I have sent many packages with this company for a long time. I have never had any problems with shipments. everything has arrived exactly as i sent it.

I dont like that they dont take your personal belongings unless they are brand new, I am not going to throw away my things!

People have told me about their bad experience with this company and their third party companies opening boxes as they arrive to their destination but I actually didnt have any setbacks.

This is the second package I sent from Houston office at Hwy 6N. My family got both packages on time and complete items delivered to Colombia. About the bad reviews, if you send packages to Venezuela once they touch land they will be stolen, even my own husband sent a package thru DHL ( very expensive) got to destiny full of magazines and news paper.You have to be careful with your own countrys Aduanas. I will update my review if something changes with the service, per now very satisfied.

This company is really suck they have bad customer service, bad service for a error this company I lose my package that I send with 80 pound on September until the day today I send to them all the fact the everything that I have inside my box but they doesn’t pay anything yep. Also they take so long for send package to my country Colombia. And unfortunate here in San Marcos Texas I dnt have another company for send package to Colombia . In my experience 100% recommended! The attention is excellent, collaborators at all times. If you have a question or concern about what you send, I recommend that you ask, they are attentive to clarify doubts and give very good recommendations 😉 (which surely you dont know and nobody wants to tell you). In time and security, because everything I sent arrived in the estimated time said by them and no box was opened. I am not one to give recommendations but it is worth giving it a try and then you evaluate how it went.

I have already been several times that the packages are delivered by that company ... here in Colombia and they are the worst ... I have been waiting for a box for a month and neither do they deliver it to your home nor do they deliver it to their office. They are totally irresponsible.

I sent a box on Dec 7 and today Dec 28, 2020 it has not arrived, I have called they have not given me any answer, they do not even answer the phones, the customer service is terrible, I had to find the operator and communicate directly with I do not recommend this shipping location.

The suitcase that we sent for El Salvador they took out several things, they cut in the middle of the tape and took out many things; I do not recommend this package at all and the customer service here is horrible.

I started sending packages to Colombia for 10 years with this company, in December of this year I sent a box with gifts, orders and used clothes for my family, a week later the box arrived but the new things were missing tennis clothes a perfume makeup a watch jackets that I had sent for my nephews, I contacted them and they told me that they were going to investigate, and in 2 weeks they would give me an answer, after 2 they never answered my calls again, today 4 weeks later I received an email saying that it was done an investigation and that there are no indicators that the box had been looted, and that they would give me 50% in my next shipment !!! And the insurance that pays that ?????? When this happened I checked the reviews of this oglobocargo company and there were many comments from people who had the same experience as me with this company when I commented on it with the woman who attended my claim said that the reviews were not reliable and that anyone could put any comment here, he also said that it was not something that would happen very often that out there once a month they had one. Problem like this. !!!!
