I lost 157 dollars because I couldnt get a hold of anybody because nobody was being professional and telling me the truth of what just took place that air served took over my account and they had every information to take care of me last night where is that call professional.
